I called on Saturday to make an appointment for oil change. Dakota Henson took my call and was able to get me in the same day. He greeted me at the service center. Listened to all the things i wanted him to check. He was very courteous, professional, well spoken and knowledgeable. He told me it was going to take approximately one and a half hour to complete the work. I waited in the waiting area at the service center and in about one and half hour. he called me and took me to the office, pointed out to me on the receipt all the things that were checked. I felt good when i left the service center knowing that all critical items were checked and functioning well. Montana is a pleasant young man that wears a nice smile, happy looking and very enthusiastic. He represents your company very well and i will definitely go back to your service center if i needed any repair or routine maintenance.

This Suv meets all my needs and my growing family, it has a third row secend row has dual screens for dvds alone with the remote.
New to the brand, we visited this location after having a less than satisfactory experience at another local Land Rover dealership. I called to inquire about Velar that I was interested in on their website and wanted to confirm that it was in their inventory. I spoke with Cat and she was fantastic to communicate with. I made an appointment with her to see that and another Velar. Cat was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and made the process of leasing a Velar that we wanted as seamless as possible. Would definitely recommend this location and Cat if you are considering a Land Rover - Jaguar.

I actually love everything about this vehicle but after researching about the Catalyst Converter I see plenty of people are having the same problem and should be covered under warranty or be under recall.
Very disappointed with Infiniti.
First - the car value and description online were exactly what I was looking for. A good quality vehicle at a good price. Second - communications with Jimmie Evans was very clear and straightforward, with no pressure or hard sell. Third - Jimmie quickly brought me to the vehicle when I arrived and let me take a test drive. Fourth - Negotiating the final numbers was done professionally and fairly. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Last - drove off with my new vehicle after friendly interactions with all involved.

Infiniti QX56 with 4x4 has ample power to toe a big size trailer and it will take you anywhere. I used mint in the Appalachian Mountain during the Summer and Snowy cold winters and the vehicle performed better than any other vehicle I previously owned, and this includes a Range Rover. I have used this vehicle with my family on long vacations from Key West, FL to St. Johns, Newfoundland, Canada and it performed fabulously. Has ample space for a family of 4 with luggage for long vacations.
We purchased a 2010 Infiniti FX35 from you on September 8th.

This car is a jaw dropping and show stopping luxury car.. Plenty of leg room and plenty of room for adult size bodies but offer and have so many features.. A well designed and affordable car.. LOVE IT!!!

Excellent vehicle. I bought this used 3 years ago and still love it. It's powerful, quiet, luxurious and reliable. I am spoiled by the amenities and the cameras. I really enjoy driving this vehicle and the reliability has been great. The only con may be the gas mileage but I knew what it was when I bought it. I was an Escalade owner in the past and moved to Inifiniti. Very happy I did.
Was looking for a nice used Range Rover Sport. Luxury Auto had the perfect choice (I was looking for a very specific color combo). Not only was there no pressure to buy, when I asked about the condition of the brakes on this vehicle they had their mechanic re-inspect and install new rotors and pads! I will go out of my way to find a reason to buy from this dealer next time. When they move to their new location (late 2017...early 2018??) they should have a facility that truly matches the high level buying experience I had. Very pleased with my experience!!

I've wanted this car since it was released. Finally obtained my goal and it's been an absolute dream. It has more room than I know what to do with and impresses everyone who sits in it. I wish the gas mileage was better, with all the extra bells and whistles there is more to maintain.
I'd recommend the extended warranty, it's come in handy.
I had seen this dealership on my way to and from on the freeway. I was happy to find a car I've wanted for 13 years! I found the car via CarGurus.com. Jerry was my sales person and he was phenomenal! I felt like I was hanging out with a friend. I had a hefty down payment, due to trying to re-establish my credit after a serious back injury. Jerry was very patient as I had to move money around to be able to purchase the vehicle.
I am happy to say that my experience at I-10 Auto Sales was a great one! I like that they're a local small business and I appreciated the family-like atmosphere and relaxed environment. They have tons of used cards under $10K, a great place to purchase a well taken-care of used vehicle. Robert in finance was super cool too. Things happen in life that we cannot prepare or expect and I felt like I was treat with dignity, grace and I received 5-star customer service. This was the best car I had so far, after so many trips with my family to Florida and Washington, I can say that we were really happy with this car I never had one single problem while on the road, I had it for over 5 years and we used a lot. I drove about 100k miles with it I got it with about 165k miles and we drove to about 265k miles..I had to do the tranny once, but it was worth it every penny that I put on it..I highly recommend this car for tall people like we are...
Buying a vehicle from Sam & Co was rewarding and satisfactory. He went the extra mile to be friendly and super helpful. I'll be back!!

Overall, I got this car with 19k miles on it . it was great. size, power comfort. plenty of bells and whistles. great for the road. but when I got to around 80k miles ..I started having issues. rear seal differential 1500$. the dashboard cluster flashes on and off and needs to be replaced, 1200$. every now and then there is a loud clicking noise coming from somewhere in the car. then around 90k miles took it to both infiniti and Nissan and they could figure out why the service engine light keeps coming on. I'm now approaching 100k and its turned into a money pit so I might sell. up until 80k miles it was awesome. I got another qx56 a 2012 now.
