First - the car value and description online were exactly what I was looking for. A good quality vehicle at a good price. Second - communications with Jimmie Evans was very clear and straightforward, with no pressure or hard sell. Third - Jimmie quickly brought me to the vehicle when I arrived and let me take a test drive. Fourth - Negotiating the final numbers was done professionally and fairly. Be honest with them and they will be honest with you. Last - drove off with my new vehicle after friendly interactions with all involved.

The salesman, whom I have forgotten his name was outstanding. He drove with me to get my second trade in and drive it back. We then found the truck on the lot across the street I wanted. I met with the sales manager and the senior manager. They were both excellent. I made the deal. We always would want more for our trade in but I felt all three gentlemen took good care of me and I am happy with the purchase. I was shocked that my credit score of 810 only got me an interest rate of 5.5%. I contacted several lenders last week and was offered 2.5%. Would like to waive the prepayment penalty and not pay so much interest on my first payment if possible. Other than that, I was very pleased. My very close colleague is former President of Ford Steve Lyons, and I told him the same info after my purchase.
The dealership got me an appointment within a few days of booking. Diagnosed quickly. Finished quickly. Got a fair bill. Service advisor was good at communication as well. Would for sure return for my Chevy work.
Can’t tell you what a great experience I had at this dealership with my salesperson Glenn. I drove 2 hours from Tucson and it was worth every minute! I recently bought a 2014 Dodge Durango from Dan at Precision fleet in Peoria. From the beginning to the end I felt no pressure to buy or any of the typical big dealer pressure. AutoNation claims not to negotiate, they will a little bit. Their original quote sheet that they came up with was a no non-sense quote sheet, nothing hidden and showed all fees necessary to complete the lease which I really appreciated. It was still just a bit too expensive so I countered with exactly what I was willing to pay and after a little bit of non-confrontational back and forth, we agreed on the price of a lease for a Nissan Rogue. They helped me figure out how to get every possible discount on this car (college grad, how to use my Nissan One to One Rewards) and that got the price down to even less that I was willing to pay. They answered all questions from the finance, returning my current lease early and were very respectful.
I was interested in the Rogue and Rogue Sport and the salesman was able to figure out that the Rogue would meet my needs perfectly and he hustled to get the car from the lot so we didn't have to wait all day, he didn't try to up sell me on a trim level that I couldn't afford which I really appreciated.
The only negatives were that the showroom was not the nicest but when they are able to speed up the process, I don't care about not having recliners and refreshments. We spent most of the time there figuring out how to get Apple Car play work and figuring out how to get all of my documentation for Nissan's One to One Discount and College Discount to be applied properly.
It is with great pleasure that I provide this note of appreciation for Justice L. Rovin, Manager at Plaza Motor dealership in Tempe. My contact and interaction with Justice goes back to 2 years ago when I bought from him my Mercedes CLS 550 on August 22, 2016. Because of Justice, I returned back last week to buy another car; a Mercedes S63 on September 15, 2018. Justice L. Rovin is not a typical salesman (of course an excellent salesman in the technical definition), but a dedicated professional and above all a civilized human being. Every time we interacted with Justice, he has exhibited a genuine interest to help and advise and to make our buying experience as agreeable as possible. I am delighted to have met Justice, a superb gentleman and grateful for him for the way to he dealt with us on both occasions. My twin sons Niels and Dieter and I, really appreciate and value Justice L. Rovin demeanor and attitude in dealing with us every time we visited his dealership. I am determined to come back to ask Justice's help and advice when my twins sons are ready to upgrade their cars.
These guys are fantastic! I was looking for a daily driver and had a certain amount I wanted to spend. Steve got me into the Infiniti I was interested in. Was looking for a nice used Range Rover Sport. Luxury Auto had the perfect choice (I was looking for a very specific color combo). Not only was there no pressure to buy, when I asked about the condition of the brakes on this vehicle they had their mechanic re-inspect and install new rotors and pads! I will go out of my way to find a reason to buy from this dealer next time. When they move to their new location (late 2017...early 2018??) they should have a facility that truly matches the high level buying experience I had. Very pleased with my experience!!
I purchased a 2002 Ford from this facility, the truck was running good but there came a few issues, they jumped right on these and repaired them. I felt like I was the only customer they had,I wasn't not but these guys treated me with respect, and courtesy. They listened to my concerns and just fixed the issues with the truck. I have not purchased a vehicle in 18 years and dreaded going to a dealership. My fears were soon set aside as I spoke with Bud Thomas, Sales Specialist at Bill Luke Tempe. Mr. Thomas's sales style is what I had hoped for in a salesperson...no pressure, truthful, and down to earth. He spent as much time as I needed to make my decision on the vehicle I was interested in. At no time did he display a desire to go do something else. Since I live 130 miles from the dealership, Mr Thomas delivered my vehicle to me. I have never had a transaction go as smooth as what I experienced with Bill Luke Tempe. If you are in the market for a new or used car, definitely seek out Bud Thomas. You wont be sorry!!!!
