I don???t have much patience for the sales process because I research before I arrive and know what I like and don???t so usually don???t enjoy the process. Mark Wilson changed that for me. He was excellent in his knowledge, his respect for what I cared about and his willingness to be flexible in how the process was conducted if that was important to me. He went above and beyond every step of the way.
My best car buying experience in my life, and I've bought quite a few cars in my life! From the sales rep, Trey Ferro, his supervisor, Charles Lawson, and the finance staff, all were friendly and very professional. Facilities were very nice also. I highly recommend Niello Infiniti for your car buying experience!
Due to distance, I was looking online for Q50S and I had to rely on Chip's candor. Whether asked to kick the tires, doing the limbo by looking under and then over, inside, all directions of the cars.....was provided without hesitancy. What a great way to establish a wonderful relationship and providing great customer service!

I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
A bit different than the atypical dealership being in the middle of a large and busy city, but that doesn't stop the customer service from shining through. I'd highly recommend for purchase of a new or used vehicle.
Bought a used car. Came from out of town and drive 100 miles to dealer location. Everything went well with the purchase. Financing agent explain all the details of the sale. We felt no pressure and was dealt with honestly.
Hyundai of Serramonte has a great staff. They were nice and not too pushy! They made us feel comfortable and relaxed. They were very understanding of our situation and were willing to work with us. They went above and beyond normal expectations. Overall, the best experience I have had at a car dealership!
