My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

On Saturday, Naz greeted us with a new shiny, clean 2017 White Nissan Pathfinder and we were very excited! My wife and I spent the past 3 months test driving cars, specifically SUV's - X2, Q5, Acura MDX, Discovery Sport, MKC, Lexus. During those months we received 3 letters from Nazario inviting us to stop by and chat about what Napoli Nissan has to offer. Our Rogue lease was up in January and we had never considered a Pathfinder. The obvious reason for Naz's long term success at Napoli is because he is a nice person, knowledgeable about the Nissan products and he is an excellent listener. He introduced us to the pathfinder which was not on our list and as it turned out, it was the perfect car for us. Naz not only matched our car requirements, but he beat the monthly lease price we were set to spend. Our daughter bought a Versa and we bought a Rogue 3 years ago. We will be back after this lease and will see our 'friend' Naz. Even if you don't think you are interested in a Nissan, you should make a trip to Napoli to see Naz and experience first class professionalism in the car sales business. A note on Finance: This is the first time we met with Ken to do the finance paperwork. Ken was incredibly personable and explained every option that was available to us. He also gave us pricelesss information regarding the credit rating companies and how they work and what to look out for in the future. Ken loves country music as much as we do - we had a some great conversation about the industry and artists. Buying a car from Napoli was a fun experience - we will be back. John & Kathy

I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!

I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!

It's amazing to find a dealership where it always seems to work out that the service is better and quicker, and the price is the same or even cheaper than if I took my Infiniti to my "local guy" (and I really like and trust my local guy!) Bobby Gould is a great service consultant to talk to, but I haven’t found anyone there who isn't great to work with. Whenever I come in with either my QX60 or my Q70L, I'm treated like royalty - and I never feel like I'm having to pay a king's ransom for the service that I get. Competition Infiniti is in a brand new facility (that they really needed). When they first moved into this new building, they really didn't have their act together. They couldn't locate their own staff, they didn’t sufficiently staff the service bays, etc. But after just a couple of months, they've got it down to a science, running their service side as smoothly as the luxury vehicles that they sell. So now, in addition to the great coffee, fresh milk and fresh fruit and granola bars that are always on hand in their immaculate and well-appointed waiting area, all that's still missing are the bagels and fresh pastries that are so common in other top-notch facilities. I'll give them a little more time.

Competition is not even our local dealership but is worth the drive. They are honest, dependable and most of all FAIR. You know when you walk out of there that you are getting a good deal. They listen to their customers and their needs and never try to push or bait and switch. The team of Vanessa Caruso and Vinny Trapani is second to none. They are so capable and confident that they know the quick sale is not always the answer. If the deal is not right for the customer at that moment, they will even recommend waiting which is almost unheard of in the business. Competition does a great job of making their customers feel like a million bucks and loyalty is highly rewarded. We will be back for numbers 7 and 8 in 2021/2022!

We had previously owned the FX-35 and then the EX-35. I would rate the QX-50 as the best of the three. Interior ride is quiet. Handling in our NC mountains is sharp and responsive- corners extremely well. I love the look of the QX-50 exterior- harks back to the FX-35/45 side view appearance- unique among crossovers in my opinion. The QX-50 is 5" longer than the EX-35 and sits somewhat higher- making for easier driving in new snow. The 19" wheel option further improves the looks and lifts the car a bit higher also.

It was a pleasure dealing with devan Infiniti. I have bought many cars in my life and have had some horrible experiences with customer service but here it was flawless. I felt welcomed there the minute I stepped in. They treated me like a friend instead of someone trying get get money from me. Unlike most dealers, I actually met and spoke to their used car manager and he made it clear that he would help me out the best he could and truly appreciated my business. I will definitely buy from there in the future and would recommend to anyone.
Love look and driving my QX50 but

I had the lower to the ground, smaller 2015 QX50 and loved it except that it was too low to the ground and a little small inside. I enthusiastically purchased the newly remodeled 2016. Everything I loved about the previous model remained the same-love the look, love driving it. This model however has defects and Infinity refuses to do anything about them. The heated seat on the drivers side is 4-8 degrees hotter than the passenger side. Some people may enjoy that but it is just too hot for me to be comfortable. I am constantly turning it off and on as I have lower back problems and the heated seat, if it worked properly, would provide relief. Infinity's response is that this is the way it was programmed in Japan. All of the other 2016 QX50's have the same problem therefore it is "normal" and there is nothing they can do unless Japan reprograms it/them. Additional problem is that the overall heating in the car has to be over 70 or more to go on. Additionally the car will indicate I have 50 plus miles of gas remaining and all of a sudden I am running out of gas. I am livid with the lack of response from Infinity. Their consumer people tell me the same thing as the dealership-this is normal because this is how it was programmed. They offer nothing to make up for the problems. I shall never buy another Infinity. I was very happy with all of my previous Toyotas and should have stuck with them.

When I purchased my JX35 I fell in love with this car so much that I???m determined to keep this car in perfect running condition. I like when I come in to have my car service how I???m greeted by the staff, and the different amenities available while I wait. Chris Capobianco is a outstanding service advisor. He???s always smiling and gives me informative information about my car. He keeps me updated while I???m waiting, and my car is done with service at the time he says it???s going to be complete. I like working with Chris because of his professionalism and personality. He is great asset to the brand of Competition Infiniti.
Zero Luxury Feel

I traded in my 2008 Infiniti EX35 for the "larger" version of that crossover in the 2016 Infiniti QX50. What I got for my money has left me wanting more. I miss a LOT of the extras that my 2008 model had to offer that's no longer available in the new model. I don't feel like I'm driving a luxury vehicle, but I certainly am paying for one. I absolutely wanted another Infiniti and that may have very well be my mistake. I should've done more research in other brands before making a final decision. I love that they have offer multiple surveys for my new car purchase because I've used that opportunity to vent my frustrations with the shortcomings of the newer model. Hopefully the 2017 models will have the Infiniti feel to them but skip the 2016. The one plus for me is that this car does have get-up! When I need to accelerate and move in traffic its perfect for maneuvering. The drawback on that is this vehicle is horrible on city MPG and it burns a lot of gas. Depending on how I drive on any given day I can be at the pump twice a week, which sucks. I find myself always watching my milage to empty; same as my '08. I can easily see me trading this in for a BMW or something else comparable to it in it's class.

So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I am satisfied with the overall performance. It is what I wanted especially in suze. The features are excellent inside the vehicle. The only drawback is the lack of luxury feeling of similar car prices. The seating and ride is a little hard, other then that, just an excellent choice.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.
Comfortable Ride

The 2016 QX50 is very comfortable, fast and beautiful. The power is there when you need it to pass any car on the highway. I took a test drive and quickly traded in my 2013 G37X. Although the 2013 G37X is also very fast but because of my height i really enjoy and feel more comfortable in the 2016 QX50. Wow, all i can say is if you are looking for a cross over SUV and a sports looking ride that is also luxury, then look no further just go for it and you will love it.
