Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. We recently purchased a 2017 Red Kia Sportage at LeSueur Car Company in Tempe, AZ. Riley Price was our wonderful Sales Representative. He was friendly, professional, and very helpful. We had been looking for a specific car on the Internet and found our car through Craigs List at LeSueur. My husband called the dealership and spoke to Riley. Riley told him the fair price over the phone and said he would be glad to meet with us about the car. We drove to Tempe from Tucson (1 1/2 hrs) and Riley was there waiting for us with the car in front of the dealership. We actually purchased this car with no haggling (we're not used to that), and a very pleasant experience with Riley. He made everything go so smoothly. We would recommend this dealership and Riley to anyone we know. We're enjoying our Sportage with only 11,000 miles very much! It handles wonderfully and rides smoothly! I really like the style of the car and it is the perfect size. I only have two major complaints. A high end pricey car should have a sunroof that opens, what is the point of a shade that opens to glass. And not much storage inside.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

This car meets what I need for commuting. It has strong engine, comfortable interior and nice exterior look. Smaller then my prior QX60 but having Nissan Armada in the household, we do not need second big car.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.

We have only had the car about a month, so far so good. It's actually my wife's car and she loves it. I'm a pretty good sized guy and find the interior a little cramped but not too bad. My biggest and really only complaint is that the entertainment system is less than impressive. The one in my 2017 Silverado is way better.

This car is luxury and value that can't be beat. The pick up is so amazing it makes me forget it's a 4 cylinder. The style and size is just perfect for me. I wanted a small suv for fuel efficiency but also I want to feel safe and have power when I need it. This crossover fits the bill to a tee.

Scottsdale Infiniti Service Departments representative Eric has proven a reflection of the aforementioned integrity. I have witnessed his ability to interact seamlessly (listen and explain) with a wide range of customers, including the members on his team. Although to understand an electric-mechanical system requires a skill, interacting with all the facets involved in an industry requires much more for long term success. It does take aptitude, attitude, experience and skill, but most importantly is the integrity with which this package functions. To find a product and repair shop one can trust is truly valuable. Worth mentioning is the 2012 Infiniti I own which has been serviced strictly by Scottsdale Infiniti for the past 5 years. I currently receive compliments and offers to purchase this vehicle from a wide range of people rather often due to its current condition. Automobile technician groups need brand specific specialization these days. Just training, certificates and factory authorization are not guarantees of workmanship. A well seasoned technician knows that experience, training and intelligence are not a guarantee for outcome; again.... there needs to be integrity and attitude in the environment. All personnel on particular team in a professional environment of respect and positive energy flow, will then provide the best steady positive results. If you're looking for a SUV crossover, this is the car for you. The QX30 looks great not only from outside but its beautiful inside too. The soft touch leather finishing gives a luxury feel. It also borrows few features from Mercedes like door buttons, the main controller button etc. Comparing it to Mercedes GLA 250, this is QX30 is more affordable and it comes with touch screen which is missing in GLA250 base models. QX 30 comes with several safety features such as blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, Navigation, Rear View Camera etc, but the best part which is missing in the most cars in same price range is the bird view or around camera view. QX30 does comes with a bird view which is really helpful specially while parking in a tight space. The only cons would be a little less space and head room as compared to a regular SUV's but since this is a crossover it is supposed to be smaller than a regular SUV. Still, a great car for a small family and as a owner you would definitely feel great driving this beauty.

From Texas i was shopping for an extended warranty for my 2013 G37 convertible. The Infiniti USA site pointed me to Courtney at this Arizona dealership. I received a prompt email quote and I compared it to my local TX dealer and would save big $$. Courtney was very prompt in answering all my questions and even making suggestions on how best to secure this warranty. Thank you so much...bell honda and a special thanks to my service rep, George H..what a great experience..i service all my hondas there, and i am very pleased with your service. Even though i service my hondas there i also own a 2014 toyota rav 4. About a few months ago i had some very stong moldy odor coming from my a/c vents, so i bought the car to my nearest toyota dealer and had them fix it because its still under warranty. Toyota refused to fix the problem saying that waranty did not cover smells from a/c vents ..there service rep told me that i should just spray some sort of air freshner in my a/c vents ..that will fix it. So i tries it nothing worked and again toyota refuse to fix it saying theres nothing they can do about it. So i bought the car to bell honda (yes my toyota).and had my service guy George H look at it. he told me,he knows what it is and that he has the special tool needed to perform the service...he charged me a very reasonable price...and performed the service and got rid of the smell. I was so happy and pleased with George H..he was awesome .thanks for nothing toyota...and thank you bell honda...especialy thank you George H...

Even though it is a midsize car it feels comfortable inside, i like the fact that i can charge more then one device in the car, there is plenty of leg room and the car has a pretty quick response especially when it's on sport mode

A true 5 Star buying experience. Made an online request on a new QX-30 and got a phone call in 5 minutes. Our salesman, Jerrick Price, said the car would be detailed and ready for our visit. When we arrived, a fine gentleman greeted us and took us to Jerrick. As we were going inside the office, the car we specifically wanted to see was already parked at the front door. The buying process with Jerrick was easy and no pressure. Tim Vining in Finance was professional and speedy with the paperwork. The whole process took 2 1/2 hours ??? highly recommended.

Finally got tired of driving huge vehicles (QX60 latest), but really like the Infiniti look. The QX30 is much smaller, and has a very smart look - clearly the same bloodline as the QX60. Built on Mercedes platform, Infiniti did a great job upgrading the exterior look and interior creature comforts. Not the quietest or smoothest rides ever, but fun to drive!

Bar none-the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. I???ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my ???shields up??? when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn???t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that???s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy???s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I???d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 ??? 3 hours; couldn???t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. I will continue to do my business with Courtesy Volvo and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Remember the names: Jeremy Sarnataro, Andrew Caron, Drew Luis. I have never had a more pleasant and, dare I say, fun experience buying a car as I did with these gentlemen at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale.

We have owned 2 Infiniti's in the past, G20 and G37s both sedan and both were awesome cars. It was a easy decision when we had to get another one. After quick test drive we ended up picking QX30 Luxury AWD. It is good ride and is not much different then other sedans we had. Overall the features are good and ride excellent. However there are few small things which Infiniti missed on even in Luxury model. Like the locks are going backwards and feels very plasticky. My 10 year old daughter called it "old car" just looking at the locks. Another quirk is about universal garage opener, it is missing at Luxury but comes in at Premium. I am still exploring other features some of them are habit changing like button for parking instead it being with reverse or drive; or volume control on steering wheel on right side instead of left. Glove compartment and center console are comparatively small. Those are minor cosmetic issues, but overall it seems very capable. Looking forward to drive it for many years.
