Greg and Virgil were great! I told them the situation with our car being totaled and not really knowing what we were wanting be it new or used. They were very patient and not pushy to get us to buy a vehicle. They showed us and let us test drive 3 different new vehicle models my wife was interested in and weren't upset when we didn't pick any of them because were still dealing with the insurance from the car accident. I very much appreciate the patients they had for us since they knew my wife loved her old car and wasn't really ready to buy another, they didn't hound me daily with phone calls like other dealerships did. When my wife was ready to purchase a car we ended up buying a pre-own Murrano and not the new 2018 model, it seem to make no difference to they if we bought the pre-own or the new they we very excited that my wife had found her new vehicle she is ecstatic about.

From the time my wife and I were on the WPB Off Lease Only property it was being at a resort or something, or having a tour guide on a cruise ship. Everyone polite, professional, friendly, informative. We love cars and there are monsterously plenty to choose from. 2015 and newer only. It was so much fun! We thought we wanted a 2015 Lexus price wise (plenty of them there) but after test drives - and price checks, wreck checks in the computer (a classy feature where you get to do a detailed search of every car you want to on the lot yourself) we settled on a 2016 C300 Mercedes instead for less than we thought we'd spend on a year older Lexus with twice the miles. The Merc is still under warranty!. Yep, that's as good it gets. Adam our "tour guide" is the best, Andy the sales manager was more helpful than most consieges in 4-star hotels, and the finance person? Darlene and us shared stories and pictures of our dogs. When's the last that happened when you bought a car? There simply is no other place to buy a car. That is what I'm assuring you. A 5 day or 500 mile return and exchane the car thing too, if not completely satisfied. Go to WPB Off Lease Only and find out for youself. There is no way to be disappointed. They won't let that happen.

No, Was it the flashy cars Infiniti are known to have with bleeding edge technology No! It was one man, the salesman that greeted me and his mannerism, professionalism and smile took me by storm. Peter Idusosgie is an exceptional fellow who conducts his job in a spirit of excellence, ever so sensitive to our specific desires and budget priorities. My wife and I were looking for a run around vehicle that we could drive for a few years before deciding on something more expensive to buy in the future. Peter embarked on a thorough search and went above and beyond what most salesmen would do to get us the exact vehicle we wanted. We sensed his superiors were getting frustrated with the time he was spending with us but he remained unmoved and focused on the task at hand. He has great patience and understands the desires and needs of his customers. He doesn???t try to sell them what they don???t want and never asked for. He makes suggestions and looks for approbation from the customer. Needless to say we were completely satisfied with his temperament, approach and professionalism. He comes highly recommended. I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!

I wish there were another five stars because in my opinion this dealership deserves a 10 out of five. I was very skeptical going to a big dealership and since my experience at Crest Infiniti that was less than spectacular I ventured to Grubbs with a sour taste in my mouth. In between the two dealerships I stopped off at a couple of smaller car lots where the pressure was high but the car is priced aggressively. When I showed up a Grubbs I was met by Peter Idusogie with a genuine smile and a firm handshake. This guy was looking to make a friend and not a sale - he got both. After test driving two cars we agreed on a price and while the negotiation was a bit typical of a car dealership experience, my trust level and confidence in Peter was such that it was actually enjoyable and having the opportunity to talk to Chris Stiles, the new car sales director my decision was made. This was only the start of a great relationship and as long as I'm driving an Infiniti this will be my place. Not the deepest of discounts, but the fact that I was purchasing a low mileage vehicle with only one owner and a pristine record, I do not have anything to complain about. Jack Newton helped me with financing even though I had come to the dealership with what I felt was the best rate possible. Jack spent 45 minutes with me and found a lower rate for which I'm grateful. I will be returning to purchase the extended warranty and hold in high regard the advice of these individuals. I returned to the dealership after driving the car two days feeling a slight vibration in the steering wheel while breaking. I was immediately routed to Dana, in the service department who took my car turned the rotors, washed wax and vacuumed it provided a second key, and the cord necessary for smart phone connection without question and without charge. Every conversation and every relationship I have established with this dealership is genuine and all points to people who believe that they should treat others as they themselves would like to be treated. I think it's called the Golden rule, and each of these individuals went above and beyond to make our experience excellent. I strongly recommend if you want a good car buying experience you ask only for Peter Idusogie - this guy has a heart of gold and a genuine quest to help people and to educate them through the process. I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!

