'd been poking around on the Internet for weeks and sent an inquiry to this dealership about a '14 QX80. Walt called and we talked and the car was still available. We agreed to meet on Saturday and I arrived at 315p. My children had plans, so I needed to be home by 6p. We went for a test drive and I fell in love! Walt answered all my questions (not your typical hard sell salesman) When we returned, I met the GM Rick, "How did you like the car?" he asked. "I said it's beautiful, but I don't think I'm ready to pull the trigger because I have to be home by 6p." He said. "Palatine is what, 30 minutes away? Yes. Let's make a deal then." They were so warm and inviting. After a quick chat with Rick, they introduced me to Mike, the Finance Manager - that man is a miracle worker! Saved me about $150 per month over the original price. By 530pm I was in the car, setting the preset radio stations and drove on home. You guys ROCK and I would recommend you to anyone! Thanks so much - me and the kids LOVE the car - though with that wheat interior, I make them wash their hands before they get in :-)

I recently purchased a used automobile from Scott Clark Honda. My first contact with the dealership was online. I had read some negative reviews and was, honestly, leery of doing business with them. While initially, they pushed hard to get my phone number, when I made it clear I wished to communicate only via email at that point to get my initial questions about the car answered, the message got through. Not only did I receive an email, it was from the internet sales manager, Jeffrey Goodwin, who sent me a short video of himself in front of the car I was interested in to not only show me that it was indeed on the lot but to give me a peek of the inside, which answered my initial inquiry. My concerns about the dealership subsided. That evening, Jeffrey and I worked together via text (yep, he had provided me his cell number and told me I could call or text - he had picked up on the fact I likely wasn't going to want to talk) to work out the details and come to an out the door price. I didn't want to drive 1.5 hours and then not be able to come to terms. I purchased the car the next day and for the price agreed upon! There were apparently two other interested parties. One at the dealership wanting to test drive when I returned from mine and another scheduled for a test drive later in the day with another salesman. I am glad I made the drive early in the day. I had lost another car at another dealer earlier in the week, and it would have been heartbreaking to go through that again. Luckily, that did not happen. I feel I got a great price on a used vehicle. I had wonderful service from Jeffrey Goodwin and would and will recommend him highly to my friends, coworkers, acquaintances, the general public - i.e. YOU! I also don't want to leave out my dealings with the finance manager, Ronnie, who also was kind and easy to deal with. It was his job to try to sell me the extended warranty and such, but, he had been forewarned by Jeffrey that I would not be interested in such, so he did not push hard. He was also a pleasure to deal with. Provided my car doesn't fall apart (haha), I could not rate my experience any higher. Thank you, Jeffrey. Thank you, Ronnie. Keep up the excellent work!

The Q60 meet all my needs. It is a comfortable ride with plenty of pep. There is plenty of room in the front for the driver and passenger, but lacks comfort and space in the rear seats for adult passangers. The ride is nice and smooth and plenty of power from the 3.7 V6 when you need it. Styling inside and out is exceptional.

Very good car. Only had it three weeks so still working on all the setting and getting the overall feel. Two things, when you turn off the car the steering column does NOT raise up so you can exit the vehicle easier. We checked with the dealer to be sure we didn't have to turn on some switch and they said that feature only comes in the four door, which seems weird. And, the TPM only works when the car in in motion, so you can't check the tire pressure while in the driveway.

