After test-driving nearly every large 7-seater on the market, I was pleasantly surprised by how the GX60 met all of my needs - 3rd row large enough for children over 10 years of age, ease of entry into 3rd row, usable trunk space with third row up, helpful driver assist features (side cameras, etc.) and comfort. It's also not too large for city driving and parking. I was also pleased by the dealership's customer service, especially the service I received from Richard Slater. He found the exact vehicle I was looking for and made sure that I understood all of it's features -- both at the time of lease and with follow-up communication. I don't enjoy shopping for cars, but Sheehy Infiniti of Tysons made it a positive experience.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I did a 'lot' of research and test drives. I ended up with the Q70L with the ProActive, Sensory and Performance Tire/brake package (basically everything). My final choice was between a BMW 540xi, Volvo S90 Inscription and the Infiniti Q70L. Here is what I like about the Q70L: 1. Great blend of performance and luxury. To me, interior space, AV, material quality and design are all aspects of luxury and for performance, I am mainly looking for an engaged regular drive. So not sports-car-like, but not sluggish either. The Q70L's V6 and interior quality is overall an excellent package. 2. The interior is really the best the class. Semi-aniline leather available on the Q70 is only available in higher end cars like BMW's 7 Series and Lexus LS500 etc. The leather is excellent in the Q70L and the Bose Audio can only be matched if you have the Bowers and Wilkens Premium audio systems which cost over $3,000 on the other cars. The Q70 also uses active noise cancellation so the combination of a quiet interior, great seats and audio make it a best in class to me. I don't think a test drive does justice in terms of being able to test the interior of a car. The BMW 5 series works great in a test drive, but having owned one, I can easily say the Q70L is a much more comfortable car. 3. The user interface of the inbuilt infotainment system is one of the best. You can do everything with buttons or the touchscreen. Also, while the screen isn't as big as the S90 or as high-tech as the BMW 5 series, the implementation of the features on the Infiniti is next to none. With the proactive package, you get almost every important driving aid feature (except for auto parking - which is a great gimmick on the BMW) but it is implemented in a way that you can turn on and off any feature without hassle. I know this doesn't show up in test drives, but in daily use, ease of use really helps. The same can be said for the Infotainment system. It is easy to connect to your phone and also to choose your source for music etc. The use of physical buttons is a real plus. In summary: The Q70L is a car you'll love to drive and use in everyday life. It's a highly underrated car, but if you take the time to evaluate it rationally you'll realize how well made it really is.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Amazing Interior Detailing

Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.

Two weeks ago I¿ went to buy a car and I¿ met a nice gentleman and saw 2 cars I¿ was interested and went road test both of them. Choose one I¿ like and made a deal that day with my trade in which I¿ thought I¿ I¿ got fair deal and bought my self a dream car A Maserati. Great value and ride and not bad on the eyes. I receive compliments from co-workers to strangers in the parking lot of stores. The style is ageless and 2015 Model is very similar in features to the 2019 model.

After 9 years of fun driving from my 2009 G37x purchased new at Sheehy Infinity of Chantilly, VA it was "potentially" time to update. Had not planned to update until later this year but after call from sales rep Craig Sargent, who promised a hassle-free/non-pressured quick meet, I agreed to stop by the dealership during my lunch break. I informed him that my interest was for a 2015-2016 Infiniti Q50 3.7 Premium AWD completely loaded; had spotted one on their website the night before. Met Craig as scheduled and the experience was as advertised. He showed me the vehicle, which had just recently been returned (lease had ended), that was in the shop getting inspected and detailed for sale. Craig was patient, answered all my questions and better yet, extremely easy to work with. Within a few minutes we agreed upon a price and I was a satisfied 2nd timer at Sheehy for another Infiniti (2015 Q50 3.7 Premium AWD, loaded, and in excellent condition). Much thanks to Craig and his outstanding customer service. His non-pressured approach was a main factor in my decision to purchase earlier than planned, that, and the great price. I bought this automobile after trading in my beloved 2006 Corvette Z06. I found no use for a sports car on Canadian roads any longer so decided to try the luxury market. I sat in many vehicles, BMW, Mercedes, Buick, Lexus etc., but I found this 14025 km special which was not even in my wheelhouse. This infinity is roomy, appointed beautifully with comfort and legroom and technology, AWD and a V8. Though not miserly I smile everytime I enter this car. It handles great, the AWD is spectacular and it has more than enough smooth power for our paltry Canadian speed limits. Just a dream of a car I would never have originally thought of and now sing the praises of to everyone I know.

It has ride , comfort, performance , style inside and out, and for what you get a great value. My Q70Lhas every option available including the Driver Assist Technology package. We are RealEstate Agents and I love the Back Seat Leg Room because of the L give an additional 6 Inches of leg room over the reg. Q70.

The transmission in my 2009 QX56 was damaged due to transmission oil leak. I bought my vehicle Brand new and it only had 35,000 miles. Instead of having me pay for a new Transmission, Jon Connor and the service department recommended I contacted Infiniti USA and file a claim since my car was no longer under warranty. It took Infiniti USA about three days to approve replacing my transmission with a brand new one and all I had to pay was labor cost to the dealer, saving me about $8000. I want to say thanks to Jon Connor and the staff of Passport Infiniti service department from a grateful Army family. HOOAH!

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I highly recommend Lance Cote to be your next new or used car salesman for several reasons. First and foremost Lance is honest, sincere, straightforward and trustworthy. Second, he will truly care about you as a valued current and future customer. Third, you will feel that Lance puts your wants, needs and desires first, and he will fight to get you a fair deal. Fourth, he will be providing you with the highest level of service possible throughout the entire buying process. The true test of a good salesman, in my opinion, is his pre- and post sale follow-through. My wonderful, used 2013 Nissan 370Z needed some pre- delivery work, which Lance immediately arranged to have done. Of course since I hadn't paid for the car that work was not optional. However, the car also needed some post delivery work, which the dealer could have denied. Almost like an attorney, Lance went to bat for me and got the repairs approved. For over fifty (50) years I bought new and used cars from countless salespersons men and women alike. I have never had a better salesperson than Lance Cote. If you are active or former military as I am you will have an instant bond with him- he being a former Marine. In addition to Lance, I was well served by used car manager Nadar Zekria and general manager George Khalil. Without them and their approvals the purchase and pre- and post delivery repairs could not have happened. For their help I am most apprerciative. This was not my first nor will it be my last car purchased from Chantilly Infinity. I love this first-class dealership! I hope Lance Cote will be there when I return for my next car buy. John Ahearn
