Bar none-the best car buying experience I???ve ever had. I???ve been burned by the process in the past and, naturally, I have my ???shields up??? when entering a dealership. Those shields lasted about 10 seconds. I was greeted with genuine smiles and handshakes and Jeremy had prepared his best team in anticipation of my arrival: Andrew & Drew. Rapport was established immediately, never forced. Jeremy was organized, efficient, and completely transparent; asking for my input on every detail to my specifications: price range, desired monthly payments, warranties, etc. Within minutes, he pulled up the make and models I was looking for, trade in value for my current vehicle, and my credit report. Andrew Caron took me to the lot where he answered any and all questions I had about several cars of interest. I felt like a kid in a toy store; encouraged to take as much time as I needed to look at, ask about, and drive anything I wanted. Andrew established his credibility right away. A credit to customer service and person to person customer relations, I felt like I was chatting with an old buddy who, as an added bonus, was also a virtual Rolodex of car/industry related information. Andrew was funny, helpful, endearing and- above all- patient. Never once did I feel the slightest pressure or push to make a decision or move towards something that just wasn???t right for me. I test drove two vehicles and that???s all it took. Before I knew it, I was back in Jeremy???s office where he had gotten me monthly payments, exceptionally lower than I???d expected, as well as a low-interest rate. I even asked if he could go lower and, you know what? He made it work. From sit down to drive off, I was there for about 2&1/2 ??? 3 hours; couldn???t believe how quickly everything was handled. Drew Luis handled my paperwork and walked me through every step with ease. Overall, I could not be happier. I will continue to do my business with Courtesy Volvo and will recommend them to anyone without hesitation. Remember the names: Jeremy Sarnataro, Andrew Caron, Drew Luis. I have never had a more pleasant and, dare I say, fun experience buying a car as I did with these gentlemen at Courtesy Volvo of Scottsdale.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

A true 5 Star buying experience. Made an online request on a new QX-30 and got a phone call in 5 minutes. Our salesman, Jerrick Price, said the car would be detailed and ready for our visit. When we arrived, a fine gentleman greeted us and took us to Jerrick. As we were going inside the office, the car we specifically wanted to see was already parked at the front door. The buying process with Jerrick was easy and no pressure. Tim Vining in Finance was professional and speedy with the paperwork. The whole process took 2 1/2 hours ??? highly recommended.

I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!

I have witnessed his ability to interact seamlessly (listen and explain) with a wide range of customers, including the members on his team. Although to understand an electric-mechanical system requires a skill, interacting with all the facets involved in an industry requires much more for long term success. It does take aptitude, attitude, experience and skill, but most importantly is the integrity with which this package functions. To find a product and repair shop one can trust is truly valuable. Worth mentioning is the 2012 Infiniti I own which has been serviced strictly by Scottsdale Infiniti for the past 5 years. I currently receive compliments and offers to purchase this vehicle from a wide range of people rather often due to its current condition. Automobile technician groups need brand specific specialization these days. Just training, certificates and factory authorization are not guarantees of workmanship. A well seasoned technician knows that experience, training and intelligence are not a guarantee for outcome; again.... there needs to be integrity and attitude in the environment. All personnel on particular team in a professional environment of respect and positive energy flow, will then provide the best steady positive results. I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

His professional attitude, knowledge , and his concerns for the customer is truly unbelievable. He listens, makes recommendations, and gets the work completed as promised. Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

325HP with sweet acceleration in a compact SUV, extended legroom front and rear, great design 19" wheels, lots of luxury features, very well appointed leather interior, power up rear seat backs, but no power hatch, handles like the 350Z and G35 it is based on. Deserves much more favorable press than it gets. Very pleased.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I've been looking for a low-mileage, used BMW 335 convertible with a manual transmission. This vehicle is hard to find! When one with 33K miles popped up on my search at Online Automotive, I called and spoke with Cory. Pictures were not yet listed on their website, but he kindly sent me a set. I purchased the car based on Cory's word and the pictures and video he sent. A week or so later, my car showed up in North Carolina, and it looked amazing and drove exceptionally well. I did have one minor issue with the top, and I worked with a local shop here in Raleigh to diagnose and fix the problem. Cory and the team at Online Auto picked up the bill - awesome customer service!. The out-of-state sale was easy - I literally signed two documents, Cory arranged for transport, I wired funds for the purchase of the vehicle and it showed up at my house within a week. First time I've ever purchased a vehicle without driving/seeing it first hand, but I knew after talking with Cory I wouldn't have any issues. Great transaction, awesome car and highly recommend working with these guys if they have a car you like or have been looking for - even if you're thousands of miles away!

We had previously owned the FX-35 and then the EX-35. I would rate the QX-50 as the best of the three. Interior ride is quiet. Handling in our NC mountains is sharp and responsive- corners extremely well. I love the look of the QX-50 exterior- harks back to the FX-35/45 side view appearance- unique among crossovers in my opinion. The QX-50 is 5" longer than the EX-35 and sits somewhat higher- making for easier driving in new snow. The 19" wheel option further improves the looks and lifts the car a bit higher also.

