I recently purchased a used Honda odyssey from Grubbs Infiniti in Grapevine. My sales associate, Zee, was very knowledgeable and helpful. The process went very smoothly and I would recommend this dealership. Thanks again!

Excellent car for commuting

This car meets what I need for commuting. It has strong engine, comfortable interior and nice exterior look. Smaller then my prior QX60 but having Nissan Armada in the household, we do not need second big car.
My friend and I walked in on a rainy day to look at vehicles. I was in search for a bigger vehicle and had the intentions to buy a used vehicle. We saw a very reasonable price on a used vehicle that had really low mileage but I wanted to do some more research and my time was limited that day. Mandy was very pleasant to work with. She had the answers to all my questions, which I had plenty. She was very patient and informative. I had to reschedule because I had to leave. We kept in contact throughout the next day because I was unsure of when my daughter???s volleyball tournament will end. Again she was extremely understanding and patient with my needs and worked with my fluctuating scheduled time to test drive the vehicle. All Questions were answered and I was very pleased with all the knowledge she had to share with me in regards to the vehicle. I was able to take home the vehicle for the weekend. I loved the way the vehicle drives and all the bells and whistles it came with, but decided on a new one because Mandy was able to work with me on some numbers. Mandy made sure I was happy with my purchase and worked with me on understanding all the functionality the vehicle had to offer. Mandy made my visits so comfortable and the conversations were so easy that it felt like I was having a conversation with a friend. My daughter felt very comfortable with Mandy and liked her a lot. I recommend Mandy to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. She is definitely the go to person. She wants her clients to be happy with their purchase and not the type that would sell anything just to have a sale. Once again, thank you so much Mandy!!!

This collaboration was a great idea!! The car is stylish and sensible! I enjoy the panoramic view on the back up camera the most out of all of the features.
Mandy made the process very painless. We did most of the work upfront over the phone before I entered the dealership. Once I arrived I drove the car and finance had the docs ready. I would highly recommend Mandy and Grubbs Infiniti Grapevine.

I test drove my QX30 and love it; it’s so me. Looks great and everything I wanted in a car is mine. Just the right size.
My salesperson Mandy was exceptional. This is my second experience with the brand and Grubbs Infiniti; each time gets better. Mandy knew exactly what our expectations were and she made it happen! She was very knowledgeable and personable. Her recommendations were respected because she was genuine. The salesperson truly makes a difference when getting a new vehicle.

If you are purchasing definitely go for the top of the line, not a splurge. The car is small and compact and you woll need the extras to justify the cost.
I have been going to Grapevine Toyota for several years now. This is the forth Toyota purchased from them and the service has always been excellent! Thanks in part to my asst. service supervisor Robert Moran and the whole service staff.
I came in June of this year to get our Toyota Highlander serviced and have the Zak-Tek protection applied (which is great) and went over to see Neal Asaad the General Manager just to say hello.
He asked me how my 1970 Grand Prix was doing. I told him that I was going to get the old factory R-12 A/C replaced for a new R-134a replacement unit which would have to be shipped in from Florida. The garage where I was going to take it quoted me several thousand dollars to tear out the old factory air and put in the new one, and keep the car for three days.
This was after going to three different places to get an estimate where I asked about doing a retrofit kit, (I was still wanting to keep it original as I have owned it since it was new) no one was interested in doing that because they said they couldn’t guarantee it not leaking or that the compressor bearings might be worn out and other excuses for the system not working.
Neal suggested that I bring it in and let his service techs look at it.
He introduced me to John Farley his fixed operations director and Karl Landerholm his shop foreman. They said they would check it out and let me know later that day. They captured what little R-12 Freon that was in it and cleaned the system out and refilled it with environmentally friendly R-134a Freon. After keeping it overnight to check for leaks I picked it up the next morning.
To make a long story short.
They did a great job! “Above and Beyond”. It has performed perfectly all-of this hot summer without any leaks or problems for just a couple of hundred dollars.
Truly a Friendly, Fair and Professional Dealership!
Good performance but more like a sedan

Meets are needs; small, great performance and easy to drive in. It is more of a sedan than a SUV. It's tech features are good but take some time to learn.
I had a great experience at Driver's Select this past Saturday. I worked with Charles McCormick and I couldn't recommend him enough! He was very personable and knowledgeable about each vehicle. I felt like I could trust Charles and that he truly had my best interest at heart. If you're looking for a car, go to Driver's Select and see Charles!

