I got an email from Stevinson Hyundai (I had been taking my previous two Santa Fe SUVs [a 2003, and 2013] there for service since 2007) with several new Santa Fe options. I hadn't been thinking about getting a new Santa Fe just yet, but decided to just stop by and check out the offerings. Jim Rosa (the Internet Sales Manager) and I exchanged emails and he invited me to stop by. Jim met me at the door and we chatted for a few minutes and Jim was very polite, responsive and listened well to my concerns and questions, answering them al knowledgeably and completely. When we got to one of the Santa Fe options that was in the email I had received from Stevinson, Jim checked and found that it was not on their lot, having been traded to another dealer. Jim offered me a test drive of an identically-equipped Santa Fe, but not of the color I preferred. The test drive satisfied my concerns about getting a 2.4 L engine, as my 2013 Santa Fe was a 2.0 T turbo equipped one, which I loved. After seeing that the performance of the non-turbocharged engine was acceptable to me, Jim asked if I would be willing to get the one I just test drove, or whether I really would prefer the white one I was interested in. When I said that I really wanted the white one from the email solicitation, Jim worked with the Stevinson Sales Manager to effect another trade to get that Santa Fe back for me. By the time we went through the paper work to get the purchase documented and the trade-in value of my 2013 Santa Fe established, the Santa Fe was already on its way back to Stevinson. By the time I finished with the finance people, (ordering two extras Final Touch exterior and interior finish protection and Clear Mask plastic ding protection), the Santa Fe was back, cleaned up, gassed, and ready for me to drive away. The whole procedure took barely 3 hours (including the test drive). Amazing!! I couldn't be happier about the purchasing process, in terms of the friendly and professional manner that I experienced, the pricing of the net transaction (actually, a bit better than what I had expected from my research on both Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book web sites), and the timeliness in which everything occurred.

Like most I was very skeptical about buying a car online. But I did my research and google'd the company like crazy. What I found in my research is the company had laid off people due to rapid growth and during this time frame the reviews were not good at all. Which to me makes sense and most likely vroom could have done a better job to make sure customers did not feel the effects. But after that period the reviews were really good. Also they have a very high rating with the BBB. That all said I decided to purchase my Jeep Wrangler through Vroom. The entire process from start to finish was awesome! I did not do a trade but just a purchase. I submitted my request for finance and purchase on 7/29 Sunday morning and received a call 7/30 Monday morning. I spoke to the sales person which there was no pressure just Q&A. I put down a deposit so I could secure the Jeep. There was communication via email by Vroom throughout the process including when the Jeep was in route. My jeep was delivered within the time frame they explained, which was the following Friday 8/10 cleaned and in excellent condition. I received my tag and paperwork about a month after the Jeep was delivered. I have 3 kids so spending 4 hours at a dealership is not fun. I would definitely buy from Vroom again. I hope this review helps others who might be on the fence. (Atlanta, GA)

Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

I like the ride and gas mileage. It is beautiful, stylish and floats on the road. The gear shift takes a lot of getting used to. It's really difficult to find Neutral. I'm scared every time I get in the car that I will put it in the wrong gear and go forward when I want to backward and vice-versa.

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

After owning 3 Honda vans I both needed to downsize and to drive something different for a change. The size is perfect for me and the SUV drives and performs well. It has lots of power. Very comfortable front seats as well. I’m looking forwards to driving the QX 50 for many years!

I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

I bought in early December a 2016 Toyota Tacoma Truck from Vroom after going to a few local dealers here in Phoenix, AZ. All what happened was the games they played and wasting my time. I know there is some of that unfortunately when buying a vehicle. I am in my 50's so I am not new to buying cars. But buying a car off the internet is something I had never done prior to Vroom. I did my homework and read many reviews. Obviously there are many negative reviews so I wanted to let readers know my experience. So after finding the truck I wanted I put the $500 down and then both verbally and via email. I told/wrote to my Sale Rep Tramaine, and his boss (the Sales Manager) Stephen that my concern of all the negative reviews. They told me the volume of cars they sell on a monthly basis, being a business man myself, I could see how there could be some negative reviews. I told them every business has it challenges just don't ignore me or the problem if it arises. I can say several things with full confidence: I was kept in the loop of communication, even when the truck had to have a minor touch up paint job. I received the truck in a timely manner, the truck was in excellent shape. It was exactly what the pictures showed and the written description. Most important my price was significantly less than any local dealers and on top of that NO HASSLE AND NO BS. My next purchase in a car is going to Vroom first and probably will never step foot on another car lot in my life.