Price Clark. That???s who you ask for if you are looking to lease or buy a new car. I have never had such a smooth, efficient and simply put, an amazing dealership experience in my entire life. He went above and beyond to make sure it went that way, not to mention he was completely ready and on board even though they were going to close 30 minutes before we headed that way. Like I said though, it was quick and efficient, I left an hour later after arriving with a brand new Q60 coupe with every add-on I wanted and more, he even beat another dealerships salesmen deal by over 4K. Price has even stayed by my side since January when I got the vehicle, helping out and scheduling any service and basically will do anything to make my life easier in regard to my car. I don???t plan on going anywhere else when it comes to vehicles as long as Price is at Grubbs. Not your average pushy salesman. Genuine and cares.

Adolfo is a great salesman! I spoke with him on the phone and informed him exactly what kind of vehicle I was looking for. The phone conversation was great - he was nice, funny and provided me with information I didn???t know about Grubb Infiniti. Once I was there, I was provided with lots of options as far as color choices, financing and etc. Grubbs gave me the most for my trade in.... Adolfo stayed right by my side through the whole process. Grubbs Infinit closed at 8:00 pm. He stayed after hours to make sure I received the red carpet treatment and I had my shinny new red bow on my new QX 60. Awesome job!

Great experience. Jason, the primary representative for the dealership is a charismatic and motivating individual who displayed professionalism and courtesy to my family and I. The finance department was very considerate and were highly flexible in negotiating payment options. Just let Ike any used vehicle, there are always minor blemishes to the vehicle. The Cadillac SRX I purchased has been good so far although it has only been less than a week. The only negative was a minor administrative error during the purchase phase and the front headlight bulb went out two days later.

325HP with sweet acceleration in a compact SUV, extended legroom front and rear, great design 19" wheels, lots of luxury features, very well appointed leather interior, power up rear seat backs, but no power hatch, handles like the 350Z and G35 it is based on. My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

We had previously owned the FX-35 and then the EX-35. I would rate the QX-50 as the best of the three. Interior ride is quiet. Handling in our NC mountains is sharp and responsive- corners extremely well. I love the look of the QX-50 exterior- harks back to the FX-35/45 side view appearance- unique among crossovers in my opinion. The QX-50 is 5" longer than the EX-35 and sits somewhat higher- making for easier driving in new snow. The 19" wheel option further improves the looks and lifts the car a bit higher also.

The quality of service that I received at Clay Cooley Kia in Irving defied the negative stereotypes that some believe in working with a dealership. In October 2016 I used my Kia warranty to tow my 2015 Optima EX to them to repair a flat. John Monigold, who was in the Service department at the time and has since been promoted to Parts manager, received my car into Service. They quickly repaired the flat and provided an honest evaluation of my systems, made recommendations for maintenance, but never “pushed” me. Instead, John simply showed me what my air filter looked like and informed me what needed to be completed then and what could wait. Being the daughter of a mechanic and having a bit of knowledge about cars, this immediately earned my trust. After leaving, I discovered that the towing company had damaged my car. Despite being at the end of the day, John made sure it was towed back within the hour. Even though I did not purchase my fresh-from-the plant new Optima from Clay Cooley Kia, John was my advocate and was protective of my rights as a Kia customer, doing all in his ability to keep any stress of the situation off of my back. This included working with the towing company, their insurance companies and even Kia corporate on my behalf to make sure I was a satisfied customer. In his communication with me, John was patient, friendly and well-informed. He also made sure I was aware of the progress every step of the way. I never worried because I felt my car was in good hands. I’m pleased with my Clay Cooley Kia experience and will be doing business with them again, including for my Optima maintenance needs. Although everyone I spoke with was friendly and helpful, I hope they use John as a model there and at other Clay Cooley dealerships for what an excellent customer experience, especially in a challenging situation, should look like. Having a 20+ year career in sales, marketing and customer experience, I know a quality experience when I see one and this was it.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

I did a lot of research on which salesperson to visit with before I came here. There are a lot of bad reviews based solely on the salesperson not following through on what he promised. I met with Omay Bosch and he was very open and helpful. I arrived at the dealership around 11am and left at 7pm that day, primarily due to me taking forever to make a decision! I test drove two Lexus ES 350's and the one I planned to buy had a faint smoke smell that I did not anticipate. I then looked at another one with less miles and no smoke smell but it was $1K more. He also was patient with me while I took both cars to a local mechanic for a pre-purchase inspection. He would not go down on the price from the website; however, he did throw in replacing/balancing the tires for a reasonable price, painting some areas that were chipped, cleaning the upholstery/detailing the car, oil change/tire rotation, providing a full tank of gas, and also providing tint which came out of his own pocket. Even though I ended up spending $1K more than I had wanted to, I feel like I have a very reliable car and have peace of mind. My tip is to go with Omay Bosch and also do not go in thinking you can negotiate down the price unless the car has been sitting on the lot for more than 60 days and if it has more miles on it or is an older model. They have a no pressure to buy kind of vibe. Just know this is not the place to negotiate price but they are open to fixing things on the car so I would go with that if you want to try to get anything extra. For my first car buying experience, I would say it was overall pleasant and easygoing which made my decision to spend a large sum of money on a depreciating asset (which is a liability FYI) a little more palatable! Enjoy!!! :)
Love look and driving my QX50 but

