This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.

Beautiful, fast and ohhh so smooth! Kinda like her owner :) This little beast is nothing but awesome!!! Nothing like taking a drive to the beach or neighborhood hangout in this sweet whip!!!
I have been searching for over 3 months for a car, going from dealership to dealership, at the end of the day, it was the service at Kearny Mesa that sold me on an infiniti. I still love my car, and know I made the right choice!

This is a great car. Sporty, luxury, performance all in one. I tested a lot of cars before I chose this one and i'm very satisfied with my choice so far
LOVE my Kearny Mesa Infiniti Dealership, it has a very fresh and contemporary feel, not stuffy and stale like some dealerships that I've visited in the past. Anne Davis is a rock star, felt very comfortable with her, didn't try to sell me extra stuff I didn't need and really listened to my wants and needs. Anne went above and beyond.
In the past, I dreaded maintenance visits. Not here, they are pain free, quick with a very professional customer experience. Highly recommend visiting Kearny Mesa Infiniti!!!!

Looks great I got the red sport. It’s fast very fast. It handles great, first impression I like way better than our 4 series BMW

From curb appeal to performance and riding experience, I simply love my new INFINITI Q60-Luxe coupe. I test drove BMW's i430 and Mercedes C300 as other comparisons and previous owned an Audi A5--twice. What sold me was the awesome Bose Surround Sound package, the interior/exterior gorgeous details and the lease and trade-in package put together at my local dealership vs. the competitors.
Service was standard oil change, etc., plus a part replacement. I was in and out in about 30 minutes. Service manager was courteous and professional and price was very reasonable.

Very good car. Only had it three weeks so still working on all the setting and getting the overall feel. Two things, when you turn off the car the steering column does NOT raise up so you can exit the vehicle easier. We checked with the dealer to be sure we didn't have to turn on some switch and they said that feature only comes in the four door, which seems weird. And, the TPM only works when the car in in motion, so you can't check the tire pressure while in the driveway.
Lucas was the salesman who helped my husband and I with our purchase. We had a great experience. Lucas and the staff made it happend for us and we are very grateful. Definitely I will recommend Andreww Chevrolet and Lucas to family and friends! Thank you guys!
I initially found the car here on cars.com and was contracted by Andrew Weiss who works for Dreyer and Reinbold. From start to finish it couldn't have been an easier experience. He wasn't pushy or rude but very friendly and informative, answering any questions I had. I would 100% recommend both this dealership and Andrew.
Changes to 2018 Q60 Are Not All Good

I have owned 8 Infinitis and I am a big fan. My last one was a 2015 coupe, which was excellent inside and out. The current one has several upgrades such as the redesigned engine and advanced technically cool features, but they made several changes that I do not like. Aesthetically, I do not like the new body style as much. But the main issues I have is that they took away the "beep" from the backup camera which was very helpful when getting too close to an object and the seats and headrests have been redesigned, making it the most uncomfortable car I've ever driven even though the driver's seat adjusts multiple ways. Also, there are several drive selections such as Sport, Eco, Snow and Standard. I would like to keep in in Sport mode most of the time, but there appears to be no way to permanently set it even though the manual says it can be done. The dealer hasn't got a clue how to do this and even though it is a small thing, it is annoying. Infiniti is a very reliable, fast and fun car to drive and has many nice features but they need to rethink these unwelcome changes.
I love my new Infinity QX60. Tom, our sales agent, was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that I encountered had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.

I got to say this place rocks, super friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful.
The buying process was easy and fast and Leo is amazing and super friendly.
