If you're looking for a SUV crossover, this is the car for you. The QX30 looks great not only from outside but its beautiful inside too. The soft touch leather finishing gives a luxury feel. It also borrows few features from Mercedes like door buttons, the main controller button etc. Comparing it to Mercedes GLA 250, this is QX30 is more affordable and it comes with touch screen which is missing in GLA250 base models. QX 30 comes with several safety features such as blind spot monitoring, lane departure warning, Navigation, Rear View Camera etc, but the best part which is missing in the most cars in same price range is the bird view or around camera view. QX30 does comes with a bird view which is really helpful specially while parking in a tight space. The only cons would be a little less space and head room as compared to a regular SUV's but since this is a crossover it is supposed to be smaller than a regular SUV. Still, a great car for a small family and as a owner you would definitely feel great driving this beauty.

Can't believe it was almost twelve years ago that Steven LeSueur and I met when he assisted me with securing the fourth car in my lifetime; a Volvo 2005 S40 T5. I thought it was the best machine that was ever made. Sadly, it was totaled in mid-October in a collision. No one hurt, thankfully. I immediately thought of LeSueur and as I pulled up (already had my eye on a beauty 2016 S60 Cross Country) there it was, at the ready. Bar none-the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. I???ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my ???shields up??? when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn???t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that???s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy???s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I???d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 ??? 3 hours; couldn???t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. I will continue to do my business with Courtesy Volvo and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Remember the names: Jeremy Sarnataro, Andrew Caron, Drew Luis. I have never had a more pleasant and, dare I say, fun experience buying a car as I did with these gentlemen at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale.

The 2017 QX30 Premium awd was purchased as a Certified Used and, so far, has been great. It has more than ample performance with good, but not great, fuel economy. But that may be more to do with my foot than the car. I really love the styling of the exterior and the outward visibility is outstanding as well. Beautiful car. The interior is also beautiful and, overall, well thought out. The controls are relatively easy to locate/use. Some or the buttons could be a bit larger or perhaps more conveniently located, but after a short while,they were a piece of cake. Perfect size for the two of us. About 35,000 miles so far and no problems, save a slight rattle in the back, driver's corner, which the dealer took care of quickly, (with a loaner to boot). Very,very pleased. I don't understand why the sales of this are lagging. I got a really great price on the car and more than I expected on my FX35 . ( It was a low mileage trade). The QX 30, in my opinion is a .great car!

I am 68 and retired... needed something to get me around town in Midwest winters... car has a lot of bells and whistles I probably won't use, but it is solid as a tank. Was driving a Subaru Impreza... too low to the ground and too light... gave it to my son who is moving to Oregon... he loves it... wished I could put a "cow catcher" on the Infiniti... then I would be all set.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

It does take aptitude, attitude, experience and skill, but most importantly is the integrity with which this package functions. To find a product and repair shop one can trust is truly valuable. Worth mentioning is the 2012 Infiniti I own which has been serviced strictly by Scottsdale Infiniti for the past 5 years. I currently receive compliments and offers to purchase this vehicle from a wide range of people rather often due to its current condition. Automobile technician groups need brand specific specialization these days. Just training, certificates and factory authorization are not guarantees of workmanship. A well seasoned technician knows that experience, training and intelligence are not a guarantee for outcome; again.... there needs to be integrity and attitude in the environment. All personnel on particular team in a professional environment of respect and positive energy flow, will then provide the best steady positive results. This car is luxury and value that can't be beat. The pick up is so amazing it makes me forget it's a 4 cylinder. The style and size is just perfect for me. I wanted a small suv for fuel efficiency but also I want to feel safe and have power when I need it. This crossover fits the bill to a tee.

