Amazing place to buy a car, I had an excellent experience with great customer service. I feel that I payed Avery reasonable price for my car and was not cheated that way. All the people were very friendly and happy to help but at the same time not pushy about buying one that day. Only complaint would be after I bought the car the detailing that they did washing cleaning the car ext... was not good and I had to go home and do it myself, but that's a very small complaint overall 5/5 stars very satisfied if I ever need another car I would definitely shop there again.

I was looking for a mid-sized SUV with 3 rows to fit 2 car seats and a 70-lb dog. In particular, I needed access to the 3rd row with a car seat installed. There are few SUVs that met this criteria. I bought the QX60 used with every feature/package other than the theater package. The price was half that of a brand new QX60 with all of the same features (not much has changed between 2016 and 2019). Our family fits comfortably. My favorite features include the Around View Camera, Ventilated Front Seats, Intelligent Cruise Control, and of course the suite of driver safety features. This car meets all of our needs and I would give it my highest recommendation.

Love the Suv drives great and has been a fun family vehicle. Took the Suv for a trade in and was upside down by almost 6 thousand. I rather keep the Suv than take that loss

I have been with Infiniti since 2007 and I was basically sold on how I was treated not only during the purchasing process, but all the follow up that kept it alive. By 2012, I still had made a second purchase to move my wife into an Infiniti & out of her Nissan as the previous 5 years convinced me to stay the course with Infiniti. The service department was really the clincher, mainly how I was treated as a valued customer and it really helps when you have a service adviser, such as Roger Sain who not only knows the products inside and out, keeps you well informed, forecasting you of upcoming requirements or maintenances, and keeps you informed of trending or known issues of certain year models, and how Infiniti targeted commonly failed parts in earlier year models and Infiniti was able to manufacture those high fail rate items for improved higher quality replacement components for older & current model vehicles and future production. I had many items that did fail on my 2005 FX-35, most all of which were covered under my extended warranty. This is very telling of a manufacturer where quality is a top priority. This information also weighed heavy on my decision to retire the 2005 FX-35 and purchase a CPO 2014 QX-70 3 weeks ago. Roger shares his insight and his knowledge always, he also kept me up on the lack of issues this newer model had because of the targeted quality improvement program of the failed items on prior models. As I mention in the title of this review, the Service department IS the key component for customer retention. If its not understood that way, it really needs to be understood that way. Your relationship with the Sales side of the house is short term, I on all 3 occasions of buying an Infiniti vehicle had a great experience in the purchase, however the game is different. Its not the sales guy that made me come back, he just put in a long term debt....hehe. It's true, a Sale rep wants your sale, your signature, and it puts food on their plate. That is just the nature of the beast and I understand that its their job. We all need a job so I get it, but Orange Park Infiniti sales guys really helped me out a lot on this recent purchase, so I am convinced they too are a new breed of sales personnel alive within the Orange Park Infiniti that Atlantic place does not have. But the reality of it is once you are past the sale, you are done. They did their job and now as the customer, hopefully happy like I was drive away. From this point on, what makes or breaks retention of a customer is how the long term relationship is handled from that day forward. That responsibility falls in the hands of the Service department. Roger Sain in my book get the 5 start CQA. Commitment, Quality, & Accountability, that all by itself earned my trust for the 9 years I have been with Infiniti. This is the biggest and only reason I remained an enthusiastic Infiniti owner. It is a great vehicle but the vehicle is only as great as the service department that takes care of you from final sale forward. Roger Sain leads an enviable example for others to follow as one of the best service advisors I have ever had the good fortune of running into. He is very professional, knowledgeable, honest and forthright. When I return for service or repairs, I don't feel like I am just a number, and I have 100% confidence the service or repairs will be done correctly or Roger won't accept it. He tends to develop and earn the respect & trust with his mechanic's in his professional way, and makes sure they understand his expectations, and they tend to deliver on it. I always feel that I am a valued customer but more so, its how I was treated from the Service department when I had to go, and Roger Sain get 98% of that credit. Well there were some times he was off when I needed something done, but that 2 % does not go against him, I add it to the score as I am 100% with Infiniti. Thank you all for everything well done.

