Just leased a new Infiniti through Ron Murray at Lokey Infiniti. Ron was upfront and transparent throughout the entire process. Most of the negotiation was done via e-mail, which accommodated my schedule much better than visiting the dealership. Ron ran the numbers for me on several vehicles so I could consider multiple options. Great pricing and good communication throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend reaching out to Ron if you are in the market for an Infiniti.
Service included a dashboard removal. Some delays due to parts issues but, as usual, the Service Department did a great job. Not cheap but done right.

This car meets what I need for commuting. It has strong engine, comfortable interior and nice exterior look. Smaller then my prior QX60 but having Nissan Armada in the household, we do not need second big car.
Just bought a 2015 Maserati Ghibli at this dealership and had a great experience. Everybody was very professional and tried to do everything they could to make this deal. The salesman was Diego and he was very nice.

We downsized from the Q 50 to the XQ 30, My wife is the primary driver. She is very happy with it, needs the extra space for cargo.
Fantastic experience, great customer experience. Jorge D was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Kept his word on the terms of the contract before we even stepped into the showroom. The place is absolutely beautiful and the amenities are first class.
From the first moment I entered this dealer and purchased my vehicle the service and attention to detail has been exceptional. The entire staff is very customer oriented and always try to accomodate your needs. All I can say is exceptional.
I love my new Infinity QX60. Tom, our sales agent, was helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone that I encountered had a smile on their face and went out of their way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of.
It was a pleasure dealing with devan Infiniti. I have bought many cars in my life and have had some horrible experiences with customer service but here it was flawless. I felt welcomed there the minute I stepped in. They treated me like a friend instead of someone trying get get money from me. Unlike most dealers, I actually met and spoke to their used car manager and he made it clear that he would help me out the best he could and truly appreciated my business. I will definitely buy from there in the future and would recommend to anyone.

If you are purchasing definitely go for the top of the line, not a splurge. The car is small and compact and you woll need the extras to justify the cost.
The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.

This cars sonars and back up camera malfunction on a routine basis and neither the dealer or Infiniti knows how to fix it. They are aware the issue have been reported by multiple owners, but will not warranty the purchase. We followed their protocols and they refuse to classify our vehicle as a lemon, so we're stuck with it. The sonars are intended as a safety feature, but they go off at highway speeds for no reason alerting you of a ghost vehicle that's too close, but not even there!. The back up camera will show when driving in forward too. I don't feel confident putting my family in this vehicle. Also, the buffeting noise at highway speeds will break your eardrums if you can tolerate it long enough. The cabin looks nice, but is cluttered and tight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VEHICLE. We're stuck, but you don't have to be.
The entire dealership works together to insure the buying experience is as little stressful as possible. From the moment you enter this dealership you feel that you are their center and they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. At no time is there pressure to buy or to add something you did not need or want. Truly an unique buying experience

My first impression it looks great control nicely but I wasn't expecting such a big gas bill I ended up buying a 228i BMW which has everything that the x30 has only gives you the option of spending your gas bill less I think Infinity with a Mercedes backing needs to start thinking about the economics of fuel prices
This is the fourth car I've purchased or leased from Kearny Mesa Infiniti. From the sales team to the service department, this dealership is top notch. The sales process is easy and low pressure and generally the administrative process is simple and there isn't a lot of pressure to purchase other options. More importantly, the service department is excellent, in particular Adam Schmidt, who has been my service advisor for over 5 years and he's the best.

The QX30 has unique exterior styling, a simply beautiful interior, and a powerful engine.The interior is also comfortable and inviting. I love it and I’d recommend it!
I have been searching for over 3 months for a car, going from dealership to dealership, at the end of the day, it was the service at Kearny Mesa that sold me on an infiniti. I still love my car, and know I made the right choice!
A little nervous buying a used car for the first time, but our experience at Infiniti of Modesto and Russell, the sales associate, made it a positive one. Russell was very nice (not pushy), knowledgeable, and easy to work with. Thank you for a great experience; my daughter is loving her 1st car!!!
