Quick summary: Began researching QX60s two weeks ago. Registered for the Vehicle Purchase Program through my company. The program directed me to several dealerships. Greg Shields reached out promptly from Sheehy Annapolis. Given my wife and my schedule we planned to purchase Memorial Day weekend. We reached out to Greg on a Saturday; he scheduled us to come in on Monday. Here's where the magic began. We arrive at 10am Monday with a rambunctious set of kids (5 and 7) in tow. Dennis Hunt graciously opened the door and helped get us set up in the very well-equipped and clean customer waiting area. I found out later that Dennis is a fraternity brother of mine (Omega Psi Phi); that made his politeness even more understandable :-) Greg came and greeted my family and me and got us started. He walked us methodically through each step of the process. Put us in an amazing 2016 QX60 and guided us on a comprehensive test drive. Every question was answered and he was very kind to my kids who asked the occasional random, off-beat questions that 5 and 7 year olds ask. We got back to the dealership, Greg built us the specific vehicle we were looking for, then we got down to brass tacks. The price discussion was stress free, direct, and honest. Greg offered us several options and took our financial considerations into serious regard. He got us to where we wanted to be in terms of price, financing, and monthly payment. We met with the Finance Manager at 12:30 and were on our way by 1:15. No muss, no fuss. Here are a few kickers: 1. Every single person we came in contact with was genuinely polite and kind. I mean EVERYONE. The receptionist, the other sales consultants (everyone we ran across congratulated us and Ed was great and set the tone upon our first arriving), the sales manager (who was cooking out on the grill and prepared hot dogs and hamburgers for my family), the cashier (who let my kids munch on snacks in the customer waiting area and didn't mind that were all over the place). We did not encounter a single poor or fake attitude. 2. The dealership is immaculate and is designed with the customer in mind. It was comfortable and offered complimentary refreshments that were awesome. 3. Last but not least - Greg Shields was AMAZING. We will be customers of his as long as he is selling automobiles. Greg made our buying experience the very best we have ever had. We discussed it the entire way home from Annapolis to Gaithersburg. He is a class act and a consummate professional. I will recommend every single person I know looking to purchase a vehicle to Greg at Sheehy. I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!

I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!

Highly satisfied with my experience at Sheehy Nissan White Marsh. My husband and I went looking for another Altima, since we love our '09 so much, and needed to replace his old beat-up work car. The car we purchased from Sheehy is our new family car and the '09 is my husband's new commuter car for work. We intend to own this car for quite a while, so getting a car with low miles was the most important thing to us. Because of our desire to purchase a car with low miles, we were initially interested in purchasing a new '16, but our sales expert, Mike Graham assisted us in finalizing the purchase of a "like-new" '15 with under 10.5k miles on it. In purchasing a certified pre-owned, we were able to walk away with a beautiful special edition S-class Altima with features we weren't even considering, like remote start- amazing for the summer and wintertime! Thank you, Mike for introducing us to our new beauty and for your wonderful and professional service! James Kim, our financing expert, made sure to walk us through all the paperwork and extra details we had to go over in an extremely professional and friendly manner. He was easy to talk to and answered all of our questions and concerns. Thank you, James for your great service! The car had a few superficial damages to the paint, but they made sure to take care of them in order to make us completely satisfied and comfortable with our purchase. The touch-up was done a few days after we had taken the car home so I had to take it back in, but they had a lovely young lady named Vic from the service department drop me off back at home while the work was being done. One of the managers, Tim Kelley, even offered to have me picked back up when my car was finished. SO incredibly happy with our choice to purchase from Sheehy Nissan White Marsh. Thank you so much to ALL of the team at Sheehy (sorry if I forgot anyone or didn't know your name) for going above and beyond, proving that customer service and building a positive relationship really is the most important thing to them! My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

325HP with sweet acceleration in a compact SUV, extended legroom front and rear, great design 19" wheels, lots of luxury features, very well appointed leather interior, power up rear seat backs, but no power hatch, handles like the 350Z and G35 it is based on. Deserves much more favorable press than it gets. Very pleased.

My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Everything was smooth -- signed a couple more papers, took my Pathfinder for a spin, Eric inspected my trade, and I left within 30 minutes with my new car. I would also like to add that I drove directly to my mechanic, so he could inspect the car and make sure I wasn't buying something with hidden damage. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

We had previously owned the FX-35 and then the EX-35. I would rate the QX-50 as the best of the three. Interior ride is quiet. Handling in our NC mountains is sharp and responsive- corners extremely well. I love the look of the QX-50 exterior- harks back to the FX-35/45 side view appearance- unique among crossovers in my opinion. The QX-50 is 5" longer than the EX-35 and sits somewhat higher- making for easier driving in new snow. The 19" wheel option further improves the looks and lifts the car a bit higher also.