We had been looking for a Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD for a few months and just weren't having any luck at the dealers. They either were priced too high with ridiculously high mileage or the truck was in terrible shape. I found a truck on Vroom and asked if it was still available, when I received my call back I was at work and couldn't answer. My husband and I were on way to the grocery store and decided what the heck, let's call back and see what they say. Bri answered and said the truck we inquired about was sold but she had a different one. She sent photos, CARFAX and all the necessary info. We said LET'S DO IT! and the process was smooth and fast. If you have your phone plugged into the USB port and using it for GPS etc. it will not keep with charging it. Charges real slow. When it’s 30 to 60 degrees out good luck finding a good temperature on the climate control system. Example: 50 outside set it at 61 and the system will make 50 inside. Set it at 62 and the system will take it over 150 degrees. On both of these problems the dealer told me that is how the system works. 40k vehicle doesn’t have Bluetooth audio.

I couldn't be happier with the car I bought and the overall experience. First of all unless it means alot to you to be in a fancy dealership (keep in mind that you are paying for all of that glitz with hidden fees ) and to have a brand new vehicle (let someone else pay the depreciation) this is the place to get a low mileage, sporty, sharp car with no hidden fees. I wanted a mid size SUV and test drove 9 different cars at 4 dealerships and every time we got down to the numbers I couldn't get out of any dealership without being in the $20,000 to $24,000 range after taxes, delivery/handling fees and added on BS. One Nissan dealer added $1,900 to the price of the car with a "convenience package" that included a clear bra, tinted window and floor mats. Who is that convenient for? The sharpest Ride has the lowest delivery and handling fee I've seen and beyond taxes which we can't avoid paying there really were no other unnecessary charges. I got exactly what I was looking for-a top of the line 2013 Nissan Rogue SL with 37K for miles and I was WELL BELOW $20,000 out the door taxes and everything. My sales man Miguel R. was a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoyed this experience instead of feeling like I was being schmoozed and manipulated. 325HP with sweet acceleration in a compact SUV, extended legroom front and rear, great design 19" wheels, lots of luxury features, very well appointed leather interior, power up rear seat backs, but no power hatch, handles like the 350Z and G35 it is based on. Deserves much more favorable press than it gets. Very pleased.

I recently purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 with 8,000 miles on it. I was in a 2011 BMW X5 and was ready to move back to a sedan. I have driven many German imports through the years and was a bit hesitant to go with the Q50, but overall I'm VERY pleased with the decision. The car is very fun to drive, loaded with technology (although it takes a little getting used to the InTouch system, but once you do it's great), has great power (I have the 3.0t Sport with every option). If I were to add all the features on a german import (if they even offered them all) I would easily have paid $10k more. Overall, the car is great, looks good and drives really nice. While I haven't owned it that long, I literally have no complaints at this point. Very pleased with the purchase and would do it again in a heart beat!

My husband and I recently purchased a new Infiniti QX80 at Infiniti of Denver on Havana St. Normally I hate to go car shopping but our recent experience with salesperson Valerie Cook made it so much easier than I had experienced in the past. We told Valerie upfront what we were considering in terms of color, options, etc., and she made it her mission to find us exactly the exact vehicle we wanted even though it was not in their immediate inventory. Outstanding Experience! We found the perfect Lexus online and contacted Van Saukam to discuss our options. As you can imagine, trying to buy a car located in Colorado, while we were located in Tennessee, is not. without it's challenges. The biggest obstacle to overcome was the fact that the dealership didn't allow for us to make a deposit that would "hold" the vehicle at all, it had to be paid for on the spot or signed for on the spot. Despite the initial challenge, Van's creative prowess combined with his genuine desire to provide excellent service to his customers allowed us to work the deal. Van picked us up from the airport and the ride to. Kuni Lexus was both informative and inspirational. Once at the dealership, he continued to impress us with his genuine dedication to serving his clients. He walked us through the dealership and made us as comfortable as possible for our brief stay. The Kuni Lexus dealership was as impressive as Van's performance. I have been to some nice dealerships before, but Kuni Lexus is by far the nicest that I have ever seen. While the final prep was being done on our pre-loved GX, there wasn't anything that we could have asked for it (soda's, coffee, snacks, entertainment, a guest work station with internet, and friendly associates). We have had several experiences buying cars, and even though Colorado's laws regarding necessary paperwork are definitely different from Tennessee's, Archer Goodman, took great care of us. As a recent law school graduate, I found his explanations of the paperwork to be spot on, informative, and best of all, accurate. We did not buy from them. The one year old car with 30,000+ miles on it was priced above the norm, even by Kelley Blue Book standards. No negotiations available. So didn't buy. Nothing more. I'd recommend people to try, it doesn't hurt. But just be weary, you lose 3 years worth of manufacturer warranty, in just one year. Buying process, quality of repairs, facilities rated 3's, because it wouldn't submit as "n/a". So these are not a true rating. Wanted to rate "n/a".

