My service rep Aaron was amazing! He took his time making sure all my questions were answered and addressed while in for service. It was a short wait until he came back to tell me what the plan was, while I waited I enjoyed a nice fresh muffin in their waiting room, I was asked by another team member would I like to watch another channel on their tv? They sent me on my way in a brand New Q50 because it was going to take some time for them to diagnose. When my car was ready they were happy to say, no rush getting back here today! I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!

Mario Lee was my salesman and the best one I ever dealt with. 👍🏽 He was very attentive, professional and friendly. I really appreciate how much he went above and beyond and how personable he was. He made me feel very comfortable and did not pressure me at all even when I initially went to look at the vehicle. While it was a week before I returned to take a final look before I purchased the vehicle, Mario was so responsive and quickly and effectively addressed any concerns or questions I had. I was so indecisive and kept contacting him to reiterate details. He was so patient and never came off persistent or annoyed. This is far my most positive experience compared to 7 other dealerships I delt with. When I purchased the vehicle Mario held his promise to ensure that the minor concerns were taken care of. When I returned to pick up my readily vehicle it was Mario???s day off and he went out of his way to meet me at the dealership I felt so bad for making him wait for me as I kept changing the time and by the time I got there we were unable to take a picture together I felt so horrible but this gentleman, Jose Garcia filled in for him and took care of us. He was great very outgoing and funny. Thank you Bourne???s for everything! I would so recommend Bourne???s Auto to my friends and family. Amy Pawloski was the person I initially had contact with she would immediately follow up with me. She reached out to me to let me know of the price dropping. Love look and driving my QX50 but

I had the lower to the ground, smaller 2015 QX50 and loved it except that it was too low to the ground and a little small inside. I enthusiastically purchased the newly remodeled 2016. Everything I loved about the previous model remained the same-love the look, love driving it. This model however has defects and Infinity refuses to do anything about them. The heated seat on the drivers side is 4-8 degrees hotter than the passenger side. Some people may enjoy that but it is just too hot for me to be comfortable. I am constantly turning it off and on as I have lower back problems and the heated seat, if it worked properly, would provide relief. Infinity's response is that this is the way it was programmed in Japan. All of the other 2016 QX50's have the same problem therefore it is "normal" and there is nothing they can do unless Japan reprograms it/them. Additional problem is that the overall heating in the car has to be over 70 or more to go on. Additionally the car will indicate I have 50 plus miles of gas remaining and all of a sudden I am running out of gas. I am livid with the lack of response from Infinity. Their consumer people tell me the same thing as the dealership-this is normal because this is how it was programmed. They offer nothing to make up for the problems. I shall never buy another Infinity. I was very happy with all of my previous Toyotas and should have stuck with them.

