New Mazda Customer Experience

After thoroughly scouting multiple dealer websites for the past month and test driving about 5 different vehicles, I can say that without a doubt, no other dealership provides the lifetime incentives and customer service quite like the Nelson Mazda dealership in Cool Springs. First of all, the sales associate who helped me purchase my vehicle was beyond friendly and I really appreciated his up-front approach and no gimmicks sales approach. I felt as though VJ helped me make the best decision for ME, not just for the dealership or his sales #s. I was torn between a mid range luxury SUV and the Mazda CX-5, which I ended up purchasing, but after driving the car and learning about the EXTENSIVE safety features (which I would have had to shell out an additional $4k for at the other dealer), I knew the Mazda was the obvious choice. After having lost my previous car under pretty stressful circumstances, I was very hesitant and full of anxiety about buying a new car and especially finding a car I loved that fit my budget and my want for tons of extras/options. Fortunately, I left the Volvo, Acura and BWM dealers behind and chose to test drive the Mazda because ???heck,why not????....and I think it???s pretty safe to say I am very happy and excited about my decision. 10/10 would reccomend.
