Q 60 handles very well and has a great ride. cockpit is snug, but not cramped and it will get 29-30 mpg at 75 mph all day long. Metro ,mileage is averaging 27 mpg

I utilized the "express service' for a quick oil change in middle of day - no wait, spent about 1/2 hour at dealership - they explained service and recommendations for upcoming 45,000 mile service - great to know ahead of time so there won't be any surprises. I appreciated that they did not scare me into thinking that I needed to do additional services today as I was not prepared for a longer stay or a more costly service. Victor Chaves was professional and patient. He also encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. Reception staff are always courteous and professional, especially Val (who now works in another department but makes a point to say hello whenever I come in).

My service rep Aaron was amazing! He took his time making sure all my questions were answered and addressed while in for service. It was a short wait until he came back to tell me what the plan was, while I waited I enjoyed a nice fresh muffin in their waiting room, I was asked by another team member would I like to watch another channel on their tv? They sent me on my way in a brand New Q50 because it was going to take some time for them to diagnose. When my car was ready they were happy to say, no rush getting back here today! This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Walked in on a whim, on a Friday afternoon, to check an advertised lease special. I had about 6 months before my current lease was up and so I was in NO rush, but I was curious. I flat out said, "to buy today you'll have to totally blow my doors off; a.k.a. make me an offer I can't refuse." Long story short, I got a new lease that day. I'm still stunned, to be quite honest. This is the first time in my life, ever, that a dealer came back on the SECOND attempt with the exact offer I wanted (and to be fair, the first offer was VERY close). There was almost no negotiating needed. The experience was so good and positive that it made me feel like I was missing something. The old saying, "if it sounds too good to be true, then it is," kept repeating in my head. How sad that the auto consumer's brain is trained that way, right? Well, Central is doing all they can (right now) to change the buyer's perspective. I walked in Friday, finalized the deal Saturday, took delivery Tuesday and got a yummy, free steak tip sub along the way, to boot! Vehicle delivery was executed to a "T". Finance Manager Chip and Salesperson Ed, (along with a handful of other great personalities - Wendy the online sales woman, Justin Aptt the paperwork guy etc.) were fabulous to deal with. If you need a new Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge, I'd recommend you pop in there this Memorial Day weekend and see what you can do!

I love my Q60 except for a few minor annoyances. The 2018 Q60 has beautiful lines with awesome wheels and a sexy head on appearance. It has an surprising amount of trunk space; I can put my golf bag and a 25” suitcase in with just a bit of effort. The drivers seat has a cockpit like feel and everything is within easy reach. Acceleration is smooth and Q60 is quite compared to the Q50. Your not going to get your six foot tall children in the back it’s really a two seater that could fit four in a pinch, but you won’t keep those friends if it is a long drive. The front seat seatbelt brackets will cause the seatbelt strap to rub against shorter drives necks, to prevent this you need to bend it outward periodically. Ask how I figured that out, the original owner traded it in because of it too.The onboard computer is still slow to startup but faster than my old Q50. I would have expected that by now you could set a default drive mode. I would have also liked to see the drivers seat move to a neutral position when the door was opened to make exit and entry easier. Finally the storage spaces where an afterthought. If you’re going have a huge owners manual make sure it will fit in the glove box. You can’t even put a pair of gloves in there once you squeeze the manual in. why do you need an 12v accessory port under the dual display when you have in the center console and two USB ports. I understand the 3.5mm jack I’m total confused by the RCA one. This all takes up the little storage space you have. Other than those minor things I enjoy driving and all the compliments I get from my Q60.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I just purchased my 3rd Infiniti from Herb Chambers Infiniti of Westborough, and like the previous experiences, this was a very stress-free and enjoyable process. The sales staff are there to help you get the right car, not pressure you into anything that isn't within your budget. They utilize a team approach, meaning that if your sales rep is busy with another customer, any other rep will ask to help to make sure you don't waste your time standing around waiting for some obscure document or other issue. They always have a very diverse inventory of cars, so you're likely to find something on the lot that meets your needs. If not, they'll happily tap into their dealer network to fetch you the exact car of your specifications. Where they really shine is in their willingness to negotiate a great deal. Very few dealerships will honor the Kelly Blue Book value of your trade, giving you all kinds of reasons why their numbers are too high, but each time I purchased from them, I received full and fair value for my trade. I also asked for and received a very nice discount on my new Q50s Red Sport 400. I can honestly say that I left there feeling very good about the deal I received. My sales rep, a very sharp young man named Avein Watson, is a real car guy, and he knows just about everything about not just Infiniti cars, but the competitive market as well. He answers emails at all hours of the day, and went above and beyond to assist me with an insurance issue on my trade. After the deal was negotiated, I opted to add on the Paintless Dent Removal (PDR) and trie/wheel protection packages. Considering the cost to replace a 19" alloy wheel or to have a door dent repaired at a body shop (which always degrades the value of the car), it's a worthwhile investment. Just a word about Infiniti cars... I never really paid attention to their models, being a big fan of German cars, like Audi. But the first time I drove a G37x, I was truly impressed. These cars are built like tanks and they are absolutely rigid and squeak/rattle free. They just glide over the worst kinds of roads with no drama. They have always had class-leading horsepower at $5,000 to $8,000 less than a comparable German model, and for some reason they fit me like a glove. Their sport seats are brilliant (I have a very bad back) and I've always loved their cockpit-style interiors. Everything about these cars speaks quality and class. One other thing that impressed me - the diversity of the staff. This company clearly gives qualified minority workers a chance at a good job. We have a large and growing Latino population in Central Mass, and you could not imagine nicer people to work with. If you're considering a premium car, please check out this dealership and the Infiniti lineup. Drive these cars and then compare the price to comparable German models; I think you'll be pleasantly surprised.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

Very good car. Only had it three weeks so still working on all the setting and getting the overall feel. Two things, when you turn off the car the steering column does NOT raise up so you can exit the vehicle easier. We checked with the dealer to be sure we didn't have to turn on some switch and they said that feature only comes in the four door, which seems weird. The emergency brake started to malfunction... although I had released the emergency brake the brake light remained on and the warning bell continued to beep as the car started to move... these warning indicators continued as I drove my vehicle.This same problem had occurred before (approx. Feb. 2018) and was fixed by Infinity of Norwood. The technician found that the "switch ???" was broken and had to replace it. The service was excellent.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

Changes to 2018 Q60 Are Not All Good

I have owned 8 Infinitis and I am a big fan. My last one was a 2015 coupe, which was excellent inside and out. The current one has several upgrades such as the redesigned engine and advanced technically cool features, but they made several changes that I do not like. Aesthetically, I do not like the new body style as much. But the main issues I have is that they took away the "beep" from the backup camera which was very helpful when getting too close to an object and the seats and headrests have been redesigned, making it the most uncomfortable car I've ever driven even though the driver's seat adjusts multiple ways. Also, there are several drive selections such as Sport, Eco, Snow and Standard. I would like to keep in in Sport mode most of the time, but there appears to be no way to permanently set it even though the manual says it can be done. The dealer hasn't got a clue how to do this and even though it is a small thing, it is annoying. Infiniti is a very reliable, fast and fun car to drive and has many nice features but they need to rethink these unwelcome changes.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. From curb appeal to performance and riding experience, I simply love my new INFINITI Q60-Luxe coupe. I test drove BMW's i430 and Mercedes C300 as other comparisons and previous owned an Audi A5--twice. What sold me was the awesome Bose Surround Sound package, the interior/exterior gorgeous details and the lease and trade-in package put together at my local dealership vs. the competitors.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!
