Usually, when you have a bad outcome, people bash the service provider, but not in this case. I wasn't able to get approved without a down payment for a car. But I would like to take out the time and Thank Marcus England from the upmost, for the outstanding customer service, he has been giving me for the past 2 weeks. If you ever need a car, with challenging credit, please contact CarMax Fort worth. Marcus and the fantastic Finance team tried very hard to get me approved. I didn't get a car but the Customer Service shows that CarMax out value in there employees.

This car has multiple front end alignment issues.

This car is a beautiful to look at but has given me 2 consecutive years of front end alignment issue that have not been corrected by the Infinitie Service Team. It goes through 1,200 dollar tires in 11, 000 miles or less because of it’s front wheel suspension and alignment issues. The car has ’wheel hop’ that feels as if the car will literally jump off the road or into another lane of traffic. It has also had problems with it’s catalytic converters which caused the check engine light to come on ( this was a major job that had to be replaced/corrected). My car was still under warranty because it was practically new however, this would have been a three thousand dollar job to fix if it were not still under warranty.
I'm still working on possibly purchasing a vehicle from them but the service has been great. They're professional and personable. They also haven't been pushy but made me feel they're truly interested in doing what it takes to help me find the right car.

This car exceeded all my expectations. Tons of room and all the amenities. My wife and kids love it!! Gas mileage isn't as bad as I thought it would be. Just accelerate slowly
I've been buying cars from IMP for 15 years. The same people are still working there and they have truly become like family. They have always been direct and upfront about everything. I like the fact that the price is the price - very good prices too! Most importantly , the cars I've purchased from International Motors have been great cars. I've traded 3 back into them when buying newer cars. Fast buying process, great selection and no pressure. My daughter loves her Mercedes - thank you IMP! I'll see you next time we need a car!

This car is a jaw dropping and show stopping luxury car.. Plenty of leg room and plenty of room for adult size bodies but offer and have so many features.. A well designed and affordable car.. LOVE IT!!!
This vehicle is very well built and engineered. It has a super comfortable ride. I have put 125K miles on it and it still drives like a new car. It is still quiet, smooth, and the exterior paint and interior leather look as good as when it was new. Of course, I loved this car and took meticulous care of it but it had to be well made to begin with in order for it to last this long and be in such great shape. With the way we have kept it, I have no doubt it is good for another 125K miles or more!
I bought my Mercedes August 23, 2017 from the owner, Mo, after I saw it advertised on the internet. I honestly feel he gave me a very fair price, non of this "back and forth hassle" with negotiating. Just this is the price, buy it or not. He came off the price some but added 2 rear tires so it was very fair for the both of us after my research on www.kbb.com.
I definitely recommend this dealership and the owner for being so prompt, efficient, and great with customer service. And he must have had 6 people to help. still made us feel #1.

It is a great SUV. It is a full sized SUV so it lags a bit when accelerating, but that is expected. Comfort, comfort, comfort.
Great buying experience....and nice salesmen too. Ask for Chris when you get there and definitely would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from them. Great car inventory and their vehicles are very clean.

The driver safety features are amazing aides to the driver. The interior seems extra room compared to my 09 Qx56. A lot of thought was put into the interior design. Love this car!
I called Ryan on a Saturday morning about a particular car I saw online. He said he would pull it up front for me to come drive. Upon arrival, the car was there as promised. I drove it and some other cars in the same price point or a bit cheaper. I ultimately decided on the first car. They had done their inspection and replaced a number of things. It was a 2009 Toyota Camry with about 44,000 miles on it. They had replaced all four tires with brand new ones. I definitely feel like I got a very good car and I appreciated the way they conducted their business.

Love the car for its beauty in size however at 60,000 miles I replace the first catalytic converter’s two weeks later second catalytic converter went that’s a $5000 bill. Two weeks later the car battery was dead even though I had just replaced it in May 2017 and this is now January 2018. If you want to reliable car this is not it
My friend and I walked in on a rainy day to look at vehicles. I was in search for a bigger vehicle and had the intentions to buy a used vehicle. We saw a very reasonable price on a used vehicle that had really low mileage but I wanted to do some more research and my time was limited that day. Mandy was very pleasant to work with. She had the answers to all my questions, which I had plenty. She was very patient and informative. I had to reschedule because I had to leave. We kept in contact throughout the next day because I was unsure of when my daughter???s volleyball tournament will end. Again she was extremely understanding and patient with my needs and worked with my fluctuating scheduled time to test drive the vehicle. All Questions were answered and I was very pleased with all the knowledge she had to share with me in regards to the vehicle. I was able to take home the vehicle for the weekend. I loved the way the vehicle drives and all the bells and whistles it came with, but decided on a new one because Mandy was able to work with me on some numbers. Mandy made sure I was happy with my purchase and worked with me on understanding all the functionality the vehicle had to offer. Mandy made my visits so comfortable and the conversations were so easy that it felt like I was having a conversation with a friend. My daughter felt very comfortable with Mandy and liked her a lot. I recommend Mandy to anyone looking to buy a vehicle new or used. She is definitely the go to person.
