I had a wonderful experience taking my car in for some long overdue service. I was made aware that it would take a couple of hours to complete, and I didn't want to spend all that time at the dealership. Not being an app savvy person that uses Lyft and/or Uber services, I had asked my son to take me to the nearby mall while the car was being worked on. Unfortunately, he wasn't available. He did mention to ask the dealership for a courtesy vehicle. After dropping off my car and before I even had the chance to ask about a courtesy vehicle, Jessie had asked if I would like to be taken to the mall. This made my day, much easier than filling out paperwork for a loaner. On top of taking me to the mall, they called to let me know when the work was done, and where they would pick me up. I'm so happy I purchased my car at Ziegler Ford.
I’ve recently purchased a 2018 Chevrolet Camaro from this dealership and the car came as it said by them and on the website..... clean car .... I love the car, and it’s a joy for me to drive it everyday and see it out on the driveway when I wake up. By far one of the best experience I’ve had purchasing the car and the process of purchasing it was quick! Best dealership that I know of and I will go to them for future vehicles. I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Ken was fantastic. He was very upfront about everything and explained everything perfectly. I felt extremely comfortable here with him! I have had very bad experiences with car dealers in the past and this was nothing like those. I am walking out totally satisfied with a new car!
After buying the car was brought to me with only 1/4 tank of gas, dash and door were dirty. The salesman made everything ???right??? after I pointed these issues out but no one tried to sell me any accessories (the car doesn???t come with a trunk roller cover). I called and spoke with Reggie, sales manager, about the trunk cover, he said for me to call him back the following day and he would look into the cost. I???ve called Reggie 7 times (he is always busy) in the last 3 days, I left him a message but have never heard back from him. The salesman seemed to be very concerned over me rating him a 10 on the Jeep survey that would be coming and kept pushing the 10 on me (10s are earned, not given). Otherall, everything was just an ???okay??? experience.
The overall experience was nice. The sales associate was nice. But when I got home and lifted the hood. I realized I immediately needed new filters, new oil. Top of the antifreeze the windshield wiper fluid was empty. Everything was good until then. Then I was just irritated and realized I was going to be paying a few hundred dollars to get everything up to par.
My husband and I just bought a vehicle from Gerald Auto Sales and it was a great experience! We drove nearly 4 hrs to look at a vehicle and were a little skeptical as the last time we drove a distance to look at a vehicle the dealer sold the car before we got there. Anyways they had it ready for us when we arrived and although they were busy between everyone working they got us taken care of! We are extremely happy with our purchase and excited to fill the vehicle with our growing family!!
On a side note...it was great to get into the car with a Christian radio station playing and to see things throughout he dealership giving thanks to our Lord!
