I started my search a few months back looking for a specific vehicle when I came across ???the one???, by chance. I already had narrowed my search down to 2 and a last min search discovered a hard to pass up little gem waiting for me at GB Nissan. I ended up getting in touch with a salesman named Scott, thru Taylor, who had contacted me back in regards to my online inquirery and I???m 100% happy with the results. Scott took the time to meet me in the last half hour they were open that night and stayed an hour late only to have us both walk away in disappointment. The sales manager (Tim) I ended up speaking to that night was probably the worst I???ve ever spoken to and literally left me wondering how they even sold vehicles with him on their side lol. With only having a budget of XYZ and paying cash he literally wanted me to finance an extra $2500.00 for 40 months and also asked if I had ???anything??? to bring to the table otherwise. When I finally found the vehicle I???ve been on the hunt for slipping away I was at the point of admitting defeat and walking away from it all. Luckily Scott was honest with me and told me to come in the next day so I could speak to his GM (Mike) instead and with hesitation, I did. Not skipping a beat, I got a text in the morning from Scott saying he had already set the deal with his GM and he accepted the offer I came in with. I understand that going a reputable dealer comes with a price but they went over and above to see me drive away in that vehicle. I now know why Gordie Boucher has been my family???s dealer for as long as they have been around. A+, Scott and Mike for making another repeat buyer for Gordie cause I will definitely be back.

I recently purchased a 2017 Hyundai Tuscon (Night Edition) from Fawn Delany at Boucher Hyundai in Waukesha and I couldn't be happier. I was looking maybe for a standard Tuscon, Elantra or Sante Fe Sport and I also had a clear idea of what I was willing to pay. So I called Fawn (as I had purchased my last vehicle from her) and she had all of the cars lined up for me ready to test drive when I walked in. And there was ZERO pressure at all from her - I drove the cars and then went right home to think about which one I wanted. That's it. Isn't that crazy? I thought FOR SURE I would get the full-court press but she simply smiled, gave me her card and told me to call her if I had any further questions. So I went home, did some more research on the vehicles and that's when I saw it: The Tuscon Night Edition. I immediately knew I had to find a way to get that one but not compromise on my price range parameters. So I called Fawn and asked if they had one - they didn't. So not only did she find one for me at another dealer, she actually had it brought up to Waukesha just so I could drive it. Think about that: She delivered me a car that I had in NO WAY indicated I was going to purchase - I simply wanted to test drive it. Dealers don't typically do that because you have to barter or trade with the other dealer to pull it off of their lot AND it's a risk if the customer ends up walking away and now they have another car on their lot they have to sell that they didn't originally have. But Fawn did it for me and not because I'm a "regular" (I'm not) and buy cars all the time (I don't - haven't bought a vehicle for 6 years) but because of the fantastic service she provides for her customers. She's just willing to go that extra mile and take the risk. So once I decided that I wanted the vehicle, I had to get it to where it needed to be in price. So, Fawn and Nick worked with me to get it there. And boy did they ever: they were able to find extra discounts and rebates for me on top of already giving me a fantastic price break for the vehicle (in addition to the manufacturer rebates). There was simply no way I could turn the vehicle down for the price they were offering it to me for since it was EXACTLY in my price range - and this was the higher Trim level of Tuscon. So, long story short, I recommend Boucher for anyone looking to purchase a car who wants a pressure free and fantastic car buying experience. I know I'm certainly going back to Boucher for my next one.

This auto is very high performance and the engine pulls hard and linear power. It drives like a dream. The in car collision avoidance is confusing but it really helps in traffic.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I had an excellent car shopping experience at Infiniti of CC. My salesman, Moe, is a genuinely good person. He’s very knowledgeable in all aspects of Infiniti vehicles, he was respectful and patiently answered all my questions. I highly recommend Infiniti of Coconut Creek.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Mechanic said to me, "This car is perfect, like new." Just what I wanted to hear. Thanks Carvana! I am telling everyone I know about you guys. Good to work with you! Janet - 2017 Nissan Pathfinder

This vehicle has a premium performance experience but very expensive on maintenance. After the 100k mile mark you're on your own. Drives great and 5.6x engine with transmission are perfectly mated for great acceleration.

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I love this car!! Such a smooth riding car for it to pack 330 HP. The car includes front, back and side cameras that assist with parking. That's what sold me.