I'm the proverbial broken record when it comes to surveys involving Capitol Cadillac and its service providers. As is always the case, the service received most recently was comprehensive, professional and exceptionally pleasant. On this occasion -- involving standard oil change, etc. -- I happened to mention a small "ding" on the side of my vehicle, questioning how long it would take to fix it on a prospective appointment. When I picked up my vehicle, my service rep -- David Harding -- had taken it upon himself to buff out what I had thought was a dimple in the panel itself. Although an exceptional example, this focused attention to detail is what I have experienced consistently since 2010 at Capitol Cadillac. I would not consider a vehicle from another dealership.

What a value! We wanted a luxury car and had never considered INFINITI. When we looked at it, we thought, wow this is a lot of car. Same features in a Mercedes or Lexus and better. Great thing is, most are standard features! I am so impressed by the handling, the look and the features.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

Mohammed in sales really went out of his way to help me , I was in service and waiting for the shuttle to get to work and it was taking some time . Mohammed was in service talking to some one and he approached me just to say hello and I told him my predicament and guess what he himself drove me to work . Now that is customer service , my next Altima will be from Mohammed . He is a great sales person and knows the value of time !

I had the lower to the ground, smaller 2015 QX50 and loved it except that it was too low to the ground and a little small inside. I enthusiastically purchased the newly remodeled 2016. Everything I loved about the previous model remained the same-love the look, love driving it. This model however has defects and Infinity refuses to do anything about them. The heated seat on the drivers side is 4-8 degrees hotter than the passenger side. Some people may enjoy that but it is just too hot for me to be comfortable. I am constantly turning it off and on as I have lower back problems and the heated seat, if it worked properly, would provide relief. Infinity's response is that this is the way it was programmed in Japan. All of the other 2016 QX50's have the same problem therefore it is "normal" and there is nothing they can do unless Japan reprograms it/them. Additional problem is that the overall heating in the car has to be over 70 or more to go on. Additionally the car will indicate I have 50 plus miles of gas remaining and all of a sudden I am running out of gas. I am livid with the lack of response from Infinity. Their consumer people tell me the same thing as the dealership-this is normal because this is how it was programmed. They offer nothing to make up for the problems. I shall never buy another Infinity. I was very happy with all of my previous Toyotas and should have stuck with them.

I had a recurring issue with the access door for my 2007 Tacoma - I had brought it in unable to open the door or even access it and it was repaired. Three weeks later the door jammed again, I called Donald and he made sure that the same tech worked on this door, and together they fixed it without needing to replace parts, at no charge and showed me how I could handle this in the future without needing to bring the truck in. He noticed I had bought a cabin air filter and took it upon himself to install it for me as I checked out. He went above and beyond the customer service role. Great Job.

I traded in my 2008 Infiniti EX35 for the "larger" version of that crossover in the 2016 Infiniti QX50. What I got for my money has left me wanting more. I miss a LOT of the extras that my 2008 model had to offer that's no longer available in the new model. I don't feel like I'm driving a luxury vehicle, but I certainly am paying for one. I absolutely wanted another Infiniti and that may have very well be my mistake. I should've done more research in other brands before making a final decision. I love that they have offer multiple surveys for my new car purchase because I've used that opportunity to vent my frustrations with the shortcomings of the newer model. Hopefully the 2017 models will have the Infiniti feel to them but skip the 2016. The one plus for me is that this car does have get-up! When I need to accelerate and move in traffic its perfect for maneuvering. The drawback on that is this vehicle is horrible on city MPG and it burns a lot of gas. Depending on how I drive on any given day I can be at the pump twice a week, which sucks. I find myself always watching my milage to empty; same as my '08. I can easily see me trading this in for a BMW or something else comparable to it in it's class.

I am satisfied with the overall performance. It is what I wanted especially in suze. The features are excellent inside the vehicle. The only drawback is the lack of luxury feeling of similar car prices. The seating and ride is a little hard, other then that, just an excellent choice.

Went in for interior detailing and this is the best service my car and I have ever received. Friendly greetings from a beat after I walked in, I was checked in on multiple times while I was there waiting by different agents (offered water, sofa, coffee, and conversation), I loved the comfortable lounge space, and everything was clear up front from the get go. Don't even get me started on my car-- the interior previously looked like I had been giving rides to livestock, and now it looks fresh off the show room floor. Couldn't be happier and I feel like I got it for a steal :) Trust'em! You won't regret it.

The 2016 QX50 is very comfortable, fast and beautiful. The power is there when you need it to pass any car on the highway. I took a test drive and quickly traded in my 2013 G37X. Although the 2013 G37X is also very fast but because of my height i really enjoy and feel more comfortable in the 2016 QX50. Wow, all i can say is if you are looking for a cross over SUV and a sports looking ride that is also luxury, then look no further just go for it and you will love it.
