Also excellent attention in the Finance Department from Jose Montoya and Jorge Martinez. A totally positive buying experience. Good and very positive attention from everybody involved. As a busy mom of three, I don’t have a lot of time for messing around when I need a new SUV! For a luxury vehicle I cannot understand the low quality paint and glass on this car. Also having to manually fold in side mirrors? Why? Paint and windshield badly pitted.

After seeing a vehicle on Cars.com at Paramount that I was interested in and sending an email, I was contacted by Paramount about that vehicle very quickly. It was difficult for me to arrange to come see the vehicle, so the salesman brought it to me at work! He drove around and told me more about the vehicle. He seemed very knowledgable about all sorts of vehicles. I am considering other vehicles in the area, but will definitely go back to Paramount if I see other vehicles listed that fit my criteria because I was so impressed with its willingness to go the extra mile (literally!) for a potential customer.

This SUV met all my needs regarding styling, safety and pricing. I did a lot of research on Infiniti because I have a Nissan Pathfinder as well. The buying process was the easiest I’ve ever done.

Love this car! It’s gotten me everywhere I needed to be reliably and with no issues. It’s comfortable, luxurious, efficient yet powerful without being overly ostentatious. I especially like the 3.7 Liter v6 engine which is the same engine as in the Nissan 370X. It’s peppery with325 horsepower and rear wheel biased until the car senses a need for additional front wheel drive . I never get stuck.

Damon and Chris are knowledgeable and trustworthy whenever I’ve taken my car in for service or repair. They take the time to explain what’s necessary and work with me to make the repairs as affordable as possible. The waiting area is comfortable, also my car is clean when I pick it up.

Always a great experience. Appreciate the service and loaner vehicle. Chris from service is always a pleasure to work with. I'm sure he takes care of all his customersvery well.

All around good SUV. Sporty and comfortable. The good is AWD all the time is really nice. Interior is comfortable and really nice. I like having 2 screens. The scroll button is nice on the center console. Rides good, quiet, steering great, sits low more like a car not an SUV. Comments below about brakes?? I have had not problems with brakes. The bad, really bad turbo lag in 4 cylinder, Premium gas only sucks, paint chips to easy. Car would be awesome with a 6 cylinder 3.5L.
