I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. Thank you Suitland Infiniti for your excellent customer service!

The best customer service ever!! You know the Salesperson which was Duane Mcrae has done his job when you walk into a dealership with no real intention of buying a car and leave with brand new 2019 QX50 !!
Information given about the infinity and my options yet no pressure was very impressive.
They’re teamwork was genuine. I met so many of the sales team and everyone made me feel so welcomed with a hello we’re here to give you great friendly service. No hard sales pitch only an abundance of information which was the deciding factor to purchase my new 2019 QX50 Let me mention just a few of the staff that were so down to earth yet professionalism at it’s best. Duane my Sales Advisor, Anthony Boo who walked me through everything I needed to know about the many features my new car offers, these two gentlemen were with me, checking on me through the entire process .
Last there is Esa, the General Manger, who said he would take care of things and not to worry. He was good on his word, he worked with the finance putting me in the new car of my CHOICE! I know this review might seem long but there aren’t enough adjectives to decribe my experience with Infinity of Suitland. Thank you! I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Went in seeing they have a lot of specials for the holidays. Called and talked with Simon to test drive a new QX50. Showed up the next day at our time and he had the car ready to go. Took it for a test drive and talked me through the options and what made the car stand out from others. Talked with him and Moses about a deal and they worked with me over Thanksgiving to get the deal I felt comfortable with. No pressure and very friendly. I would for sure recommend Simon and Moses to friends and family!
This was the best experience I had at a car dealership! Excellent customer service, the salesman, Nicholay was prepared and ready for me when I walked through the door to test drive the vehicle. I test drove, completed paperwork (computerized paperwork) they have gone green) in less than 2 hrs, with keys in my hand! 5 stars Nickolay---ask for him and you wont be disappointed.
I reached out to a salesman at Sheehy Infinity of Tysons, Towney Townsend and he worked with me the whole time. He took the time and was able to find the vehicle that I was interested in. He took me for a test ride in a few different trim packages of the same make and model vehicle, so that I could make an informed decision on which vehicle would best suit me. I appreciated his patients and being there to willingly answer all the questions that I had. He walked me through the whole vehicle buying process and then some. The whole experience at Sheehy Infinity of Tysons was the way I would like the vehicle buying experience. Everyone was helpful, no pressure tactics, and at the end of the day I left with the vehicle that I wanted.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
Just bought used Toyota Camry from Cowles Nissan. The salesman name Rusty was very honest professional answering every question we had just the best salesman I had ever encountered. He has many years of experience. He didn’t pressure us to buy the car. He was very patient with us and very knowledgeable of the cars and everything we were asking. If you need to buy a car I recommend going to Rusty. Thanks for everything Resty.
My car buying experience at the Infiniti of Silver Spring was exceptional. The sales person (Mike Goldring) greeted me in such a friendly and professional manner. I previously visited other Infiniti dealerships, but none of them impressed me more than Infiniti of Silver Spring. My salesperson was able to acomodate my request, and I am very pleased with my new 2016 QX60. I feel as though I am driving in a luxurious vehicle. Unlike other Infiniti dealerships, I receive a free car hand washing at any time. If you are seeking to purchase a new or leased vehicle, I recommend that you visit Infiniti of Silver Spring, and experience the quality customer service .
Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.
We had a great experience buying a brand new Infiniti. Chuck Wanderwall and the rest of his team were great to work with us and led us to the best car at the right price. Overall, they were very professional and courteous and my experience was fantastic. I look forward to the best service experience as well with Sheehy!
My sales associate was Jordan Bates. Upon meeting Jordan, he greeted us and apologized about being a little late. He had a customer he was assisting before us and their appointment went a little longer than expected. Jordan made us very comfortable immediately; he asked if we needed anything such as beverages or anything else to ease this process. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I inquired about and soon asked me if I wanted to test drive the vehicle. While driving, he told me more about the features of the vehicle, and had great general conversations. Normal car salesmen try to force me to buy a vehicle I inquire about; but Jordan did not do that at all. I did not feel pressured to buy the car. He was also able to get me the rate I wanted regarding this car. I would definitely refer him to family and friends who are looking for a new vehicle.
