Since moving to Indianapolis several years ago my wife and I have purchased two vehicles from a Toyota dealership in Indy. We thought we had a good relationship with this group and were looking to purchase a used Prius. Unfortunately the one we were looking at sold. So then I looked at Cars.com and truecar.com and didn't see anything. So I went to the dealership that had sold the used vehicle to look at a new Prius. Test drove the car and liked what I drove. Had a conversation with my sales consultant and decided to have a 2018 Prius and 2018 Rav4 quote from the finance team to see if I could actually purchase two new cars for my wife and I. When I left the dealership something I filled out at one of the previous mentioned websites must have triggered some local dealerships to call me. One of those sales consultants was John Goodpaster. I explained to John about wanting a new Prius and Rav4. He looked into it and said he would give me the best price on the vehicles he could. John was able to beat the old dealership I was looking at by more than $75 and no money down! (Other dealership wanted me to bring $1000 to the table). I applied for financing on their website, which was very convenient so that the process would be sped up when I got there. Within an hour, Matt Miller called me with an offer. He was great to work with and took care of business quickly and efficiently. He was also very friendly and a pleasure to work with. When I got to the dealership, I test drove the 2009 Toyota Prius I was interested in. I fell in love with the car but had a concern about a little white box dangling by the tire. Immediately upon my return, Dena took a look at it and took it to the back to get fixed. She was fabulous! They got it fixed in about 10 minutes and it was good as new. Then I went to financing and filled out paperwork, and the man (I can't remember his name, short brown hair and brown beard) was excellent at explaining what each form was. He even told me about a better warranty package that I otherwise would not have gotten. I'm glad he referred this to me because it covered electrical things like the battery, which is very important in an electric car! Overall, this was a stellar experience. In less than 24 hours I've already referred 2 of my friends to this company, and I will ABSOLUTELY be back for my next vehicle. I had a fabulous experience. Thanks Matt and team! :)

Purchased a 2013 Honda Odyssey that was listed online. I called for additional information on the vehicle - i.e. scratches, dents, etc that might not show in the pictures etc. Craig was very honest about everything. There was apparently a scratch on one of the doors that indeed did not show in the images and he had it repaired and sent images of the repairs before we arrived to see the van. The remote for the entertainment system was found to be missing when we arrived on the lot. Craig ordered a replacement and had it sent to our home after we purchased. There was no haggling, no doc fees - just a straight forward, honest purchase. I don't expect perfection from a used car or for there to be no mistakes or misunderstandings with a deal. I do expect to be treated fairly and honestly and that is definitely what Craig and his family did. Despite being a 2 hour drive, I will definitely look to purchase from them again the next time we are shopping for a vehicle. This was a purchase from a person who truly cares about treating people right and feeling good and proud about his business at the end of the day.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

This is my second Infiniti, both bought used. In the rare instance that I had an issue with the vehicles, Infiniti was so helpful. Any issue was always covered, no questions asked. This QX56 is perfect for our family. There is room for everyone and everything. There is DVD and power outlets - which the kids appreciated. Plenty of power to pull the boat, too.

I could not believe how easy - and fast - buying a car could be. I decided a used car was for me, so I started looking online and at local dealerships. All I can say is that that experience was enough to put me off the whole process. Dealer add-ons. Limited or no warranty. ???What are you willing to pay???? Enough!!! I saw an ad online for Carvana, which I had never heard of, and thought ???what the heck.??? Such a great find! From the quick and easy search, to no haggle pricing, to easy payment (I was able to pay cash online, but they also offer financing), to a no-risk 7-day return policy AND an additional 100-day warranty on top of that! There was nothing to lose. It took only a few days for delivery - to my home! - and the paperwork was handled in about 5 minutes. They even had a notary show up! They handle the registration, too - no waiting in line at DMV. Bottom line: I love the car, I got it at a good price, and it could not have been easier. Actually, it???s scary how easy it was. I have to stop myself from looking more on he Carvana website, lol.

This is how buying a car is supposed to be. Go online, get qualified, see the terms upfront, pick any car you like and then have it delivered to your doorstep. If you don't like it for ANY reason, you can return it in 7 days, no questions asked. You can either choose another car or just give it back. My BMW i3 was exactly as they described it (it even had additional options they didn't mention). I cannot emphasize enough how this is the future of car buying. No more dealership 'let me talk to the manager' games and wasted time. Also, the customer service was incredible. The girl that delivered my car at 11:30 am exactly as promised, was super friendly and showed a genuine interest in any concerns I expressed. There were some small blemishes on the interior and they sent out a car detailer to treat the problem. I was extremely impressed. She also promised a little care package and to my surprise, I received a FedEx package a few days later from Carvana packed with goodies! If you have ANY hesitation - don't - my Carvana experience was FANTASTIC!

So, my son and I were looking for a dependable vehicle for him to leave for Kansas in February to play football. He needed a vehicle that he could rely on and trust to get him back and forth. After several visits to dealerships, and ending up at Andy Moher Nissan in Avon....I was NOT at all impressed. They were not the business to do much negotiation!! And unfortunately, they lost a sale!! So, I explained to my son that we aren't in a rush, and lets head back to the southside and give Hubler Nissan a chance to see if we could get him in a car. He was disappointed with not leaving with the Altima that he really wanted at Andy Moher, but he didn't realize what Hubler Nissan was going to do for him, and neither did I!! The Moher Altima was a 2015 with 33,000 miles on it for 14,999. They did not want to budge off of the price!!! WELL...???.when we arrived at Hubler on 31, in Greenwood, Indiana. We were greeted at the door by a big smile, with a good looking PuertoRican guy behind it! (LOL) Frank Lassen!!!!!! You are truly awesome!! He ended up, along with Mike Ferguson, the sales manager, placing my son in a BRAND NEW 2018 NISSAN ALTIMA with 24 miles on it!!! For even less money than the used vehicle that my son wanted from Andy Moher. THANKYOU, HUBLER!!! Not only did that happen, but my son was ECSTATIC with the options that they worked out with him and WE ARE ALL HAPPY, NOW!!! Special thanks to FRANK and MIKE, I highly value them as salesmen, they are truly ones that CARE, and that is sooooo very hard to find, now!! Please get down there and see them!! This is our family vehicle. Overall we love it. We pack it full of 3 to 7 kids daily. The 3rd row isn't roomy, but it gets the job done. 3rd row is not comfortable for adults though. Engine power & reliability is great. 4 wheel drive in snow is excellent & we get snow in Chicago. We've had minor issues with the seat hardware (that flips the seat out of the way to access 3rd row) breaking & the power steering going out on vaca in the mountains - not cool. The backup camera went out & that cost over $600 no matter where you shop it out. It's a very good vehicle, but not as reliable as Lexus or Toyota. And Infiniti dealership isn't great, they dont give you luxury vehicle treatment at all. I went to Clarendon Hills Infiniti for a while. I now use outside mechanics, less money & much better service. The car is loaded & a great price for what you get....

This car is a jaw dropping and show stopping luxury car.. Plenty of leg room and plenty of room for adult size bodies but offer and have so many features.. A well designed and affordable car.. LOVE IT!!!
