Good for buying cars, not so good for maintaining.

In 2008, my folks bought a new Chrysler Pacifica Limited. The car sales man was great. He knew all about the car and showed us everything about it. The dealership it's self is beautiful and super clean. They also have AWESOME cars inside in which you can sit and mess around in. The overall rating is a 4 BECAUSE, it is so hard to get a hold of these guys to take the car in. We've called 4 or 5 times to only leave messages that have never been responded to, so we are planning on just going there whether they want us to or not!
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.
Vroom rushed me thru the process of purchasing a vehicle from them. Had strict requirements of receiving payment within 48 hours. I was rushing my loan department to get my paperwork completed ahead of other customers in fear of losing the vehicle I wanted to another buyer. The loan paperwork and a check had to be overnighted to Vroom to meet their qualifications. THEN CAME TIME FOR THEM TO GET THE THINGS I NEEDED TO ME!!! I HAD TO REPEATEDLY ASK ABOUT THE ARRIVAL OF MY TRADE IN TO THEIR FACILITY (which they kept telling me for 15 days that it hadn???t reached their facility??!! Yeah right)!! THEY DRUG THEIR FEET ON SENDING THE PAYOFF OF MY TRADE IN SO LONG THAT THE 15 Day PAYOFF THEY WERE QUOTED EXPIRED AND I HAD TO PAY THE DIFFERENCE FROM MY OWN ACCOUNT!! I WAITED 26 DAYS TO RECEIVE TITLE PAPERWORK!! BUT THE PAPERWORK THEY NEEDED FROM ME HAD TO BE SENT WITHIN 2 BUSINESS DAYS!! YOU SHOULD GIVE AS GOOD AS YOU EXPECT, VROOM!! I HAD TO KEEP REQUESTING A REFUND OF THE $500 THEY CHARGED TO MY CREDIT CARD TO HOLD THE VEHICLE FOR A WEEK!!! LASTLY, the 2nd person I dealt with following the sales person was RUDE.
MIKE FLORES! OMG! What can we say bro! You went above and beyond! Great guy, awesome truck, no hassle sale, you brought it to us and we signed the paperwork all in the comfort of our own living room! Easiest purchase EVER! These Guys are simply THE BEST! We'll definitely recommend them to EVERYONE we know! Ask for MIKE FLORES and you'll for sure get the best customer service! I went to buy a car and came 2 different time and was not able to connect with a sales person. Met Roosevelt Townsend omg this young assistance in making the process smooth was awesome. I am happy to have went back to carmax and got the best deal and excellent customer service.
This particular appointment, the service employee that helped me was Candice and she was excellent, she answered when I called to set up my appointment and was very helpful and then when we pulled up she was the first person to walk out and she was great. Explained everything to me as well as pricing and also called me later to follow up and give me an update, then checked me out efficiently when I came to pick up my vehicle. I realize this survey is only for this recent appointment but I wanted to take a moment to comment on my previous appointment as well since when I initially tried to do my review last time the system didn???t go through and I was unable to. Anyway, Wilson was my service tech then and he was awesome. He not only was very friendly and welcoming but took care of my car and even found a couple of other issues I didn???t mention but needed and to be totally honest, his helpfulness is what made me a repeat customer. He wasn???t my service tech this time so I wasn???t sure how it would be but Candice was great, too and if all of the staff at South Bay Infiniti is this great, I???ll be a customer for years to come.
I had a last minute concern about my car the day before Thanksgiving, my front left tire was wobbling so I called the service department and Candice gave me a quick appointment. I brought my car in for service and they quickly found out what was wrong with my car and fixed it right away!! I was very pleased with the overall service and results of my visit to the service department and not to mention I didn't have to worry anymore about my car.
If you guys are looking for a new/used vehicle, come by and see Rachel Ishii. Very good, friendly and hard working salesperson. She did everything she can to help us get the best deal on our 2019 Suburban. When I found out a week later that the vehicle was missing a couple of parts that was supposed to be included in the vehicle, I contacted Rachel and let her know the issue and she help us resolve the problem. We highly recommend her to help you guys in your search of your new or used vehicle. Thanks again Rachel
