I was in the market (I thought) for a 4 door sedan. After driving a Q70 and a Q50, I took a Q60 for a drive and immediately decided to get one. I couldn't find a new one with the options I wanted so I purchased a CPO vehicle with low mileage. The trunk is large enough and adults can actually fit in the back seat. The driving experience is very good since there is plenty of power and great handling. I also think it's the best looking 2 door coupe on the market. As a previous Infiniti owner, I know that this will be an extremely reliable car and I'm looking forward to keeping it a long time.

EXTERIOR: People have stopped me in parking lots, honked in traffic, and just stared. The exterior could not look any better 11/10 INTERIOR: How can you miss the market by 4 years with not having apple carplay or android auto? That is incomprehensible for a luxury brand? I know it is coming for the 2021 models, but undescribable how you can possibly miss that. Can't tell you how interested I would be to see the data on the people who like the setup for the dual monitors. It isn't what it displays, but I haven't seen anyone in the past 5 years use the GPS provided by the manufacturer. Who approves this kind of design? WAZE integration. TRANSMISSION: Either feels like the fastest thing on the market or slowest, most unpredictable. A car for this money should have a dual-clutch. Even in manual mode, the software will override and seem like its in automatic. BACKUP CAMERA: Without the expensive assist package, it has similar backup "lanes" as my mom's 2013 honda minivan... PERFORMANCE: Sits pretty low and has good ride control. Can switch in and out of lanes quick and firm SPORTS CAR FEEL: Not really. Has the looks for it, but you feel let down by the technology. Switching between the different drive modes doesn't offer enough difference to feel like you're getting your money's worth.

We were looking at a used minivin that we found online. We had to come from out of state, so Jeff Hall took my parents to look at it on a Saturday, and when they gave it a thumb's up, we made the drive in the next day. Jeff was outstanding and fair at every turn. No weird "used car salesman" nonsense. Every person we dealt with treated us fairly and everything was straight-forward. No under-handed dealings EVER, no pressure, and therefore, no buyer's remorse later. The price was the same over the phone as when we arrived -- no surprises. Even though it was a used car, they did everything to have it as nice as one of their new Lincolns. It was detailed and given a thorough inspection. I would definitely recommend them and if I ever buy from a dealer again (we always buy used), I would head there first.

European Motors is very professional to deal with and they have a great selection of vehicles. Compare the quality of their inventory to the competition and you will find them very reasonably priced. Everyone, including the owner, is pleasant, respectful and no pressure is applied. My salesman, Mason Colman, was easy to work with and knowledgeable of their entire inventory as well as each individual unit. Sam Javaherian took flawless care of my paperwork in a quick and efficient manner. They have no ambiguous fees and Sam explained everything in a straight forward manner. The time from when I drove into their facility to the time I left with my purchase was about 2 1/2 hours. It is no surprise that they have been in business in the Dallas area over 40 years. When you play your favorite music the whole car makes you feel like you are at a concert and the handle and feel of this vehicle when you drive is smooth. Will not buy another make. I bought a used vehicle from Crest. The conditions of sale was somewhat challenging due to the condition of the vehicle. As I understood it, the vehicle was a trade-in that had not gone through the regular service and sale readiness. Tire, rear light and other minor parts had to be replaced, but I had to agree to buy the vehicle before these services were performed. The vehicle couldn't be properly checked out because regular things like remote etc were not working. I agreed to buy the vehicle because I liked the vehicle and trusted Crest's reputation. Things got complicated when some of the important options were not working after the services were completed. The salesman (Jolly) was understanding, but the manager (Steve) didn't want to fix anything else on the vehicle. Luckily, the malfunctioning options only needed proper operation.and adjustments. 2 days after the vehicle was picked up, we noticed that the A/C was not functioning properly. The vehicle was taken back to Crest for diagnosis. A rental vehicle was provided while the vehicle was being serviced. The service department initially requested that I pay $400.00 of the cost of $1,600.00 to get it fixed. They later waived the $400.00 charge. Although I had some problems with the buying experience, the eventual result was positive. The 5* is to show appreciation for the commitment to customer satisfaction.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Taking the Stress and Pain out of Car Shopping

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Fantastic Car but room for minor improvements

I am a very satisfied owner of a 2018 Q60 Red Sport 400 having previously owned a 2008 GS37S. It is a fantastic car with great performance, acceleration, and handling. It drives almost like a very good race car. The looks, creature comforts, and driveability are superb. The is however some room for minor improvements is three areas associated with its "drive-by-wire" features. The biggest one is the "spring feedback" in the steering; I'm not talking about the lack of road-feedback but about the very artificial nature of the "feel" while turning the steering wheel while turning and it's tendency to cause the car to lurch sideways if you momentarily take your hand off the wheel while turning. The GS37S did not do that. The second one is a throttle that feels like a "drive-by-wire" throttle upon the very slightest "first throttle application" when moving at very low speed (like in a parking lot) which causes the car to suddenly surge forward (the GS37S did not have this issue). It is not noticeable during normal driving. The other is the absence of a sensor to detect that the front "Air Dam" is about to hit a curb; there are sensors that work great when you come close to other things but no warning if you are about to hit the curb in front of you in the parking lot (the Air Dam is lower than many of them). With that said, I am very happy with the car and would recommend it to anyone.

