Received awesome service! I received immediate assistance when I drove into the dealership. I had no appointment, but they were able to fix my flat tire and offer a free oil change there on the spot. I've been a customer for the last 2 years. I am always pleased with the service I receive. I also love the free car wash and vacuum, and if my car could talk it would say it appreciate it too! The associates are always friendly, kind and respectful. Call me a happy customer!
I absolutely love Infiniti of union city. Great customer service. I can't wait to upgrade my car. Everyone at the union city location is so nice. I love the fact that someone is always checking on the customers while waiting on their car to be service.
My experience was very easy and extremely enlightening. No pressure. My salesman Lynn Stevens was very knowledgeable and informative. I test drove the QX80 and fell in love. Though I didn’t make the purchase, I will be back in the near future.

Usual bait and switch car ad. Ad stated 21k for a Ford Mustang GT but when contacted the price was 30k. Talked to a sales rep about other cars in inventory and literally every car she sent info on was priced over the budget we discussed.

I purchased a QX80 from Nalley Infiniti with the assistance of Larry Jamison and Stasha. These two individuals provided a wonderful and seamless customer experience. Pricing brought me in, price was honored fully without shenanigans, and the staff could not have been better.
David Valdes is an excellent sales representative!! He makes Nally Infiniti #1 in my book. He???s straight forward, patient, knowledgeable, and a great person to help when shopping for your car needs. I never dreams things could go do smooth and I could feel so excited and satisfied in less than 3 or 4 hrs., I highly recommend Favid to be your next sales Rep, if you???re in the market for an Infiniti, you???re be happy!!!!
I had a great experience at Nalley Infiniti in Cobb County Ga. My salesman was Alexander Squire. I went in determined to leave satisfied and happy with a purchase. :-) I asked a billion questions through during the process. Not once did I get the impression that I was a difficult customer. I just recently purchased a preowned 2015 INFINITI Q40 and I could not be happier. This car drives like butter....I would definitely like to thank Larry Jamison for his patience and knowledge. I feel certain that I will be purchasing my next fine car from you in the future.
Nalley took the time to listen to what we needed. They truly cared and took the time to ensure we were happy. This was a car for my son therefore they made sure he was a part of the learning process as well. Love them!!
The service that I received was outstanding. The salesman went out of his way to find a car that fit my needs, wants and desires and Meisha was beyond accommodating for my schedule. Mr Jaffer was very responsive and professional. However, there was a substantial scratch on the car below the passenger side door which was not divulged, and for which Drive A Dream refused to assume responsibility after delivery from GA to FL by car carrier. Initially they tried to blame the car carrier for the scratch. However, after critical, frame by frame review of the video of the car that they sent initially, the scratch can be seen, proving that it was present from the outset. It subsequently cost $300 to repair, which I feel should have been reimbursed by Drive A Dream. However they refused, leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the whole transaction.
My car had finally broke down after 268k miles. I called Myshia and she said come see her at Nalley Infiniti. I was greeted by MyShia and sales consultant JT. I was shown a QX60, the test drive was great. I didn't expect the vehicle to have all the bells and whistles. The wait to get an answer did not take forever. Myshia explained all of my options and offered products that would enhance the life of my car. I can say this was the Best Car Buying Experience Ever. I would recommend Nalley Infiniti and Myshia Hill to all my friends and family members.
