Just got my new/used Infiniti QX60 a week ago and I absolutely love it. I went from driving a Yukon, which I also loved.

I searched for months, both online and in my area, for the specific car that I wanted: A 2013 Lexus GS 350 F SPORT with AWD. I finally found one that had been owned and operated in California, which was a big deal to me because I didn't want one that had been owned and operated in a Rust Belt or cold weather state due to corrosion issues. This dealer had bought this car at auction in CA the week prior to me finding it on Cars.com and when I called the dealer, the guy I spoke to (Amir) was very friendly and helpful. He even climbed under the car for me on the lot and took photos of the undercarriage and the engine compartment to show me that the car was very clean and had no rust. I live in KS and this dealer is in IN, so this was going to be a complicated deal since I also had a car that I wanted to sell (not trade, but sell for cash). I had never bought a car from an out-of-state dealer, and I did my homework on Fishers Imports. They had nearly perfect reviews, but I still shared my apprehension with Shawn and Amir but they put my concerns at ease. These guys (Amir and Shawn) were patient, professional and courteous throughout the process. They made me a fair cash offer for my car, sold me the Lexus for a fair price, and did their part to make the transaction quick and smooth. I drove my car there and sold it to them and purchased the Lexus and drove it home, all in the same 1,100 mile and 18-hour day. I even had some (previously unknown to me) minor title issue with the car that I sold to them, but they helped me work those out and get the transaction done. The car that they sold me was as advertised, and I've been driving it for nearly a month with no issues or surprises. The car was clean and in very nice condition. They were responsive via phone and email, and while there were some minor bumps along the way they did what they needed to do to get things right and ensure that I was satisfied with the transaction. I would buy another car from these guys, even long-distance, and I would also recommend them to family and friends alike. To date, I'm completely satisfied with this experience.

This car is sleek, comfortable and performs well. Rear seating legroom totally beats Acura MDX which was the biggest selling point for our current family needs. Has plenty of luxury features, roominess and all around comfort. Feels good driving! Takes us to Infiniti and beyond!

I appreciate the base model styling but was surprised by the lack of additional options for the base model i.e. Seat memory, blind spot monitor. Love the space in the back and ease of moving the 2nd row of seats. Very roomy 2nd and 3rd row.

We purchased our 2015 Chevy Tahoe from Unlimited Motors. We had just had triplets on top of our two older girls and really needed a larger vehicle. The entire process went extremely well and we couldn't be happier. The vehicles on the lot are all clean and in really good shape with several very nice collectibles inside. Warranty info was straight forward and I didn't get the stereotypical "used car salesman" from any of the staff. The process was much easier than any other car lot I or my wife have purchased from. The trade in process was fair and exactly what I went into it expecting to get. The facility inside is a little industrial for a car lot, but don't let that full you, their team is great and their cars are excellent. We are needing another larger vehicle and they are currently finding exactly what we want. We will absolutely buy from them again!

This car had what we wanted. Comfort, technology and 3 rd row seats. We really enjoy it. It’s pretty roomy... my son is 6’3 and fits him comfortably.

Let me tell you, it was a first class experience. Andrew is great to work with. (I read other reviews praising him, and I concur) I got a top quality, 1 owner car, priced very competitively. And whoever detailed this car should get a medal. I'm picky, and this car was immaculate, trust me I went back over it with a fine tooth comb when I got home. Great job all!

I love the luxurious comfort for long distance drives and the MPG is 20-27! Since I got it used I didn’t have to pay extra for the 3 upgraded packages or take a big hit on the depreciation of driving it off the lot. I expect to have this car for many years and family adventures to come.

My car has plenty of legroom in front and back to accommodate my tall family. The ride is very smooth and accelerates quickly when needed. I love the heated and cooled leather seats as well as the many features that are included. There are USB ports and multiple cup holders for all 3 rows.

I bought this car in need of the all-wheel drive and extra room. It has exceeded my expectations. The luxurious and roomy inside as well as the get up and go it has, makes this a perfect car for me to drive for work. I'm thrilled this car has turned out to be everything I wanted.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

I love everything about my Infiniti except the Premium Gas recommended/required... A Luxury vehicle that is well worth it’s price... Again, I would consider buying another Infiniti...

I always take my Pathfinder to Andy Mohr Nissan in Avon for service. They are extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. They get my vehicle in and out as quickly as possible. Everyone in the Service Department is great, but I have to give extra kudos to Sheila. She is absolutely wonderful to work with and always has a smile on her face!! I would definitely recommend them to everyone!!

