We had a great experience buying a brand new Infiniti. Chuck Wanderwall and the rest of his team were great to work with us and led us to the best car at the right price. The staff at Sheehy Infiniti of Chantilly are very helpful, patient, & friendly. Very nice environment to be in. Great car, they make things quick simple & easy to understand. Sales floor is amazing as well as finance. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!

I do not even know where to start with this. I will first off say that I never ever write reviews...... I took about a week to write a review at first I wanted to write a bad review because I felt that I was getting nowhere but then I thought let me try to reach management and address my concerns if it is not addressed then I will the bad review. With that being said I would like to thank the service manager Jason and the general manager Jad. They both listen and resolved my concerns. Every dealership has issues if you think that every dealership is perfect you are going to be let down big time. What does matters is how the dealership addresses and resolves any issues you may have at that time. This dealership was great with following through on their promise to resolve my issues. One thing I can take away from this experience is before you leave a review allow the dealership/company to hear your concerns and address them before you leave a bad review just to stick it to the company. PS gave it 4 out 5 stars because of the money on gas and tolls I spent getting it resolved :-)
Purchased a 2013 BMW in late November from AP Fairfax as an early Xmas gift for the wife. We visited 5 other dealerships prior to our purchase and we are pleased with the purchase as well as the purchase experience. Up to this point, the wife is happy with the vehicle.
However, our customer service experience after the purchase has been disappointing to say the least. 95% of the time when calling our original POCs to discuss issues that require resolution on behalf of the dealership they are "in a meeting" or "not in at the moment" and do not return calls until a few days later. Two cases in point:
1. The vehicle was missing a hard copy of the owner's manual and the dealership provided paperwork acknowledging I was owed an owner's manual. When I checked on the status of the manual a couple of weeks later, was advised they are not responsible to provide such an item...Until I provided them the paperwork that showed they owed such a manual. I was advised the manual was available of pick up this week (39 days after purchase).
2. I was advised the license plates for the car were ready for pick-up (week prior to Xmas). Wife drove to the dealership to pick up the plates and somehow the plates were misplaced. I continued asking for a status on the plates after Xmas and New Year's only to get in a perpetual loop of "it’s the holiday season and folks who work on that are in and out...will get back to you." Finally, was advised on 03 Jan that no one knows where the plates are located and they are missing (isn't there a person that oversees license plate chain of custody or tracking?). The dealership representative advised I needed to go to DMV (yes you read that right…I have to go to the DMV) to request replacement plates as they are unable to do so on my behalf. I asked if the dealership plans to re-reimburse me a portion of the titles/tags fee that I paid when I purchased the vehicle since it did not fill its obligation to provide me plates. I was advised I would not be reimbursed any portion of the fee. As such, I asked to speak to a manger and was advised "he is not in" (surprise!) and I would be called back...No calls have been received. As such, I now need to take a day off of work ($$ out of my pocket) to go stand in line at the DMV (always an awesomely joyful and refreshing experience) as a result of AP Fairfax's lack of sufficient customer service.
I am hopeful my situation is the exception vice the rule; there are some really nice folks that work at AP Fairfax and the cars they sell are impressive. However, my customer service experience after purchase has been unexpectantly disappointing to say the least.
I came to the dealership not even in the market for a car. Our car was in for service and we had a rental for a week, which I naturally fell in love with. I decided I loved it so much that I"d check out some of the other models and when I did so, Colin Unterkofler introduced me to the car I ended up buying. I not only love my new car, but I ad such an amazing experience working with Colin while purchasing it - he's friendly, down to earth, easy to chat with, and really cares about what your concerns and needs are when it comes to your vehicle so that you are sure to walk away with what you need. I never felt pressured into choosing a vehicle, and felt comfortable that I had seen all my options before making my decision. I walked away thrilled with my choice in both my vehicle and my salesman! I couldn't recommend either any more.
Went in seeing they have a lot of specials for the holidays. Called and talked with Simon to test drive a new QX50. Showed up the next day at our time and he had the car ready to go. Took it for a test drive and talked me through the options and what made the car stand out from others. Talked with him and Moses about a deal and they worked with me over Thanksgiving to get the deal I felt comfortable with. No pressure and very friendly. I would for sure recommend Simon and Moses to friends and family!
Dominic was great to work with. I found out about the dealership from a friend who has purchased 4 vehicles from there, and I have told several people that they should check consider it when they decide to purchase their next car truck.
I bought my car from offlease 5 days ago and I just wanted to say Damian was great! Very proffesional and patient with me! Michael Katz was great as well! Also everyone else was great from the guys cleaning the car, the lady at the gate, finance person etc. Overall great experiance and So far Im happy with my car choise! I would recomend offlease to everyone who is looking to buy used car. Just make sure when they run your credit to ask them to limit to only few. You don???t want a lot of hard inquiries! Violeta
The post office lost everything that Kingstowne sent so that I could register my car in my home state. Kingstowne was kind enough to let me come pick up the documents instead and give me a new set of temporary tags.
I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. Thank you Suitland Infiniti for your excellent customer service!

The best customer service ever!! You know the Salesperson which was Duane Mcrae has done his job when you walk into a dealership with no real intention of buying a car and leave with brand new 2019 QX50 !!
Information given about the infinity and my options yet no pressure was very impressive.
They’re teamwork was genuine. I met so many of the sales team and everyone made me feel so welcomed with a hello we’re here to give you great friendly service. No hard sales pitch only an abundance of information which was the deciding factor to purchase my new 2019 QX50 Let me mention just a few of the staff that were so down to earth yet professionalism at it’s best. Duane my Sales Advisor, Anthony Boo who walked me through everything I needed to know about the many features my new car offers, these two gentlemen were with me, checking on me through the entire process .
Last there is Esa, the General Manger, who said he would take care of things and not to worry. He was good on his word, he worked with the finance putting me in the new car of my CHOICE! I know this review might seem long but there aren’t enough adjectives to decribe my experience with Infinity of Suitland. Thank you! My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time.
