We live far away so starting with Gary emailing me back and forth on making sure the car was in the lot and responding quickly to the questions I had. To upon arrival, Bauti was a wealth of information on the car I was interested in! The entire staff was welcoming and informative. They have promised a list of items that will be taken care of at a different time as I was particular about some scratches/stains on the car. Keep in mind this was a used car I was looking at so there was bound to be some scratches. They assured me they will fix those so my used car will look brand new! I have no doubt they will follow thru on their word. Bauti was so kind and patient thru out the whole buying experience. I had a fantastic experience at Bob Rohrman Ford. The short story is that the salesman Chris and the finance manager John took incredible care of me. They worked really hard and bailed me out of a bad situation and deal on my old car and worked magic to get me into my brand new Focus RS. I came into Bob Rohrman with low expectations. I was paying 20% interest through a lender called Santander and was a little underwater on my current car... And I only had a few grand to put down. Chris was straight with me from the beginning. And he never tried to push me into a car I didn't want because it had a high rebate to offset my negative equity. He did everything he could to get me into the car I actually wanted unlike every other dealer I went to. Then John worked some magic and got me a fantastic deal that was win win for everyone. They really helped me out of a bad situation. I would recommend the two of them to everybody.

I did have to say a bittersweet goodbye to my loving Golf R (which was bittersweet) but I'm happy to say I have a fantastic new car I'm happy with and a great deal on top of it. I was leasing a 2016 Kia Optima through this dealership and loved how smooth the process was with that car, I was in for an oil change and had decided to look into buying out my lease since my mileage was starting to add us.