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

What a value! We wanted a luxury car and had never considered INFINITI. When we looked at it, we thought, wow this is a lot of car. Same features in a Mercedes or Lexus and better. Great thing is, most are standard features! I am so impressed by the handling, the look and the features.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

From Texas i was shopping for an extended warranty for my 2013 G37 convertible. The Infiniti USA site pointed me to Courtney at this Arizona dealership. I received a prompt email quote and I compared it to my local TX dealer and would save big $$. Courtney was very prompt in answering all my questions and even making suggestions on how best to secure this warranty. Love look and driving my QX50 but

I had the lower to the ground, smaller 2015 QX50 and loved it except that it was too low to the ground and a little small inside. I enthusiastically purchased the newly remodeled 2016. Everything I loved about the previous model remained the same-love the look, love driving it. This model however has defects and Infinity refuses to do anything about them. The heated seat on the drivers side is 4-8 degrees hotter than the passenger side. Some people may enjoy that but it is just too hot for me to be comfortable. I am constantly turning it off and on as I have lower back problems and the heated seat, if it worked properly, would provide relief. Infinity's response is that this is the way it was programmed in Japan. All of the other 2016 QX50's have the same problem therefore it is "normal" and there is nothing they can do unless Japan reprograms it/them. Additional problem is that the overall heating in the car has to be over 70 or more to go on. Additionally the car will indicate I have 50 plus miles of gas remaining and all of a sudden I am running out of gas. I am livid with the lack of response from Infinity. Their consumer people tell me the same thing as the dealership-this is normal because this is how it was programmed. They offer nothing to make up for the problems. I shall never buy another Infinity. I was very happy with all of my previous Toyotas and should have stuck with them.

I traded in my 2008 Infiniti EX35 for the "larger" version of that crossover in the 2016 Infiniti QX50. What I got for my money has left me wanting more. I miss a LOT of the extras that my 2008 model had to offer that's no longer available in the new model. I don't feel like I'm driving a luxury vehicle, but I certainly am paying for one. I absolutely wanted another Infiniti and that may have very well be my mistake. I should've done more research in other brands before making a final decision. I love that they have offer multiple surveys for my new car purchase because I've used that opportunity to vent my frustrations with the shortcomings of the newer model. Hopefully the 2017 models will have the Infiniti feel to them but skip the 2016. The one plus for me is that this car does have get-up! When I need to accelerate and move in traffic its perfect for maneuvering. The drawback on that is this vehicle is horrible on city MPG and it burns a lot of gas. Depending on how I drive on any given day I can be at the pump twice a week, which sucks. I find myself always watching my milage to empty; same as my '08. I can easily see me trading this in for a BMW or something else comparable to it in it's class.

I have always been leery about car dealerships but Autonation has been such a pleasant experience. This will be car #3 for my family in the past couple years from Autonation. We bought my husband's 2016 Silverado, and my 2016 Malibu from the Arrowhead location, and now our son is going through his first car buying experience at the Phoenix location. Svitlana has been amazing! Even though we told her we would likely not be purchasing today, she spent hours with us, test driving multiple cars, and asking questions, finding out what my son wanted and needed. It was all about US! She listened and got to know us and made us feel valued. I am so glad my son had a pleasant experience, as my first car buying experience at his age was terrible!! We did end up finding the perfect car and will be going back today to get it. Not ONCE did we feel pressure or pushed, only welcomed and valued. I am satisfied with the overall performance. It is what I wanted especially in suze. The features are excellent inside the vehicle. The only drawback is the lack of luxury feeling of similar car prices. The seating and ride is a little hard, other then that, just an excellent choice.

Best car buying experience I have ever had. FERNANDO was amazing! He was very helpful and wasn't the pushy salesman. He was very patient as I am not the easiest person to please when buying a vehicle. But after viewing 6 cars and 4 test drives later, I finally came to an ultimate decision that he made me feel comfortable about. Not to mention their financing team worked their magic and got me a really sweet deal on payments and a pretty low interest considering my credit score. Ashley, in finance, was super helpful as well and gave me a few pointers on how to pay off the vehicle quicker and to make the interest lower in the future. I felt a good vibe with all the staff and didn't get that shady just put you in any car that would benefit them scenario. Fernando made the process as smooth as possible and even gave me a fair offer on my trade in which was a MAJOR clunker on the outside. I highly recommend this place and if you go to ask for FERNANDO. The 2016 QX50 is very comfortable, fast and beautiful. The power is there when you need it to pass any car on the highway. I took a test drive and quickly traded in my 2013 G37X. Although the 2013 G37X is also very fast but because of my height i really enjoy and feel more comfortable in the 2016 QX50. Wow, all i can say is if you are looking for a cross over SUV and a sports looking ride that is also luxury, then look no further just go for it and you will love it.
