This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.
The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.
The sales team is easy to work with and seem genuinely interested in making sure you drive away with the right vehicle for your needs; not just the most expensive vehicle you can afford (like some other dealers). They're more than fair on trades and actively help you find the right combination of rebates and financing options to save you the most money. Robert and Nate are great guys to work with and made the whole lengthy process as painless as possible.
My wife and I stopped in Chattanooga with the intention of viewing a used vehicle and then continuing on to another dealership out of state. At the end of the visit we left with a brand new vehicle that WE decided to buy. Daniel Hill took very good care of us and was not pushy in any way. He laid out our options for used and new vehicles at which point he gave my wife and I some privacy to decide what WE wanted to do. Kelly was also very personable and we didn't feel any pressure to get any additional services. She explained the extra services that were available but my wife and I made the decisions and if we said "No", Kelly didn't try to talk us into changing our minds. Richard made it a point to come by and check on us several times throughout our visit to make sure we were being taken care of. Our experience was very enjoyable and I would recommend making the trip to Chattanooga to visit this team. They are what what you expect when you think if the Infiniti brand and they give you all the information you want but let you make all the decisions.
