I was looking for a mid-sized SUV with 3 rows to fit 2 car seats and a 70-lb dog. In particular, I needed access to the 3rd row with a car seat installed. There are few SUVs that met this criteria. I bought the QX60 used with every feature/package other than the theater package. The price was half that of a brand new QX60 with all of the same features (not much has changed between 2016 and 2019). Our family fits comfortably. My favorite features include the Around View Camera, Ventilated Front Seats, Intelligent Cruise Control, and of course the suite of driver safety features. This car meets all of our needs and I would give it my highest recommendation.
I purchased a new 2017 RDX about 2 months ago. I worked with SJ Duong and I never felt pressured. He was very helpful and extremely nice to deal with. Up until today, if I send him a text message about a question on my RDX he knows the answer. He gets back to me within minutes. I feel like I was very lucky to get him as a sales guy. I was very worried about getting a new car with all that technology, but SJ Duong made that a very comforting experience. He is the absolute best. Ask for SJ Duong if you are going to buy an Acura. You will not be disappointed.

It’s clean and restored like a brand new car even though it has 15,000 miles. It is just like new. Rides like it is on glass- so smooth. It even has that new car smell!
Baker Cadillac is a very professionally run organization! Most worthy of carrying the 'Cadillac' brand name! The personnel are all most friendly and courteous and we consider ourselves 'friends' with the staff. Especially Lewis, Andrew, and Max in the Sales Dept, as well as those in the Service Dept. We had our previous Cadillac CTS (bought in PA) serviced at Baker and have now purchased a new CT6 from Baker. We would not consider going anywhere else!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.

I love everything about my Infiniti except the Premium Gas recommended/required... A Luxury vehicle that is well worth it’s price... Again, I would consider buying another Infiniti...
I love the luxurious comfort for long distance drives and the MPG is 20-27! Since I got it used I didn’t have to pay extra for the 3 upgraded packages or take a big hit on the depreciation of driving it off the lot. I expect to have this car for many years and family adventures to come.
We found additional vehicles that are close to your year range.
I went in, and shopping with Douala was a great experience! I would recommend that anyone go in and ask for her!

Love the Suv drives great and has been a fun family vehicle. Took the Suv for a trade in and was upside down by almost 6 thousand. I rather keep the Suv than take that loss

This car fits all of our needs. It has 3 rows and is in great condition. Don’t feel we could have gotten a better deal.
While traveling, my 2005 F350 diesel blew the bottom turbo hose, kind of a common thing I hear. First in line to get the hose replaced and Berkeley Ford did an excellent job. I was back on the road with a short delay. So far, the new hose is staying put. Thank you Berkeley Ford.

My daily commute is approximately 90 minutes one-way. Once I purchased my Infinity Q60, it seems near minutes vs. hours behind the windshield. Infinity Q60, with the 3.0-liter twin turbo, fully adjustable seats, Infinity INTOUCH system makes a fantastic car to drive. And I look good driving it.
They have a nice setup and service. I was only browsing that day. I will definetly go back again.

The interior of the QX60 is truly a masterpiece - by far the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed vehicle interior I’ve ever seen. Driving this car is so easy and enjoyable - negative reviews about the handling and performance were a total wash for me. In comparison to other brands we test drove, this Infiniti rides like a dream. It’s incredibly smooth, quiet, and has PLENTY of “umph” when you need it; let’s face it, if you’re looking for a 7-passenger SUV to haul around kids or larger groups of people in style (and cannot bring yourself to buy a minivan), you don’t need to go from 0 to 60 in 4.8 seconds. This is the PERFECT car for long trips with the family - it’s amazing how much space they’ve managed to create in this vehicle for the driver AND all passengers without it feeling like you’re driving a bus. Couldn’t be happier with the QX60!
It does a lot of things well but is sorely lacking in others ....dash design
is terrible..I need some thins constantly displayed and others not so much but there are no choices . Does not feel or look like a luxury vehicle ...a 160 mph speedometer ? Really ?

Really comfortable suv great looking car.great for a family. Has alot of upgrated features. Backup camera ,heated seats. Dual climate control. Back row climate control. 3rd row seats.great soud system.
This car is so comfortable! The seats are adjustable in many ways, my favorite being the lumbar support. It also accommodates my 6'6" fiance, with plenty of room for extra passengers. We love the dual climate control, no more arguing over the heat. The QX60 handles well and the V6 offers plenty of power to pass on a hill while maintaining a smooth, comfortable ride. It feels more expensive than it is.
I just bought a new "new to me " Dodge Dart ralley turbo from Sean dyer and he made it very simple for me and helped me make the best choice for a vehicle to last me a long Time was a great experience would recommend him highly and this dealership I recommend highly they will bend over backwards to help you get a new car