This car is peppy, and a lot of fun to drive. It's definitely on the smaller side, but perfect it somebody wants a sportier car. Great value for what you get. Nice engine, fancy interior, and looks great.
The staff at Freedom is very courteous and professional. The service is great and I have truly enjoyed the service I've had with them since purchasing my 2013 Buick lacrosse

My wife was looking to replace her car she used all during college. We needed more room and this offered plenty of room and comfort. It has great styling on the outside and continues inside. Though some internal features could be better, overall it’s a great car.

Most Wellmade Car We’ve Owned

From the glide of the seatbelts to the detailed chrome and wood inlays, this car is by far the most wellmade vehical we have collectively owned. The QX30 is filled with amazing attention to detail and quality manufacturing. We love the suede ceiling lining and the Cafe Teak Interior. The seat control makes it possible to have the seat conform to the most comfortable position for you and the Intelligent Cruise Control is also amazing. Our QX30 purchase was a great desicion.
I had an appointment with Cecil. He was very kind and made sure I got the service that I needed and it didn't take a long time
Too much for the look
by Lovecars from Greensboro, NC

It is a small vehicle and too expensive for the features. Smooth drive but the bumper went in as soon as it was pushed down. Cloth seats make it look cheap. I feel with the price you are paying for brand not quality.
I brought the car in for an issue that I had misunderstood and the service adviser was exceptionally nice and professional. He explained how the mechanism worked and that the bulb that had been replaced fixed the issue.

Unsafe at Any Speed. Avoid This Vehicle.
by Kevin G. from Roselle, IL.

This cars sonars and back up camera malfunction on a routine basis and neither the dealer or Infiniti knows how to fix it. They are aware the issue have been reported by multiple owners, but will not warranty the purchase. We followed their protocols and they refuse to classify our vehicle as a lemon, so we're stuck with it. The sonars are intended as a safety feature, but they go off at highway speeds for no reason alerting you of a ghost vehicle that's too close, but not even there!. The back up camera will show when driving in forward too. I don't feel confident putting my family in this vehicle. Also, the buffeting noise at highway speeds will break your eardrums if you can tolerate it long enough. The cabin looks nice, but is cluttered and tight. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VEHICLE. We're stuck, but you don't have to be.
I was talking to another dealer about buying a 2018 GTI, but they gave me the run around constantly (oh it doesn't include our add-ons, oh it includes every incentive, etc.). I walked into Hendrick and made it known I wanted a new GTI. After an initial lowball on my trade-in they easily matched it and lowered the price on theirs below the other dealer. They made the buying process simple and easy. Plus they (the dealer) covers the first 10K service which VW no longer does . Another plus. Finance was pushy to sell their stuff, but it wasn't too bad. Overall I'd give them a 4.5/5.
Shockingly comfort ride

When my old Jeep Patriot became too much of a burden, my wife and I decided to get a second car to replace IT and complement our BMW 428i. We were leaning toward a BMW X1 but when my wife recommended we check out Infiniti, I jumped on the occasion and fell in love with this model the moment I saw it. The drive is definitely different from the 428i in that it is smoother and less agile, but I've come to appreciate it immensely. It's not too roomy in the back, but the front can be set up to be fairly comfortable even for my 6'3" frame. Add to that the excellent Bose speaker system, a very intuitive GUI, a splendid parking break and the coolest clutch I've ever used and it's hard not to love this car. The seats and the steering wheel are also both gorgeous and the vehicle, from the outside, looks as rugged as its owner does. I'd appreciate an automatic rear door for the groceries, but I have to admit that I would rather not have unnecessary electronic parts if I don't really need them. Fuel consumption is also respectable and I can get a good 330km to 350km from a tank on my mostly city driving. Highway driving is obviously a lot more economical.
It was nice to get beyond the dickering that one is always subjected to from car salespeople. Buying from the comfort of home was nice.
