I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. I was very satisfied with the service that Adam rendered. It was the first time that I had him as a service supervisor for what's needed for our Odyssey car. It was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional and kind.
Service was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!! The car was washed. The waiting room was comfortable , and refreshments were available. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!
Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. Great experience until it was time to get my tags. Just need to work on that part of the process. Had to go back 3 or 4 times because my tags took so long to come in. Maurice, the sales manager is a stand up guy, very professional and friendly and I believe he worked hard to get a deal done but a car wash or complimentary tank of gas would have been great being I live on the opposite side of town. Other than that, Great experience
Although the wait for service was a bit (I believe I heard they were short staffed and I also had other service items added at my request once my vehicle was checked), I have to say that my service contact, Sean Lomas, was very professional/friendly, courteous, and kept me in the loop on my vehicle's servicing. He took the time to explain what needed to be done now and what could wait until my next service interval. I appreciated his listening to my concerns, and making sure the items I mentioned were checked. Please fix the online service appointment app--there is a glitch; it kept pushing my appointment to January and April, as if Antwerpen Service was totally booked until these months. Thankful.
The post office lost everything that Kingstowne sent so that I could register my car in my home state. Kingstowne was kind enough to let me come pick up the documents instead and give me a new set of temporary tags.
We had a great experience buying a brand new Infiniti. Chuck Wanderwall and the rest of his team were great to work with us and led us to the best car at the right price. Overall, they were very professional and courteous and my experience was fantastic. I look forward to the best service experience as well with Sheehy!
This is an amazing company , has amazing customer service , and the staff are so helpful, I recieved help from one of the managers Mahtab, she’s very helpful and is willing to go an extra mile and help you out :) haha no pun intended! Amazing company , highly recommend

The best customer service ever!! You know the Salesperson which was Duane Mcrae has done his job when you walk into a dealership with no real intention of buying a car and leave with brand new 2019 QX50 !!
Information given about the infinity and my options yet no pressure was very impressive.
They’re teamwork was genuine. I met so many of the sales team and everyone made me feel so welcomed with a hello we’re here to give you great friendly service. No hard sales pitch only an abundance of information which was the deciding factor to purchase my new 2019 QX50 Let me mention just a few of the staff that were so down to earth yet professionalism at it’s best. Duane my Sales Advisor, Anthony Boo who walked me through everything I needed to know about the many features my new car offers, these two gentlemen were with me, checking on me through the entire process .
Last there is Esa, the General Manger, who said he would take care of things and not to worry. He was good on his word, he worked with the finance putting me in the new car of my CHOICE! I know this review might seem long but there aren’t enough adjectives to decribe my experience with Infinity of Suitland. Thank you!
