Quite frankly, I was taken by surprise not knowing what to expect. Was it the ultra-modern facility that amused me? No, Was it the flashy cars Infiniti are known to have with bleeding edge technology No! It was one man, the salesman that greeted me and his mannerism, professionalism and smile took me by storm. Peter Idusosgie is an exceptional fellow who conducts his job in a spirit of excellence, ever so sensitive to our specific desires and budget priorities. My wife and I were looking for a run around vehicle that we could drive for a few years before deciding on something more expensive to buy in the future. Peter embarked on a thorough search and went above and beyond what most salesmen would do to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. We sensed his superiors were getting frustrated with the time he was spending with us but he remained unmoved and focused on the task at hand. He has great patience and understands the desires and needs of his customers. He doesn???t try to sell them what they don???t want and never asked for. He makes suggestions and looks for approbation from the customer. Needless to say we were completely satisfied with his temperament, approach and professionalism. He comes highly recommended. Oh by the way, he is certified to sell both pre-owned and new cars so you can go to him regardless of what car you are buying. In a nutshell if they are two ways to describe him I will say Integrity and caring. If you are contemplating buying a vehicle and you are looking for that salesman that would show genuine concern for what you want, It is Peter Idusogie. A gem and rare breed in the auto industry who is not afraid to tell you what you need to know even though it might cost him the sale. Where can you find that kind of person. I wish there were another five stars because in my opinion this dealership deserves a 10 out of five. I was very skeptical going to a big dealership and since my experience at Crest Infiniti that was less than spectacular I ventured to Grubbs with a sour taste in my mouth. In between the two dealerships I stopped off at a couple of smaller car lots where the pressure was high but the car is priced aggressively. When I showed up a Grubbs I was met by Peter Idusogie with a genuine smile and a firm handshake. This guy was looking to make a friend and not a sale - he got both. After test driving two cars we agreed on a price and while the negotiation was a bit typical of a car dealership experience, my trust level and confidence in Peter was such that it was actually enjoyable and having the opportunity to talk to Chris Stiles, the new car sales director my decision was made. This was only the start of a great relationship and as long as I'm driving an Infiniti this will be my place. Not the deepest of discounts, but the fact that I was purchasing a low mileage vehicle with only one owner and a pristine record, I do not have anything to complain about. Jack Newton helped me with financing even though I had come to the dealership with what I felt was the best rate possible. Jack spent 45 minutes with me and found a lower rate for which I'm grateful. I will be returning to purchase the extended warranty and hold in high regard the advice of these individuals. I returned to the dealership after driving the car two days feeling a slight vibration in the steering wheel while breaking. I was immediately routed to Dana, in the service department who took my car turned the rotors, washed wax and vacuumed it provided a second key, and the cord necessary for smart phone connection without question and without charge. Every conversation and every relationship I have established with this dealership is genuine and all points to people who believe that they should treat others as they themselves would like to be treated. I think it's called the Golden rule, and each of these individuals went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. I strongly recommend if you want a good car buying experience you ask only for Peter Idusogie - this guy has a heart of gold and a genuine quest to help people and to educate them through the process. Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Had a very good experience in the selling process of an older car that I owned. Initially sent in some info and pictures about the car online which speeds up the process. Followed the footprints to the "Sell Us Your Car Bar". Professional clerk and buyer got key to the car and did a thorough evaluation and returned with offer. Did not insult my well-maintained car like other dealers with low ball offer. Of course, did not get private seller price. Offer to purchase car was a fair deal. No high pressure to buy any of the cars on their lot either. Looked like they have a lot of late model cars at no haggle price. Would recommend for buying or selling your car.

I have been to several dealerships in the past and the reasons for going to those dealers was because I wanted a car. Now I need a car I got into a pretty bad accident when I got my rental from Hertz they recommended their dealers. I have had some pretty shady experiences with dealers and am not very trusting of them. I came into this Hertz dealer around 11:40 AM and wasn't met by anyone or greeted I figured maybe they're busy. But I found out that the sales associates hadn't come in yet so I wasn't to upset about that. But then there she was Barb Cobos when we started talking about what I wanted she was so very accommodating. This woman is absolutely amazing and so very patient with me because I'm very picky about what I want. I can't say enough about her but I will recommend her to everyone I can and I will keep my business with her no matter where she goes. As long as A dealer has her employed they WILL have my business. I truly hope that she gets the credit that she deserves and more because she will go to hell and back for her customers. THANK YOU BARB!!! I have wanted a Lexus RX since I first saw a family member drive one when I was in grade school (almost 20 yrs ago). So in October of 2017, I came here with my boyfriend to meet with AFTON in hopes of getting a Lexus RX 350 as a birthday gift... Well the numbers just did not work due to the negative equity I had to carryover from my trade-in; I was CRUSHED to say the least. My bf kept telling me you can try it again next year & I was so OVER him saying that until I realized he did it b/c he was going to propose to me a week later... (mic drop) He wanted my birthday to be memorable b/c of him not the car, lol... We got married in July of 2018!!! So here we are an entire year later, my current car is still in good condition but could use some TLC that I was going to have to pay for out of pocket. I looked into multiple other options & dealerships, but the road led me back to AFTON... It was a Sunday evening & I kept thinking about our first interaction when she told me she understood my situation b/c she had been in the same one & worked her way out of it. I couldn???t afford to wait any longer & the clock was ticking on me making the decision to refinance my current car or just get a newer one, so I looked for AFTON???s number (still in my phone from the previous year) & texted her right then... I thought ???This is CRAZY! She???s not going to remember you & it???s SUNDAY... She???s not even at work!??? I???m happy to say I was wrong... She did remember be & she texted me back promptly that same evening. By the next morning (Monday), I had texted her all of the info for my trade-in to see how much they could give me for it; by Thursday evening I was able to visit the showroom again... This time I had ZERO EXPECTATIONS! I told her I just wanted a newer car that was affordable & she said she could definitely do that. She remembered the car I really wanted from the previous year???s notes she???d saved & within 30 minutes had found a newer one in my price range... We took it for a test drive & I FELL IN LOVE, but I still tried not to get my hopes up b/c ???what are the odds this is going to work out now in less than a week???s time & I wasn???t even asking for it?!???... Well it worked! I spoke with AFTON about financing over the next two days (Friday/Saturday) then picked up MY DREAM CAR on Monday afternoon!!! AFTON was wonderful throughout the entire process. She was down to earth, relatable & kept me informed every step of the way! AFTON is AWESOME!!!