This car met all our needs, it has plenty of room for our teens to sit in the back or adults, we use ours to daily drive and on vacation nearby and its cargo space is very accommodating for a group of 4 to travel, we love it and all the extras we got on it.

June 29, 2017: I don???t believe I???ve ever hugged a car salesman before, no, not ever???until today. That???s when I went to Peak Kia Littleton in Colorado and was persuaded to consider leasing a new 2017 Kia Forte instead of settling for buying a new-used car somewhere else. Mike Topolosky patiently and enthusiastically went over all the details of the various options, buying vs leasing, rebates, incentives, explaining how a lease works, which was most helpful, since I???d never leased before; and shared Peak Kia???s generous support, in the form of offering me 0 down payment on a 48-month lease, for which they would made the first payment as well as covered the tax on the $3,000 incentive! Then, while the paperwork was being completed, he had the service department fill the gas tank, applied a license plate, and gave me the keys to my new lease. So I left the dealership in a brand new car, having done nothing but sign papers! Sure, I have payments, but that was going to happen anyway. When Mike he finished explaining the car???s gadgets and features, we shook hands, but that just wasn???t good enough to express how I felt following this car buying/leasing experience, so I told him I wanted to give him a hug, and then we hugged.

I had an 2010 Infiniti G37x for four years. Loved it, however getting golf clubs in and out and worse, a big suitcase was like fighting a snake in a phone booth. IF that car had had continental doors like the RX-8, would have been perfect. So I traded it in on a 2016 QX-50. Still growls, very similar interior, and putting suitcases and golf clubs (2-5 times a week) into the vehicle is now a breeze. A few features are different, eg. no interior trunk release as before. Psngr side airbag creases a bit obvious on the dash. But all in all, just right. Even a bit higher so easier to get in and out of, and a bit longer so smoother ride. I hope it lasts ten years or more!

We had previously owned the FX-35 and then the EX-35. I would rate the QX-50 as the best of the three. Interior ride is quiet. Handling in our NC mountains is sharp and responsive- corners extremely well. I love the look of the QX-50 exterior- harks back to the FX-35/45 side view appearance- unique among crossovers in my opinion. The QX-50 is 5" longer than the EX-35 and sits somewhat higher- making for easier driving in new snow. The 19" wheel option further improves the looks and lifts the car a bit higher also.

My wife and I started our car search with a disappointing purchase attempt at Mile High Acura (recommended by Costco, but no negotiated 2019 RDX prices with the Costco Auto Buying Program). Mile High could not deliver, in a timely fashion, an RDX in the color (blue) and configuration (Tech Package) I requested. They had me deposit $1,000, to demonstrate my earnestness in purchasing a vehicle, for a vehicle that may be delivered in a couple of weeks or no later than a month from the date of my deposit. That night I found online two RDX vehicles exactly in the desired color and configuration at Courtesy Acura. I attempted to get Mile High to trade for the vehicle, which is a customary practice among dealers everywhere, but apparently due to some past conflicts, Courtesy does not trade vehicles with Mile High. Mile High, earlier, told my wife and I that the blue color vehicle I wanted was not available anywhere in the five state regional area and the manufacturer currently isn't taking orders for that color and configuration (Tech Package) combination. That was a "strait-to-my-face" lie. I believe they wanted to get me to change color and/or configuration to go with something they might have on the lot. I cancelled my deposit within three days (allowed by Colorado laws) with Mile High Acura after finding the car I wanted at Courtesy. Courtesy Acura matched my price and delivered the vehicle two days later. Gizette (GeGe) the sales person was very knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Courtesy Acura if you are interested in an Acura vehicle. The management, sales staff, and technicians, in my experience, are first rate.

I purchased the Acura MDX 2015 model in 2016. The battery was very low, so I could not start the engine. I brought the vehicle in for inspection. The staff replaced it quickly for me at no costs because the battery was still under the warranty. The office staff who checked me in was very friendly. The waiting area was super clean with "free" cold water bottles (it was hot yesterday, so I drank two of those. Thank you!) The restroom was very clean too. They cleaned the vehicle very well after the services. I'd recommend the services/dealership at the Littleton location; they've been professional and friendly to me with excellent services performed on my vehicle.

I like the car overall. But, I wish it has an automatic trunk opener and that the console is roomier. Also, the glove compartment could be a little bit bigger.