I recently purchased a late model Q50 Infiniti; with "recently" being the key word. As an admitted 'skeptic' I reserve the right to withhold 'final judgment.' However, early on it certainly appears I'm going to enjoy being a Ramsey Infiniti client. My salesman, Willie Ryksen is a real gentleman; a down to earth, no pressure, pleasant, no BS kind of guy. Like most people, I generally have a healthy distrust of car salesmen but dealing with Willie was quite refreshing. He is the polar opposite of the stereotypical, negative image of the "proverbial used car salesman." Willie supplied information. He didn't sell, he TALKED to me and let the car sell itself. Frankly, I'm not even sure I got a good deal but sure feel like I did. The entire process was pleasant, non-adversarial and pressure free. The follow-up by both Willie in sales and PHIL OCCHINO in service has been EXCEPTIONAL. Phil has already gone WAY beyond the norm. The term CUSTOMER SERVICE is frequently an oxymoron ... he makes it "real." Let me also mention Enrique Liranzo, Finance Manager. I think anyone who has experience buying cars would agree that after the "proverbial used car salesman" the next most despised process is finance. Enrique goes the distance to dispel that image ... add him to the list of people who made this an agreeable experience. As Humphrey Bogart said to Captain Renault in the final scene of "Casablanca:" ... "Louis, I think this is the beginning of a beautiful friendship." (And after all the nice things I've said about these gentlemen, I certainly hope so!)

I love my Q60 except for a few minor annoyances. The 2018 Q60 has beautiful lines with awesome wheels and a sexy head on appearance. It has an surprising amount of trunk space; I can put my golf bag and a 25” suitcase in with just a bit of effort. The drivers seat has a cockpit like feel and everything is within easy reach. Acceleration is smooth and Q60 is quite compared to the Q50. Your not going to get your six foot tall children in the back it’s really a two seater that could fit four in a pinch, but you won’t keep those friends if it is a long drive. The front seat seatbelt brackets will cause the seatbelt strap to rub against shorter drives necks, to prevent this you need to bend it outward periodically. Ask how I figured that out, the original owner traded it in because of it too.The onboard computer is still slow to startup but faster than my old Q50. I would have expected that by now you could set a default drive mode. I would have also liked to see the drivers seat move to a neutral position when the door was opened to make exit and entry easier. Finally the storage spaces where an afterthought. If you’re going have a huge owners manual make sure it will fit in the glove box. You can’t even put a pair of gloves in there once you squeeze the manual in. why do you need an 12v accessory port under the dual display when you have in the center console and two USB ports. I understand the 3.5mm jack I’m total confused by the RCA one. This all takes up the little storage space you have. Other than those minor things I enjoy driving and all the compliments I get from my Q60.

Changes to 2018 Q60 Are Not All Good

I have owned 8 Infinitis and I am a big fan. My last one was a 2015 coupe, which was excellent inside and out. The current one has several upgrades such as the redesigned engine and advanced technically cool features, but they made several changes that I do not like. Aesthetically, I do not like the new body style as much. But the main issues I have is that they took away the "beep" from the backup camera which was very helpful when getting too close to an object and the seats and headrests have been redesigned, making it the most uncomfortable car I've ever driven even though the driver's seat adjusts multiple ways. Also, there are several drive selections such as Sport, Eco, Snow and Standard. I would like to keep in in Sport mode most of the time, but there appears to be no way to permanently set it even though the manual says it can be done. The dealer hasn't got a clue how to do this and even though it is a small thing, it is annoying. Infiniti is a very reliable, fast and fun car to drive and has many nice features but they need to rethink these unwelcome changes.

Q 60 handles very well and has a great ride. cockpit is snug, but not cramped and it will get 29-30 mpg at 75 mph all day long. Metro ,mileage is averaging 27 mpg

I was in the market (I thought) for a 4 door sedan. After driving a Q70 and a Q50, I took a Q60 for a drive and immediately decided to get one. I couldn't find a new one with the options I wanted so I purchased a CPO vehicle with low mileage. The trunk is large enough and adults can actually fit in the back seat. The driving experience is very good since there is plenty of power and great handling. I also think it's the best looking 2 door coupe on the market. As a previous Infiniti owner, I know that this will be an extremely reliable car and I'm looking forward to keeping it a long time.

