My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I am absolutly in love with this vehicle. Not only is it BEAUTIFUL it rides like a dream!!! I can fit the whole family in comfortably. EXCELLENT on road trips!! Infiniti makes quality vehicles, this is my second one, I’m hooked!!!! I highly recommend this beautiful beast!!!! One of the best luxury SUV’s on the market. Thanks Infiniti!!!

Let me start by saying I fell in love with my car via internet search. The only downfall was Hyman Bros Auto was 600 miles away from me in Southern Indiana. I was a little apprehensive at first to make a purchase like this with that kind of distance involved. After reading the outstanding reviews I decided to call and inquire about the Green Mustang that had melted my heart. Vernon James was the sales associate I spoke with on the phone that provided me much needed information about the dealership as well as the car. This was a man I felt very comfortable with immediately and felt a sense of trust from our conversation that if the car wasn't an A+ it wouldn't be on their lot. Less than a week later me and hubby made the drive to Midlothian and I can say that was one of the best road trips I've ever. I was offered the option of having the car shipped but hubby and I are road trip people so the drive was exhilarating. This was the most exciting purchases I've ever made in my life, and I like that we have a story attached to our new found ownership. The guys at the dealership are truly fantastic. I hope my review helps anyone else who may have seen their dream car on Hyman Bros website from a great distance and decide to take this chance like we did. A big shoutout to VERNON JAMES!. 😁 Upon leaving the dealership my final words were, you will see me again in a few years. I really meant this. Excellent vehicles, excellent staff and excellent prices.

Great car for the $

This is our family vehicle. Overall we love it. We pack it full of 3 to 7 kids daily. The 3rd row isn't roomy, but it gets the job done. 3rd row is not comfortable for adults though. Engine power & reliability is great. 4 wheel drive in snow is excellent & we get snow in Chicago. We've had minor issues with the seat hardware (that flips the seat out of the way to access 3rd row) breaking & the power steering going out on vaca in the mountains - not cool. The backup camera went out & that cost over $600 no matter where you shop it out. It's a very good vehicle, but not as reliable as Lexus or Toyota. And Infiniti dealership isn't great, they dont give you luxury vehicle treatment at all. I went to Clarendon Hills Infiniti for a while. I now use outside mechanics, less money & much better service. The car is loaded & a great price for what you get....

I actually love everything about this vehicle but after researching about the Catalyst Converter I see plenty of people are having the same problem and should be covered under warranty or be under recall. Very disappointed with Infiniti.

This is my second Infiniti, both bought used. In the rare instance that I had an issue with the vehicles, Infiniti was so helpful. Any issue was always covered, no questions asked. This QX56 is perfect for our family. There is room for everyone and everything. There is DVD and power outlets - which the kids appreciated. Plenty of power to pull the boat, too.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

Drives and rides like a dream. Kids love the entertainment package. Soft leather. Maybe needs more rear luggage space. Like all the electric features making things easier.