I have been coming to Midway Chevy since I was a little kid; my parents always bought their new vehicles from Midway. Since I started buying my own vehicles, I have bought 2 Colorado's & a Silverado from Midway, & it had been nothing but positive!! There were 2 employees that I want to include in this review: Ali Mohkami & Ray Banks. I'd like to start with Ray, since I have known him longer. Ray is a great person, & one of my favorite people period. He has been at Midway since I was a kid coming with my parents. Once he heard about my life situation from my Dad (who bought a 2500 from him only a week or so prior), he was all about helping me figure out what to get when I came in. I drive for Lyft for my main source of income (being a disabled vet, it is the only job I can do that works with my disabilities), & I did not have a vehicle I could use at the moment, so it was imperative I got a new truck so I could go back to work. Ray treated me like family, & was genuinely concerned & very professional in helping me get into my new truck. He also kept it realistic & gave me the bottom line up front, without any fluff; I really appreciated that. He is awesome, & I will always come to see him whenever I am at Midway!! Ali is also one of my favorite people at Midway, & he is as professional & friendly as they come! He knew exactly how to present the vehicle (even though I owned the exact truck he was showing me, & he has done the truck tour with me with my last vehicle recently, he still insisted he give me the run-down of all the great things about it), & he was so good that he had me excited about a V6 2x4 Silverado, even though I wanted a 4x4 V8, which I ultimately ended up buying. His reason for showing me the V6? He was actually looking out for me & my financial situation!! I recently went through a very hostile divorce that almost ruined me financially, & although I got back on my feet & was able to buy my new red & black, V8 4x4 Z71 Silverado (my dream truck, with all the fun stuff on it, paid off thankfully), he STILL had my best interests in mind & wasn't all about breaking my bank. He was as friendly as he could be while maintaining his professionalism, and that is something I haven't seen much of since I was in the Army. Ali is definitely one of the best people I have ever worked with in a professional manner, & I couldn't be happier with how he handled everything!! Not only will I continue to buy my vehicles from Midway, but I will be coming to see Ray & Ali for all of my future trucks (& hopefully a badass Corvette before I'm 35!!). They might not know it, but the both of them even convinced me to stick with Chevy, even though I've also owned Dodge. Midway is great, & I will always refer everyone to them! Every single person I've worked with in there has the same level of professionalism with the right mix of friendly, & it really makes you feel welcome when they all recognize you after only the 2nd time coming in. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I had the pleasure of buying our first family vehicle in 2015 from Licia at Volvo of Tempe. As my wife and I began our search in the spring of 2015, we started to land on the new 2016 Volvo XC90. The only problem was for as much as there was available online with videos, written first impressions, previews, etc, the car was just not available anywhere in the US to test drive. I reached out to Volvo of Tempe and came in contact with Licia who kept us up-to-date on when their first models would arrive on the lot for a test drive. The moment the first test drive model arrived into Volvo of Tempe, my wife and I took an initial test drive and were hooked. Licia and the rest of the team were very accommodating throughout the entire test drive process allowing us to come back to the dealership multiple times to test drive additional 2016 XC90 models that had more of the bells and whistles my wife and I were looking for (ie: B&W sound package, HUD, Inscription package, etc). Additionally we placed our order through Licia for an overseas delivery at their factory in Gothenburg, Sweden which she was very knowledgeable in. Overall the ordering process, even for an OSD was extremely easy (locked in public pricing). After our initial order was placed, we booked our tickets to go to Sweden and picked up the car at the factory about 3 months later. We had a trip of a lifetime with about 1000 road miles in Europe and turned the car back into the factory where it was shipped to the Tempe dealership and arrived about a month later. We took the car in for an upgrade of the Volvo Sensus connect once the Apple Carplay came out and the car spent less than a day in the shop. Overall we've been very happy with the ordering and service experience (including the OSD delivery in Sweden), and would highly recommend anyone interested in a Volvo to do the same overseas process and purchase through our awesome Internet sales agent Licia for their next new car! Shopping for a newer (but not brand new) Tacoma 4x4 in the Prescott AZ area kind of limited my options so I expanded the search into the greater Phoenix area where I found a couple that met my criteria, which did include staying within a certain price range. LeSueur was actually the last of three stops we made while in the Phoenix area and the Tacoma we eventually purchased had a feature that I didn't actually know I wanted or needed which was the extra foot of bed space, it's a long bed (6'). I very much love that we purchased a long bed and the price we paid was extremely reasonable. After viewing the truck the day we were down in the area, we communicated and settled all the details via email with Steven LeSueur. That went very well and he responded to our emails quickly. The day we decided to journey back down there to purchase the truck we realized we were short on time so we informed Steven of our time constraints and he did a great job of getting out of there with the truck within an 1 1/2 of arriving there. The only thing he even attempted to add to the purchase was extended warranty coverage which we declined because the truck was still under factory warranty and we wanted to stay within budget. No other hidden fees or charges, thus we were extremely happy with the process. We've had the truck for one week now and I like it more now than the day we actually purchased it. It's been a great truck and I don't expect that to change anytime soon. My wife and I (along with our two dogs who made the journey to LeSueur with us) would highly recommend doing business with this professional car dealership (something that cannot be said for too many car dealerships).

This car meets what I need for commuting. It has strong engine, comfortable interior and nice exterior look. Smaller then my prior QX60 but having Nissan Armada in the household, we do not need second big car.

This car is peppy, and a lot of fun to drive. It's definitely on the smaller side, but perfect it somebody wants a sportier car. Great value for what you get. Nice engine, fancy interior, and looks great.
