I'm in a chapter 13 and I went home with a beautiful vehicle. It was touch and go because I did need the letter of approval from the trustee. The guys at Tynan's (DJ and Greg) were supportive and patient. Marlon was great with the financing end of things and a pleasure to work with. Thank you all for your diligence and professionalism.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Slow to have a salesperson help us. Wouldn’t even walk us to the car, just pointed to the far end of the lot and said “it’s over there by the Carmax sign.” Sales guy didn’t listen to our needs at all and just kept repeating his script.
We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
Though I had an appointment, it took about 3 hours for an oil change and the maintenance (tire pressure check, alignment, car wash). I thought I would be there no more than 1 hour. I appreciate Conner advising me of the cost of a part which was prohibitive and he did not order it. Something we both agreed to. (Over $600 for a fog light glass which had been broken by debris flying into it and breaking it) The staff are fine, but you need many more technicians to do the maintenance.
I' e had several dealing with Stephen Palko and the Richebach Infinti service department over the last few months. I have to say that the service has been exceptional. Stephen goes above and beyond with me and others I've seen and talked to in the waiting room. He is a true asset to the organization and a good reason to do business with Richenbach Infiniti.
Their is no other company like this on the face of the planet. I'm dipping hard in 2016 Yukon. More than anything I appreciate the team there. They are great, funny and easy to deal with. All that crap channel 7 is saying are lies. I stand 100 with sharpest rides.!!!!!
Everyone at the dealership was very helpful and nice. I was able to to test drive and buy the car I wanted. I even stayed past closing time. My vehicle has been great in the last week since I bought it. I wish they could have been clearer on the warranty situation. They did give me the best price in the Denver metro area.0

We recently purchased a used car from AutoSearch USA and it has completely changed our expectations of the car buying experience. The whole process started out differently as my wife and I were asked to really prioritize what we wanted out of our future vehicle, how we were going to use the car, what features we really wanted, what were nice to have's, etc.
Then their tremendous access to thousands of vehicles allowed us to really get what we wanted. What really helped is having them help to balance the options without any pressure into any particular car or price point. We truly felt that they wanted to match us with the perfect vehicle for this search. There was an atmosphere of complete trust throughout the process.