I was looking for a mid-sized SUV with 3 rows to fit 2 car seats and a 70-lb dog. In particular, I needed access to the 3rd row with a car seat installed. There are few SUVs that met this criteria. I bought the QX60 used with every feature/package other than the theater package. The price was half that of a brand new QX60 with all of the same features (not much has changed between 2016 and 2019). Our family fits comfortably. My favorite features include the Around View Camera, Ventilated Front Seats, Intelligent Cruise Control, and of course the suite of driver safety features. This car meets all of our needs and I would give it my highest recommendation.

I have just purchased my 2nd Kia Optima from Ray Skillman Kia/Mitsubishi. I came back for a second round partly because of the quality of the first Optima, partly because of the sales experience, and partly because of the fine service to my vehicle. Re. the first purchase, I found myself with a car I could not live with. I purchased a new car that was, after 6 weeks, obviously the wrong car for me. The driver's seat was so uncomfortable, I was beginning to have back problems. I needed to be "rescued" from a bad purchasing decision, a purchase which was made from another Skillman dealership. That salesperson worked with Skillman Kia to find a solution and arranged for me to trade for a new 2014 Optima. I had to absorb the considerable depreciation from trading a new car after only 6 weeks' ownership. Skillman Kia made it work, and I found myself with a great new comfortable car. I honestly didn't think they would be able to get me financed, but they did! My 2nd Kia purchase came about as I was having the 2014 serviced. While waiting, I struck up a conversation with a young new salesman, and he convinced me that if I was interested, they could put me in a new 2018 Optima. I was skeptical at first, given my negative equity in the 2014 Optima. I decided if they could get me the exact car I wanted, the model, trim level, even the colors, at a price I was comfortable with, without continuing my negative equity situation, I would go for it. I honestly didn't think it could happen, but that's exactly what they did. By going to a lease, they made it a reality. The exact car I wanted was found, but it was over 150 miles away, in Ohio, I had to wait a day and a half for it to arrive, but it was worth it. It's exactly what I wanted! I know several of the sales staff worked very hard to make it all happen. I was even given a new Optima to drive while my car was in transit, rather than remand my old car back to me. I was offered a number of optional items for the car, but never pressured to take any of them. And everyone on the staff I came in contact with was very helpful and friendly. Same goes for the service department. All of my routine service was performed at the dealership, with zero complaints. Those kinds of experiences will keep me coming back for more.

We are a family of four (5 and 6 year old girls). This vehicle is perfect balance for our family and still enough room for taking some extra friends along on those other occasions. Wife doesn't like the van and this vehicle is perfect. We have two baby seats in the 2nd row with and with the design of the QX60, it was easy sliding the 2nd row (with baby seats still attached) forward to access the 3rd row. The drive is very smooth and felt good on the road. We love the all around view camera and the remote start as well.

I'm a small business owner and just like everyone else I'm never a fan of dealing with dealerships and car salesmen. But...I surprisingly had a great experience this time around purchasing my 2016 GMC Sierra 2500HD Denali. I walked in to the dealership and didn't feel like I was being attacked by "vultures" looking for their next sale and I met Kent Fisher who I feel went above and beyond his duties as a car salesman and it is definitely the first time I have actually enjoyed not only a new vehicle but the process of purchasing it. Yes I had to wait a little longer than expected because I came in during the busiest time on a Saturday but it was well worth the wait and I was able to get an even better APR by going through them. I had all of my financing and everything else in order before coming and knew exactly what I was getting but he asked to let them try to beat the rate and they were able to get me under 2% and once I went in to sign all of the paperwork I was out within 10-20 minutes. All in all I enjoyed the Stoops Buick and GMC dealership and it was a very nice facility but I can't stress enough how much I enjoyed working with Kent vs any of the other sales people I have dealt with with my last 5 car purchases. If you are ever looking to work with Stoops I personally would recommend Kent Fisher. I felt he didn't seem to be concerned about the money he would be making on the deal and instead was more worried about the money that I would be saving and my experience. Thank you Kent! I was recommended to Stoops by my mother who had purchased a vehicle in 2011 from them and I'm glad I went to check it out. I live on the southeast side of Indy and hadn't even thought of driving to Plainfield, IN to try but I'm glad I did. I went to other dealerships as well and most of them didn't seem as genuine and interested in my business or work nearly as hard to gain it or able to beat Stoops pricing and they all eventually gave up or thought that I would cave in quick or something. I personally wanted to work with Stoops after meeting Kent so I continued to keep him informed of other dealerships offers and they were always willing and able to beat the other dealerships offers and by far more than just pennies. The QX60 is a comfortable ride with a TON of space! The 2nd & 3rd row are kid/adult friendly & can accommodate a rear-facing toddler carseat! I really look forward to purchasing this as my next car!