Yet, when I went to Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine in Texas, the World???s largest Infiniti dealership, I was well received and experience nothing short of world class service. Quite frankly, I was taken by surprise not knowing what to expect. Was it the ultra-modern facility that amused me? No, Was it the flashy cars Infiniti are known to have with bleeding edge technology No! It was one man, the salesman that greeted me and his mannerism, professionalism and smile took me by storm. Peter Idusosgie is an exceptional fellow who conducts his job in a spirit of excellence, ever so sensitive to our specific desires and budget priorities. My wife and I were looking for a run around vehicle that we could drive for a few years before deciding on something more expensive to buy in the future. Peter embarked on a thorough search and went above and beyond what most salesmen would do to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. We sensed his superiors were getting frustrated with the time he was spending with us but he remained unmoved and focused on the task at hand. He has great patience and understands the desires and needs of his customers. He doesn???t try to sell them what they don???t want and never asked for. He makes suggestions and looks for approbation from the customer. Needless to say we were completely satisfied with his temperament, approach and professionalism. He comes highly recommended. Oh by the way, he is certified to sell both pre-owned and new cars so you can go to him regardless of what car you are buying. In a nutshell if they are two ways to describe him I will say Integrity and caring. If you are contemplating buying a vehicle and you are looking for that salesman that would show genuine concern for what you want, It is Peter Idusogie. A gem and rare breed in the auto industry who is not afraid to tell you what you need to know even though it might cost him the sale. Where can you find that kind of person. The Q60 is a blast to drive, the twin turbos provide great acceleration. The ride and the interior quietness is outstanding. I own a C5 corvette and I believe that the Q60 will outperform the Vette.

I wish there were another five stars because in my opinion this dealership deserves a 10 out of five. I was very skeptical going to a big dealership and since my experience at Crest Infiniti that was less than spectacular I ventured to Grubbs with a sour taste in my mouth. In between the two dealerships I stopped off at a couple of smaller car lots where the pressure was high but the car is priced aggressively. When I showed up a Grubbs I was met by Peter Idusogie with a genuine smile and a firm handshake. This guy was looking to make a friend and not a sale - he got both. After test driving two cars we agreed on a price and while the negotiation was a bit typical of a car dealership experience, my trust level and confidence in Peter was such that it was actually enjoyable and having the opportunity to talk to Chris Stiles, the new car sales director my decision was made. This was only the start of a great relationship and as long as I'm driving an Infiniti this will be my place. Not the deepest of discounts, but the fact that I was purchasing a low mileage vehicle with only one owner and a pristine record, I do not have anything to complain about. Jack Newton helped me with financing even though I had come to the dealership with what I felt was the best rate possible. Jack spent 45 minutes with me and found a lower rate for which I'm grateful. I will be returning to purchase the extended warranty and hold in high regard the advice of these individuals. I returned to the dealership after driving the car two days feeling a slight vibration in the steering wheel while breaking. I was immediately routed to Dana, in the service department who took my car turned the rotors, washed wax and vacuumed it provided a second key, and the cord necessary for smart phone connection without question and without charge. Every conversation and every relationship I have established with this dealership is genuine and all points to people who believe that they should treat others as they themselves would like to be treated. I think it's called the Golden rule, and each of these individuals went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. I strongly recommend if you want a good car buying experience you ask only for Peter Idusogie - this guy has a heart of gold and a genuine quest to help people and to educate them through the process. I love my Q60 except for a few minor annoyances. The 2018 Q60 has beautiful lines with awesome wheels and a sexy head on appearance. It has an surprising amount of trunk space; I can put my golf bag and a 25” suitcase in with just a bit of effort. The drivers seat has a cockpit like feel and everything is within easy reach. Acceleration is smooth and Q60 is quite compared to the Q50. Your not going to get your six foot tall children in the back it’s really a two seater that could fit four in a pinch, but you won’t keep those friends if it is a long drive. The front seat seatbelt brackets will cause the seatbelt strap to rub against shorter drives necks, to prevent this you need to bend it outward periodically. Ask how I figured that out, the original owner traded it in because of it too.The onboard computer is still slow to startup but faster than my old Q50. I would have expected that by now you could set a default drive mode. I would have also liked to see the drivers seat move to a neutral position when the door was opened to make exit and entry easier. Finally the storage spaces where an afterthought. If you’re going have a huge owners manual make sure it will fit in the glove box. You can’t even put a pair of gloves in there once you squeeze the manual in. why do you need an 12v accessory port under the dual display when you have in the center console and two USB ports. I understand the 3.5mm jack I’m total confused by the RCA one. This all takes up the little storage space you have. Other than those minor things I enjoy driving and all the compliments I get from my Q60.

I bought a used vehicle from Crest. The conditions of sale was somewhat challenging due to the condition of the vehicle. As I understood it, the vehicle was a trade-in that had not gone through the regular service and sale readiness. Tire, rear light and other minor parts had to be replaced, but I had to agree to buy the vehicle before these services were performed. The vehicle couldn't be properly checked out because regular things like remote etc were not working. I agreed to buy the vehicle because I liked the vehicle and trusted Crest's reputation. Things got complicated when some of the important options were not working after the services were completed. The salesman (Jolly) was understanding, but the manager (Steve) didn't want to fix anything else on the vehicle. Luckily, the malfunctioning options only needed proper operation.and adjustments. 2 days after the vehicle was picked up, we noticed that the A/C was not functioning properly. The vehicle was taken back to Crest for diagnosis. A rental vehicle was provided while the vehicle was being serviced. The service department initially requested that I pay $400.00 of the cost of $1,600.00 to get it fixed. They later waived the $400.00 charge. Although I had some problems with the buying experience, the eventual result was positive. The 5* is to show appreciation for the commitment to customer satisfaction.

This car was a good choice, I get asked everyday, What is that? that’s Nice. My only complaint I wish I had more back seat room and Trunk space. But I guess I could have purchased A Q50for that, I love my Q60 Coupe.
