Found a few cars I was interested in online. Called and was told how online works, but I was visiting Houston area the following week, so I decided I wanted to just go to the dealership. I was very impressed how easy this process was. After test driving four cars decided on the Maxima (my third Maxima). Was told it was not ready to roll and it would take a few days for it to be ready. I told the salesman that we were leaving Houston in three days and I needed to take the car with me. Thank you Sergio for making sure my car would be ready and texting me with updates, as I asked about the deadline promised.
They have good prices.
They did not properly prep the vehicle, wanted me to bring it back at a later date.
They did not fill it up with gas.
They do not return emails after you purchase a vehicle.
The paperwork took several hours, had to sit in a backroom with no windows in the meantime.
The dealership was very nice and the salesperson very freindly and courteous. The car was beautiful but had some very evident problems that they said would be corrected. If the repairs were done correctly might be worth a second look.
Alex was amazing he got us into a truck that we never thought we would ever be able to get. Alex went the extra mile for us. He is very good at what he does and he's in it for you not a sale. We definitely will be returning and recommending him to anyone that is in the market for a new car.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Frank at Corp Cars Inc was incredibly nice, we bought a newer model vehicle with 17k and it was smooth and seamless. He even came down on an already fair price that was under blue book. He walked us through the buying and even reminded us of issues concerning our loan with USAA that saved us a whole payments worth of money on the loan. He is a USAA preferred dealer. Great business and they will treat you right.
Went in to the dealership as I saw a really great deal for a used car online. I worked with Shane Gee who was amazing. The process was a bit long but its because they were busy but the facility kept me, my wife, and my 5 year old son occupied. They had a play area for the kids and food and drinks while we waited. Overall the best car buying experience I've ever had.
Overall service was great. However your loaner car policies need to be reevaluated. They are so not customer friendly, sufficient, or convenient. I struggle to understand how I can notify you 24 hours in advance if my car breaks down umexpectantly.
Just sold my Car to them today. Entire process took around 25 minutes. Drove in with my 9 year old car. They inspected my car for about 10 minutes and gave me an estimate on the spot. Their offer was higher than what the car dealership had offered me. I expected the offer. I had my title with me. So, we completed the transaction there...it took around 10-25 minutes more. They gave me a cashier's check, that i enacted with my bank that day. Very simple and efficient !
It made everything easy I could find any vehicle within a matter of seconds and see all the details about it made looking for a car verry simple
