I had my car serviced at Suitland Infiniti on November 27. I appreciated the excellent customer service and updates by my service advisor, Kenji Evasco! I was prepared to rent a car since the repair on my car was not going to be finished until the next day. However, I was delighted when I arrived and found out that a loaner car was available. The best customer service ever!! You know the Salesperson which was Duane Mcrae has done his job when you walk into a dealership with no real intention of buying a car and leave with brand new 2019 QX50 !!
Information given about the infinity and my options yet no pressure was very impressive.
They’re teamwork was genuine. I met so many of the sales team and everyone made me feel so welcomed with a hello we’re here to give you great friendly service. No hard sales pitch only an abundance of information which was the deciding factor to purchase my new 2019 QX50 Let me mention just a few of the staff that were so down to earth yet professionalism at it’s best. Duane my Sales Advisor, Anthony Boo who walked me through everything I needed to know about the many features my new car offers, these two gentlemen were with me, checking on me through the entire process .
Last there is Esa, the General Manger, who said he would take care of things and not to worry. He was good on his word, he worked with the finance putting me in the new car of my CHOICE! I know this review might seem long but there aren’t enough adjectives to decribe my experience with Infinity of Suitland. Thank you! Infiniti of Suitland, goes above and beyond to ensure their customers are treated with care. Hadim, Courtney, and Anthony were all great to work with. I recommend buying a vehicle from this dealer. They are now my go to dealership when buying a vehicle. My experience was nothing short of amazing!
Service was excellent and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful!!! The car was washed. The waiting room was comfortable , and refreshments were available. I would highly recommend this dealership!!!
Ray was great! We had two small children and had no choice but to bring them into the dealership. Ray handled our car buying experience with professionalism and character. My service person, Byron Smith, was very friendly and knowledgeable. He keeps interest in his clients, and remembers me as soon as I got out of the car. Service was prompt and completed quickly. Byron helped with keeping expenses down by suggesting services only necessary, and explained about how to keep the car running great.
The service was amazing and two thumbs up!!! Although i didnt have enough budget to fix the car, they took care of it very generously, would love to keep buying cars from there and i highly reccomend people in maryland to buy car from them