Purchase: October 2018 Working with Scott Sokoloff at Infinity was easy from the first test drive to the final signing of the my 2018 pre-owned certified Infiniti Q50. Scott gave me necessary information on the features of the cars that I was interested in and then informed me when a pre-owned certified car that matched my preferences became available. Previously I had gone to Infiniti of Westwood and I did not feel that my experience there was anywhere close to the service that I received in Nashua. The negotiating and buying process at Albrechtauto Infiniti of Nashua, NH was streamlined and took one week to finalize everything. The negotiating was conducted mainly through email and was completed with my hundred percent satisfaction including high trade-in value of my 2009 Toyota Corolla. When I came back in to the dealership to close the sale, Infiniti staff seamlessly completed the financial portion, final car check. As a MA resident this dealership knew exactly how to acquire a MA title and registration without me putting in extra time and effort. Even after the sale was completed, Scott made sure that I was completely satisfied by checking in weeks later and by immediately answering a couple final questions that I had. Victor Pena has proven to be the best, most customer service oriented, knowledgable, responsive, courteous and thorough service rep I have ever dealt with, across several hi-end dealerships and brands! Follow-up discussion and email exchange with Service Director Victor Burgos, was thorough, pleasant, friendly (as if I knew him for years) and very thoughtful and helpful - great guy it seems. I have found a new vehicle which we are super impressed with (in fact impressed with entire line ) after having purchased 2 Jaguars, 5 BMWs and 6 MBnzs in most recent past. Found a great dealership with Infiniti of Nashua (better in every regard than Kelly where I orig purchased the QX60)...so much so, that I purchased a 2019 QX50 for my wife Dorothy (she absolutely loves it). Sales consultant Scott Sokoloff is excellent, diligent, great knowledge and follow-thru and when next comes around, I hope to work with him. Dave Gerardi, sales mgr, was superb to deal with, negotiate fairly and honestly, a gentleman and a professional - he made the QX50 deal happen. Likewise, dealing with Steve Sokoloff, Finance Mgr, made the typical less enjoyable finance matter (both vehicles were purchased) a pleasant experience, and out of the norm for us, we purchased additional coverage, good work Steve!

My son and I came in to look at a used car on 12/1/2018. After meeting with Suzanne she introduced me to Sean. Sean is a great person to work with and not pushy at all, even took the time to get to know my son and myself. In fact, every person I had contact with was very polite and personable, a trait that is hard to find at car dealerships these days. Every employee did what they could to accommodate my terms and are very reasonable in both my trade and their vehicle. Even though I could not make a deal this evening and had to think about the deal overnight there was no pressure at all and that has earned my Business and respect. From curb appeal to performance and riding experience, I simply love my new INFINITI Q60-Luxe coupe. I test drove BMW's i430 and Mercedes C300 as other comparisons and previous owned an Audi A5--twice. What sold me was the awesome Bose Surround Sound package, the interior/exterior gorgeous details and the lease and trade-in package put together at my local dealership vs. the competitors.

I didn't buy my 2015.5 V60 at Viti, but their service group is great. Easy pull-up and drop-off for service, Peter greeted me quickly and re-affirmed my reason for the visit. My car did have an issue and he explained it to me clearly and said Viti would price match for tires when I mentioned where I get my tires. Free wifi and comfortable waiting area. Even though my service took 90 mins or so, it seem to go by quickly since the waiting area was nice.

Scottsdale Infiniti Service Departments representative Eric has proven a reflection of the aforementioned integrity. I have witnessed his ability to interact seamlessly (listen and explain) with a wide range of customers, including the members on his team. Although to understand an electric-mechanical system requires a skill, interacting with all the facets involved in an industry requires much more for long term success. It does take aptitude, attitude, experience and skill, but most importantly is the integrity with which this package functions. To find a product and repair shop one can trust is truly valuable. Worth mentioning is the 2012 Infiniti I own which has been serviced strictly by Scottsdale Infiniti for the past 5 years. I currently receive compliments and offers to purchase this vehicle from a wide range of people rather often due to its current condition. Automobile technician groups need brand specific specialization these days. Just training, certificates and factory authorization are not guarantees of workmanship. A well seasoned technician knows that experience, training and intelligence are not a guarantee for outcome; again.... there needs to be integrity and attitude in the environment. All personnel on particular team in a professional environment of respect and positive energy flow, will then provide the best steady positive results.
