The title would be correct for this vehicle, I enjoyed a 2015 Q50 Lease, then I decided to purchase this vehicle, which completely turned me off on Infiniti's Brand now, To begin with the car is very sluggish, poorly accelerates, and at other times it drives normally with good acceleration, with 2 different dealers looking at the vehicle, NO TECH, can seem to find out whats wrong with it (NO CODES SET) Accelerating onto the freeway in front of a Tractor trailer only to find that the car will not accelerate and to get it to move I must go to WOT (wide open throttle) and then it's still slow, this vehicle is dangerous to drive you never know exactly how it's going to perform, so I stay in the slow lane.
I worked with John Massaqoui who was the best salesman I ever had. He was straight to the point and did not play the old sneaky car salesman. He researched the absolute best deal for my unfortunate situation and for that i am more than thankful.
3rd Infiniti past two took us over 163K

Only problem with Infiniti is they make way to many with dark interiors that
make them hot to sit in and look smaller inside. Brakes were once under sized.
Now they have it right. Chose this over Lexus , MB. Equis and Lincoln.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.

I love everything about this car and can't seem to understand why there isn't more of them on the road! I think people often times overlook this car and go with the typical BMW or Audi.. Not me. I upgraded from an 09 M35, and couldn't be happier. TEST DRIVE this beautiful car before you make a mistake by buying one of these other guys!
This car meets and exceeds all of my expectations and is a better value than the German sedans, especially as regards standard equipment. Connectivity is somewhat dated. Great power and handling in all aspects. One downside is the 20 inch wheels on the Sport, which means less sidewall area and more inclination to getting a flat from a pothole. Don't ask me how I know!
We had a great time. Sevice was great by all the staff. Stop by just to see the lot. And we ended up with a great car at a good price. Thank you very much.

I actually love the QX70, after previously owning a 2005 FX35 the new version is definitely an upgrade... I only have two features I wish the QX70 had which is that the headlights/daytime running lights (foglights) come on simultaneously. That to me is a more attractive look at night also the Infiniti symbol illuminated for QX70 model, other than that I have no concerns GREAT Vehicle and service
I was appreciated Mr. Ben was mad cool and very patient with me and explained to me everything I needed to know.. I recommend anyone and everyone to come see him.. he will bless you and put you in the car you need

We've had our Q70S AWD for a year. Distinctive styling both exterior and interior. Great build quality, feels very solid. Quiet as a mouse even with large tyres. Some thrumming road noise, engine spirited, gravelly growl when you step on the gas pedal.
Quite extraordinary MPG of 23 overall. Airport Infiniti look after her and her needs. Just Detailed by Airport Infiniti and looks better than new. I expect to keep this girl for a long time :-) "

This vehicle has a premium performance experience but very expensive on maintenance. After the 100k mile mark you're on your own. Drives great and 5.6x engine with transmission are perfectly mated for great acceleration.
This is an amazing company , has amazing customer service , and the staff are so helpful, I recieved help from one of the managers Mahtab, she’s very helpful and is willing to go an extra mile and help you out :) haha no pun intended! Amazing company , highly recommend

Since the time I started this car for the first time at the dealer it has had nothing but problems. On that initial start up the A/C system in the car sounds like a jumbo jet trying to take off but can’t (you can even hear it over the radio) and guests always ask me "what’s wrong with your car’". The salesperson told me ’don’t worry about that, service will fix it’. The service department told me they could not fix it because "they all make this noise and Infiniti knows it". Next the car grabs every rut in the road and flies all over the place and when I say flies I mean this way beyond a safety concern & problem even gets worse when braking and again I was told this is a characteristic of the vehicle and nothing wrong was detected. In addition, there is abuzz noise when driving the car that you can hear over the radio but the dealer says they can’t hear it and they can’t fix it. I could go on and on about how bad this car is but to tell you the truth I have already wasted so much of my time on trying to get this car fix and trying to get Infiniti the car company to do something about it (which they won't & they have told me this one 3 different occasions) I just can’t stand this car anymore and I shouldn’t have to. If you want all the potential problem you can handle and then some’’.buy one of these cars. I thought this was going to be a great, fast, and cool car but all it turned out to be was a huge waste of my time and money. Sincerely, a three time new Infiniti buyer and owner (also a totally disgusted customer of Infiniti).
I was very satisfied with the service that Adam rendered. It was the first time that I had him as a service supervisor for what's needed for our Odyssey car. It was done in a very timely fashion, and very professional and kind.

I bought the Q70 new in 2015 when its exterior was mildly refreshed. I have thoroughly enjoyed it. It is not the fanciest, flashiest lux boat out there, but it commands respect and always turns heads on the interstate and in parking lot. Mine is black with a tan interior. The car is very sporty when it needs to be, and when the cruise control is set, its a comfort cruiser. The vehicle could use an overhaul though, as its bones are ~10 years old. Infiniti knows this, so the current model can be bought with heavy discounts. I look forward to seeing the next iteration of Infiniti's flagship sedan.

I did focus on buying a specific model with the features I wanted and took me 4 months and way across country. I wanted the Q70S with a variety of add on packages. I also wanted the 5.6 V8, hard to find, and also many of these come with dark interior. I wanted Black with light interior. Found one, took 4 months and 2300 miles away BUT worth the wait and transportation.
The post office lost everything that Kingstowne sent so that I could register my car in my home state. Kingstowne was kind enough to let me come pick up the documents instead and give me a new set of temporary tags.

It's very reliable and valuable car while It still has its performance. I did not have any small mechanical problems yet.

Love this roomy sedan. It also knows when you hit the gas pedal. I bought the pearl white one and I love that I hardly ever see any other white Q70s on the road. I love this car more than my old Lexus.

Tried all other comparable manufacturers after SAAB tanked (damm you, GM!). Audi - so-so. MB - meh. BMW - ho-hum. Volvo - yawn. The Q70 (we had the M37xS before and GS37xS) beats the competitors for quality, performance, bang-for-the-buck and all-around you-can't-beat-this to include the service and sales. The best service we've ever had. The best sales experience we've ever had. We're sold. No more shopping around.
My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. Many great comments about appearance and comforts by any of those who've had the pleasure to ride or drive it.
Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.