I was absolutely blown away with the level of professionalism and attention to detail by everyone whom I encountered at Infiniti of Hanover. From my autotrader search, through test drives, purchasing, and eventual delivery of the car, the overall experience was everything you would hope for walking in as the buyer. My sales specialist Erik(Thompson) was hands down one of best guys I've had the pleasure of meeting and working with. I really enjoyed how down to earth he was. The guy was just upfront, honest, and relatable . Something inparticular that stood out to me,(unrelated to cars) was that on our test drive I had mentioned I was coming from a sedan to a SUV because my two kids were getting older and had just started hockey and we needed more space. It was passing conversation, on a test drive where we had only met each other for maybe 15 minutes. To make a long story short, we bought the car and came to pick it up a few days later. Erik had gotten us these two little glow in the dark hockey pucks for the kids because he remembered from our FIRST TEST DRIVE I mentioned my kids are starting to play hockey.... I was amazed. I felt like I wanted to buy the guy a beer and see what he was doing for the games on Sunday. Any questions I had or even question I didn't have , Erik was there to make sure I got the information I needed and was 100% when it came to satisfaction from start to finish. I would highly recommend ! We ended up buying a QX60, and when it came to for pricing and numbers, C.J. (White)(Manager*) was honest and transparent through the entire process. Everything was just super smooth from start to finish. He did a really exceptional job of breaking down the price and explaining the benefits of a "certified" vehicle. To be honest, it was partly really easy because the car was priced at such a good deal to start with ! When my wife and I came back for finance later that night, we had our two young boys with us. CJ took the time to come over to the playroom and hang out with us for a bit and introduce himself to the kids. He showed us where we could find the remote (for the tv) and some comfort items. He also introduced us to Joe in service and explained some of the basics on how the service area works. Throughout our walk around everyone we passed said hello and smiled. It was pretty cool, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the building and vibe of the staff. When we met Will (finance) , he came over to us, introduced himself, and escorted us back to the office letting us enter the room first. This guy was VERY Professional, and made choosing the right financing options a breeze. When it came to extended warranties, he didn't just fast talk through it and care less or not if I bought one. He took the time to make sure I understood what it was that was being offered, the cost up front, and the cost broken down into terms. By the time it came time to decide IF I wanted one , I had a great idea on what packages were right for me . We picked up the car the next day in the sun because that night prior was rain. It came out BEAUTIFUL ! Couldn't be happier, my wife was literally in tears she was so happy. Like Im talking White Glove detail job . The car looked amazing inside and out, and I would recommend these guys and this dealership to my friends, family, and anyone else looking for a great deal on a good car. Will be coming here again ! The dealership is going through an acquisition, so be prepared for some bumps. I went over there to check out what looked like a Q50 Sport for a Q50 base price. Turned out they had wrong pictures for the vehicle and couldn't sell it for the price listed in the ad, even though an additional discount was offered. I ended up buying a different vehicle from them, and that process was very smooth. The prices were outstanding, as they were clearing out left-over brand new 2016 vehicles in early 2018. Jimmy Nguyen handled my transaction, and he went above and beyond to keep my business. The dealership is currently not a part of the 'Drive' program, and salespeople have to physically go to local insurance agencies and DMV to register a vehicle. There were also a few communication difficulties as emails were getting lost en route and voicemails not getting delivered as the dealership was switching providers.

The 2016 QX50 is very comfortable, fast and beautiful. The power is there when you need it to pass any car on the highway. I took a test drive and quickly traded in my 2013 G37X. Although the 2013 G37X is also very fast but because of my height i really enjoy and feel more comfortable in the 2016 QX50. Wow, all i can say is if you are looking for a cross over SUV and a sports looking ride that is also luxury, then look no further just go for it and you will love it.

325HP with sweet acceleration in a compact SUV, extended legroom front and rear, great design 19" wheels, lots of luxury features, very well appointed leather interior, power up rear seat backs, but no power hatch, handles like the 350Z and G35 it is based on. Deserves much more favorable press than it gets. Very pleased.

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Zero Luxury Feel

I traded in my 2008 Infiniti EX35 for the "larger" version of that crossover in the 2016 Infiniti QX50. What I got for my money has left me wanting more. I miss a LOT of the extras that my 2008 model had to offer that's no longer available in the new model. I don't feel like I'm driving a luxury vehicle, but I certainly am paying for one. I absolutely wanted another Infiniti and that may have very well be my mistake. I should've done more research in other brands before making a final decision. I love that they have offer multiple surveys for my new car purchase because I've used that opportunity to vent my frustrations with the shortcomings of the newer model. Hopefully the 2017 models will have the Infiniti feel to them but skip the 2016. The one plus for me is that this car does have get-up! When I need to accelerate and move in traffic its perfect for maneuvering. The drawback on that is this vehicle is horrible on city MPG and it burns a lot of gas. Depending on how I drive on any given day I can be at the pump twice a week, which sucks. I find myself always watching my milage to empty; same as my '08. I can easily see me trading this in for a BMW or something else comparable to it in it's class.

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

I am satisfied with the overall performance. It is what I wanted especially in suze. The features are excellent inside the vehicle. The only drawback is the lack of luxury feeling of similar car prices. The seating and ride is a little hard, other then that, just an excellent choice.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

I utilized the "express service' for a quick oil change in middle of day - no wait, spent about 1/2 hour at dealership - they explained service and recommendations for upcoming 45,000 mile service - great to know ahead of time so there won't be any surprises. I appreciated that they did not scare me into thinking that I needed to do additional services today as I was not prepared for a longer stay or a more costly service. Victor Chaves was professional and patient. He also encouraged me to contact him if I had any questions. Reception staff are always courteous and professional, especially Val (who now works in another department but makes a point to say hello whenever I come in).

