The right rear brake on my ???14 Q50S has been making a horrendous squealing sound for several months. After having an incredibly difficult experience working with the Infiniti dealer I purchased the car from in central Mass, Infiniti USA sent me to Infiniti of Norwood. Nigel and his team have been excellent to work with! Great communication, easy to talk to, tremendously helpful and a pleasure to work with. Thank you! I feel as though they have gone above and beyond to help me resolve this issue (and we are still working on it.) I also had an oil & filter change while my car was there. The job was done well and engine compartment was clean / no oil spills / drips. The cost of the oil & filter service (synthetic) was about $40 more than at my previous Infiniti dealer though. Thought this was a bit high, but honestly, the quality of service I am seeing is worth it. Great experience, thank you.
I brought my car in for service that took me in and had a loaner car for me within 10 minutes. While the serviceman moved my car he noticed a very small detail that I never noticed and took care of it, in the 2 minutes he was in my car. My car was finished on time and on budget. I would highly recommend Infinity of Norwood
I drive from RI to Infiniti of Norwood because the Service Dept is very professional, very competent and communicates throughout the service experience. (Infiniti of Norwood should educate my local dealer on what real Service should be to the customer)
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!

Odometer Fraud. Patrick Titshaw tried to commit odometer fraud with my 2015 Smart Car Passion Coupe to evade honoring the four year 50,000 warranty.

Was nice and newly renovated. Service was quick for a dealership. And staff was friendly. Was my first experience as a Kia owner they handled the small situation with my tail light quick and solved the problem for now was water behind the lens

This was by far the best car buying experience that we have ever had. David Moretti was very accommodating and had a great attention to the small but important details. I strongly recommend this dealer. They always have a brand new loaner car when i take the car in for service. I leased a QX60 from them three years ago. Every time i have had service they are professional and courtesy. Matt Shafman has always made sure my car was ready and service was completed before i came in to pick up. They even wash the car ever time i get service. The interior lights would not turn on i called and told them, they said to just bring it in without an appointment and they would take a quick look it was just a fuse only 5 minutes to fix and then they washed it. Love this place.
Every time I go to Kelly Infiniti in Danvers i have a pleasant experience. The staff is professional, consistent and efficient with the service they provide to the customer.
