We did a lot of research and new what we were looking for. The associate (Dan) made us feel that he was buying the car with us, making sure we were comfortable with our decision and no pressure. My one gripe overall is that cars that require a fob in lieu of a key need to come with two up front or the other one sent later to us (at my expense) rather than me having to make another trip to have another one made.
I had the opportunity to work with both Shane and Andy in helping me pick out my new used grand Cherokee. The experience was wonderful with great attention to detail in customer service, answering all my questions and making the experience of buying a car a pleasure. I recommend these guys to anyone looking to buy a car new or used.

I was extremely impressed with the service center at Richenbaugh Infiniti! The lead service advisor, Ryan Lent, gave me the best customer service expirience I've had in a long time! I brought my Infiniti in to get a spare key remote and tire rotation. I had no appoinment but he did everything in his power to accomadate my service since I travel a lot for work and it's hard for me to make appointments. I really appreciated him making me feel important and treating my car service as a priority for him! Rickenbaugh Infiniti has won a customer and my referrals! I highly recommend this dealership and especially their service center!