Whether or not the purchase of a new car is a good investment is as much about service after the sale as it is choosing the right car. My first Infiniti purchase was in 1997. Bought a new Q 45 for, well, $45,000 dollars. Still own and drive it everyday. It has a quarter million miles on it and drives like a bullet. Based on that very positive experience we tried a 2014 Q 50s. Wow. What a car. The technology and drivability is really stunning. As with many new models the car had a nagging issue that turned out to be a hard to find engine vacuum leak. Finding the problem took several months and 10 or so service appointments. With that kind of experience you might expect me to have a negative feeling about the car and the manufacturer in general. In fact the opposite was true. Kelly Infiniti treated me like a partner in the challenge of getting the car fixed and spared no effort or expense making sure we didnt suffer because our car was constantly in the shop. After it was fixed we really fell in love with the car and continued to have an extremely positive experience every time we have it serviced at Kelly. I have yet to find the limit to which this team is willing to go to make things right. Making a good investment in a car is a tricky business. My old Q45 has cost me, to date, 18 cents a mile to drive. But it would never have gotten this far without a great service partner like I have at this dealership. At Kelly the extre expense of servicing my car at the dealership has always been more than made up by how quickly and correctly they fix the problem. When you drive a car for 20 years you also appreciate the importance of original parts. They really last a lot longer than the cheaper alternatives. These virtues have saved my both time, money, and contributed to the safety of my car over the long run. Suffice it to say Im a life long fan. Randy Johnson

I come from a long line of Kelley buyers. My first car after college was a Kelley Nissan (courtesy of my mom). My aunt bought her jeep from a Kelley dealership. My mom brought two more cars from Kelley one for each of my brothers. My sister and stepfather also bought their cars from a Kelley dealership. In case you haven't been keeping count, across my family, over the last 8 years we have purchased 6 cars all from Kelley dealerships. We are good for almost one car a year. So naturally, when my graduation gift started to kick the bed, I turned to Kelley to help me through the journey of purchasing a new one. And all the experience did for me was reinforce why we are a Kelley family. My rep Peterson Charles was tremendous. Seriously, if you go to this dealership, request him. He was extremely knowledgeable, very straight forward, personable and I always felt like he had my best interest at heart and not only wanted my business but wanted me to have an excellent seamless, no hassle experience with Kelley. And here's the shocker, after the sale, after I signed the paperwork, his attention, his service, his effort didn't waiver. I can tell you one thing, he and Kelley have a loyal customer in me. I will see you in 3 years or so Peterson when I upgrade! Also, the sales manager Cong was really helpful as well. He listened to my needs and made it clear to me that I was a valued customer. He was excellent also!

My service rep was nothing less than excellent. He quickly determined my long term plan of ownership and was very supportive of my desire to maintain the car at its best. At my request, a very thorough diagnostic was done to determine any current or near term problems. Several items were found that were covered by my warrantee. Though I spent $1200 that I did not expect to spend, about $3,500 of work was done. I feel very secure about this vehicle and confident in driving it up to around 140,000 to 150,000. This is my favorite car ever. I plan to enjoy it before buying my next Infiniti. I am more impressed with Matt than any other service rep in the past at other dealerships. I am in a job where customer service reviews are critical to my standing. I understand how important positive remarks can be. Do not loose this man.

We had previously owned the FX-35 and then the EX-35. I would rate the QX-50 as the best of the three. Interior ride is quiet. Handling in our NC mountains is sharp and responsive- corners extremely well. I love the look of the QX-50 exterior- harks back to the FX-35/45 side view appearance- unique among crossovers in my opinion. The QX-50 is 5" longer than the EX-35 and sits somewhat higher- making for easier driving in new snow. The 19" wheel option further improves the looks and lifts the car a bit higher also.

What a value! We wanted a luxury car and had never considered INFINITI. When we looked at it, we thought, wow this is a lot of car. Same features in a Mercedes or Lexus and better. Great thing is, most are standard features! I am so impressed by the handling, the look and the features.

The Dodge Durango was the stand out, tons of options, styling and size. We looked at several, mostly the GT with a 6 cylinder, this was what we thought was in are price range. That was until we met Paul and Jon. On the lot was a 2017 Dodge Durango r/t, this was the one for us, but didn???t think it would be an option. Well long story short, we talked to Jon and Paul, explained what we wanted for a monthly payment, with are trade and money down we made the deal. I was asked not to say how much we ended paying, but I will say that there???s a photo of me on the wall telling the sales staff to ???beware???..., Lol. Honestly great people, amazing deal.