I had the lower to the ground, smaller 2015 QX50 and loved it except that it was too low to the ground and a little small inside. I enthusiastically purchased the newly remodeled 2016. Everything I loved about the previous model remained the same-love the look, love driving it. This model however has defects and Infinity refuses to do anything about them. The heated seat on the drivers side is 4-8 degrees hotter than the passenger side. Some people may enjoy that but it is just too hot for me to be comfortable. I am constantly turning it off and on as I have lower back problems and the heated seat, if it worked properly, would provide relief. Infinity's response is that this is the way it was programmed in Japan. All of the other 2016 QX50's have the same problem therefore it is "normal" and there is nothing they can do unless Japan reprograms it/them. Additional problem is that the overall heating in the car has to be over 70 or more to go on. Additionally the car will indicate I have 50 plus miles of gas remaining and all of a sudden I am running out of gas. I am livid with the lack of response from Infinity. Their consumer people tell me the same thing as the dealership-this is normal because this is how it was programmed. They offer nothing to make up for the problems. I shall never buy another Infinity. I was very happy with all of my previous Toyotas and should have stuck with them.

My wife contacted Grubb's INFINITI online and they contacted her back very quickly. We expected them to but one thing we noticed was how friendly and personable they were. Every step on the way they stayed in constant contact. Not the pushy type of contact you get from dealership but it more of a "hey we really want to help you get your next vehicle." We made an appointment and they kept us in constant contact. Raza went the extra mile he was very polite, down to earth and he made sure we were comfortable. I'll be honest before coming to the Grubb's I was a little nervous and scared because I didn't know what to expect going to a luxury dealership, but they made us feel right at home. They proved how much they really wanted our business! John Adewale was a fairly new employee at Grubb's but he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty in this process either. John was also a very nice guy and helped me and my wife make up our minds on getting the vehicle that we really wanted. John took us to church.....(thanks John!) Christian came along and helped put the finishing touches on the deal. I have never had a car buying experience like I did at Grubb's. We had a lot of laughs and just a overall fun experience!. They even took us on a tour of the building which is an amazing facility!! It's also nice to know all the great perks that comes with the vehicle purchase like life time car washes and curb side service. I traded in my 2008 Infiniti EX35 for the "larger" version of that crossover in the 2016 Infiniti QX50. What I got for my money has left me wanting more. I miss a LOT of the extras that my 2008 model had to offer that's no longer available in the new model. I don't feel like I'm driving a luxury vehicle, but I certainly am paying for one. I absolutely wanted another Infiniti and that may have very well be my mistake. I should've done more research in other brands before making a final decision. I love that they have offer multiple surveys for my new car purchase because I've used that opportunity to vent my frustrations with the shortcomings of the newer model. Hopefully the 2017 models will have the Infiniti feel to them but skip the 2016. The one plus for me is that this car does have get-up! When I need to accelerate and move in traffic its perfect for maneuvering. The drawback on that is this vehicle is horrible on city MPG and it burns a lot of gas. Depending on how I drive on any given day I can be at the pump twice a week, which sucks. I find myself always watching my milage to empty; same as my '08. I can easily see me trading this in for a BMW or something else comparable to it in it's class.

We bought a used vehicle from Sewell Buick-GMC Dallas location. We worked with Chloe Compton. She was professional- answered all our questions and if she didn’t know she found someone who did! She made it a pleasant and professional experience. It did not feel like the typical car buying experience! I would definitely use Sewell again. We were purchasing a car for our college age son- so spending was under $16000. but they still gave us the same attention as other buyers. I can’t say enough good things about them. They were willing to do most negotiations over the phone. Did not feel pressured.

I am satisfied with the overall performance. It is what I wanted especially in suze. The features are excellent inside the vehicle. The only drawback is the lack of luxury feeling of similar car prices. The seating and ride is a little hard, other then that, just an excellent choice.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Comfortable Ride

The 2016 QX50 is very comfortable, fast and beautiful. The power is there when you need it to pass any car on the highway. I took a test drive and quickly traded in my 2013 G37X. Although the 2013 G37X is also very fast but because of my height i really enjoy and feel more comfortable in the 2016 QX50. Wow, all i can say is if you are looking for a cross over SUV and a sports looking ride that is also luxury, then look no further just go for it and you will love it.