I did focus on buying a specific model with the features I wanted and took me 4 months and way across country. I wanted the Q70S with a variety of add on packages. I also wanted the 5.6 V8, hard to find, and also many of these come with dark interior. I wanted Black with light interior. Found one, took 4 months and 2300 miles away BUT worth the wait and transportation.

I purchased a used Jeep from another dealership that had assured me my Jeep was manufacturer certified. 5 month’s later, I had a wiring issue. As the original dealership is at least an hour away, I contacted Classic, scheduled an appointment, and brought my Jeep in. Much to my dismay, the original dealership had mislead me, and I found out that I did NOT have the bumper to bumper warranty I thought I had. I was VERY frustrated. That is when Classic came through. They covered all of the parts for my repair and paid for my rental, charging me only for the labor. And when I picked up my Jeep it had been washed and vacuumed. ¿ I will never go to another Jeep dealership in the area. Classic, you have a loyal customer! Thank you so much!!

I actually love the QX70, after previously owning a 2005 FX35 the new version is definitely an upgrade... I only have two features I wish the QX70 had which is that the headlights/daytime running lights (foglights) come on simultaneously. That to me is a more attractive look at night also the Infiniti symbol illuminated for QX70 model, other than that I have no concerns GREAT Vehicle and service

I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

I just acquired a lightly-used 2016 AWD 3.7 with premium package. Previous vehicle was a 2013 M37X, so essentially the same car with some styling updates. I love everything about it, the power and comfort match anything from Germany for way less money and way more reliability. I've never had any of my Infinitis in for anything more than routine service, they are solid, reliable cars.

I bought a used vehicle from Crest. The conditions of sale was somewhat challenging due to the condition of the vehicle. As I understood it, the vehicle was a trade-in that had not gone through the regular service and sale readiness. Tire, rear light and other minor parts had to be replaced, but I had to agree to buy the vehicle before these services were performed. The vehicle couldn't be properly checked out because regular things like remote etc were not working. I agreed to buy the vehicle because I liked the vehicle and trusted Crest's reputation. Things got complicated when some of the important options were not working after the services were completed. The salesman (Jolly) was understanding, but the manager (Steve) didn't want to fix anything else on the vehicle. Luckily, the malfunctioning options only needed proper operation.and adjustments. 2 days after the vehicle was picked up, we noticed that the A/C was not functioning properly. The vehicle was taken back to Crest for diagnosis. A rental vehicle was provided while the vehicle was being serviced. The service department initially requested that I pay $400.00 of the cost of $1,600.00 to get it fixed. They later waived the $400.00 charge. Although I had some problems with the buying experience, the eventual result was positive. The 5* is to show appreciation for the commitment to customer satisfaction.

Excellent Service in a Challenging Situation

The quality of service that I received at Clay Cooley Kia in Irving defied the negative stereotypes that some believe in working with a dealership. In October 2016 I used my Kia warranty to tow my 2015 Optima EX to them to repair a flat. John Monigold, who was in the Service department at the time and has since been promoted to Parts manager, received my car into Service. They quickly repaired the flat and provided an honest evaluation of my systems, made recommendations for maintenance, but never “pushed” me. Instead, John simply showed me what my air filter looked like and informed me what needed to be completed then and what could wait. Being the daughter of a mechanic and having a bit of knowledge about cars, this immediately earned my trust. After leaving, I discovered that the towing company had damaged my car. Despite being at the end of the day, John made sure it was towed back within the hour. Even though I did not purchase my fresh-from-the plant new Optima from Clay Cooley Kia, John was my advocate and was protective of my rights as a Kia customer, doing all in his ability to keep any stress of the situation off of my back. This included working with the towing company, their insurance companies and even Kia corporate on my behalf to make sure I was a satisfied customer. In his communication with me, John was patient, friendly and well-informed. He also made sure I was aware of the progress every step of the way. I never worried because I felt my car was in good hands. I’m pleased with my Clay Cooley Kia experience and will be doing business with them again, including for my Optima maintenance needs. Although everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, I hope they use John as a model there and at other Clay Cooley dealerships for what an excellent customer experience, especially in a challenging situation, should look like. Having a 20+ year career in sales, marketing and customer experience, I know a quality experience when I see one and this was it.

We purchased our SRX in Florida and drove to Texas 4/6/2016. On our way the service engine light came on and at our arrival in Dallas called Crest for service. At 9am. 4/7, I took our car to Crest and received the best service experience, coordinated by Paul Zugelder. Not only was the engine problem corrected, but an oil filter leak was found and corrected. I have tried to give this positive customer feedback directly to Cadillac, but my survey will not complete. I would rate Crest a 10+ and Paul Zugelder a 20+for our experience.