My daily commute is approximately 90 minutes one-way. Once I purchased my Infinity Q60, it seems near minutes vs. hours behind the windshield. Infinity Q60, with the 3.0-liter twin turbo, fully adjustable seats, Infinity INTOUCH system makes a fantastic car to drive. And I look good driving it.
Stephen did a great job! The whole staff was very helpful and made it an enjoyable experience😀 He even drove all the way over to my job so that I wouldn't have to come back to sign the rest of the papers💯

It does a lot of things well but is sorely lacking in others ....dash design
is terrible..I need some thins constantly displayed and others not so much but there are no choices . Does not feel or look like a luxury vehicle ...a 160 mph speedometer ? Really ?
I went there to look at a 370 Z. It was the first time I drove one, while I liked the look of the car I didn't like the driving experience and decided not to buy the car. Scott , the sales rep was excellent and I believe the car was priced right but it wasn't the right car for me. I would have no hesitation going back there to look at other cars.

This drives more like a car than a SUV. Love the inside. and outside. The car cameras are great but can be confusing when multiple views are on. Otherwise the car has been wonderful so far.
Just a Navy Vet with alot of bad luck lately. Due to my recent car accident i am being forced to look for a vehicle....i absolutely love the black 2013 chevy camaro i wanted to take it home so bad.....but i was told no due to my situation. Wish things could have worked out!

In comparison to other brands we test drove, this Infiniti rides like a dream. It’s incredibly smooth, quiet, and has PLENTY of “umph” when you need it; let’s face it, if you’re looking for a 7-passenger SUV to haul around kids or larger groups of people in style (and cannot bring yourself to buy a minivan), you don’t need to go from 0 to 60 in 4.8 seconds. This car is so comfortable! The seats are adjustable in many ways, my favorite being the lumbar support. It also accommodates my 6'6" fiance, with plenty of room for extra passengers. We love the dual climate control, no more arguing over the heat. The QX60 handles well and the V6 offers plenty of power to pass on a hill while maintaining a smooth, comfortable ride. It feels more expensive than it is.
Best car for money. Most comfortable car. Very good ratings . Very good handling and good looks help a lot. Will buy another infinity it I ever need another car.
Always great, prompt service. Have been going to O'Steen for years and with three different VWs. From warranty work, to recalls and even aftermarket tuning they have taken care of me.

The QX60 is the perfect combination of performance and comfort. My children love the entertainment package and their 2nd row heated seats. Every feature is well thought out and perfect for my family, not to mention the conveniences for the driver along with good gas mileage!
My experience at Orange park Infiniti (Jacksonville) is by far the best experience I have had with any dealership so far. These people are friendly and professional. They responded to my needs, they were transparent with the fees, and delivered the car in a timely manner. Constructive critiscism would include more detailed explanations of certain maintenance packages. Overall I would rate my experience as a 9.5/10, I already recomended this dealership to many of my friends, and would like to specifically thank Scott and Norman for their business and going above and beyond for their customers.

When I woke up on Friday, I didn't anticipate purchasing a vehicle. My wife's car was in need of some serious repairs so we made the decision to replace rather than deal with that. Since we had out of town plans, we needed a car quickly. The guys at Autoline came through for us. I showed up at 7:15 PM on a Friday evening, met Chip Bates, and he showed me the couple of cars I wanted to see. I decided on a 2014 Ford Expedition and Chip did a great job expediting the process and getting me in and out about as quickly as possible so I could return home and pack to head out of town. All the folks there at Autoline were very friendly and accommodating. My wife is very happy with her new car and we'd recommend them to everyone. Thanks again.

I’m currently leasing this car since 2017. I leased 2014 for 3 years and I had no problem whatsoever. Both cars were fully loaded and they were the least expensive compared to other brands.
However The one I’m currently leasing is giving a problem with adaptive cruise control especially when I drive it for long hours. I take a trip every year from Michigan to New York and the adaptive cruise control keep saying malfunction check the owner manual. This problem I never had with the 2014. The second thing is that infinity need to update its interior. 6 to 7 years ago infiniti has the best looking interior but not anymore. Having said that I still recommend this car as long as it’s still the least expensive one to lease
I was getting my car's oil changed and recieved excellent customer service. One employee in particular was especially kind and professional, his name was Kevin. Wonderful overall experience at Infinity, will stay with this company for a very long time!
