This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Great alternative to minivan w/ 2 car seats

I was looking for a mid-sized SUV with 3 rows to fit 2 car seats and a 70-lb dog. In particular, I needed access to the 3rd row with a car seat installed. There are few SUVs that met this criteria. I bought the QX60 used with every feature/package other than the theater package. The price was half that of a brand new QX60 with all of the same features (not much has changed between 2016 and 2019). Our family fits comfortably. My favorite features include the Around View Camera, Ventilated Front Seats, Intelligent Cruise Control, and of course the suite of driver safety features. This car meets all of our needs and I would give it my highest recommendation.

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I have a long history with Mercedes-Benz, and this by far has been the best vehicle I have owned and the best service I have received. My last C class, a 2015 model, was returned on a buy back due to numerous malfunctions. Jeff, the service manager, really took control of my claim and went above and beyond to help me. My new 2018 C class has been absolutely perfect. This is my 7th new Mercedes and feel there is no other vehicle that matches the performance, engineering and curb appeal of your product. My recent A service was flawless. I was greeted by friendly, sincere service members. From the time I checked in, received my loaner vehicle and checked out, everything was perfect. Jeff, the service manager, was one of the first employees to say hello to me by name. Alan, my service rep from previous years, also went out of his way to say hello. Please don???t think I need to have red carpet rolled out for my appearance but your guys went out of their way to make my experience one to remember. My loaner vehicle was clean, full of gas and the service was completed in less than 4 hours. In years past, I have had to drive off in filthy vehicles with my first stop being the gas station because the vehicle was on empty. I sure like the new direction you and your staff are headed.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

I searched the entire nation looking for someone who would make me a decent deal on a 2019 Subaru Forester, with no B.S., no high-pressure sales pitches, and easy on the "up sell" pitches. I started shopping seriously in July 2019 and it took weeks of Internet comparisons to winnow the dealer list down to a handful of "maybe" honest, reliable dealers. But Subaru was just starting to release the 2019 models, and none of these dealers had much stock to test drive. Then one day I got a call from Subaru of Little Rock, they were willing to known $1,000 off the MSRP for Internet Buyers from out of state. Now that was interesting! And they just happened to have a blue 2019 on the lot. I was assigned to Mark Whittle as my primary salesmen. Mark and I communicated by text messages and a few phone calls before I to LIT flew out for the test drive on 10/01/2018. He was always very responsive to my text questions and seemed like a "straight shooter". I took an Uber ride straight from the airport to the dealership, and when I stepped inside the showroom, I phoned Mark Whittle to let him know I was there. On the phone he said, "Glad you made it! Look over to your right on that table and you will find the keys to your vehicle. Go take it for a spin and come tell me what you think." Wow! Talk about efficiency and trust! I loved that! I grabbed the keys, walked out to the only blue Subaru on the lot, walked around it admiring the beautiful design, snapped a few photos for my wife back in New Mexico, then started it up and let Google Maps navigate me to the nearest freeway. I tested the seats for comfort, the dashboard controls for ease of use, the engine for power in passing big rigs on the right, and the turning radius after I got off the freeway. Since we already owned a 2018 Forester, all I had to do was compare the two. What is better? What is worse? Will this care work for us? Would both my wife and myself be comfortable driving this new, re-designed model? My test drive did not take long. I returned the car to the lot with only 6 miles on the odometer -- all put there by me. My decision? Yes!, if Subaru of Little Rock will give me the $1,000 Internet Buyer discount, and if mark Whittle continues to be the low-pressure, straight shooter I believe him to be: I will buy this car today. I went back inside, and everything went perfectly. i can't say enough good things about Mark Whittle. They even let me leave the care on their lot for three weeks at no cost so I could arrange for my wife to travel out to Little Rock with me and we shared the driving back to Las Cruces (which was much cheaper than having it trailered that far.) Throughout the entire process I felt ZERO sales pressure from Mark Whittle, nothing but total honesty. He is banking major "good karma" points for his next life. :-) I highly recommend Subaru of Little Rock in General and Mark Whittle in particular!

I love the luxurious comfort for long distance drives and the MPG is 20-27! Since I got it used I didn’t have to pay extra for the 3 upgraded packages or take a big hit on the depreciation of driving it off the lot. I expect to have this car for many years and family adventures to come.

I purchased a Q50 AWD. I've driven Acura TLs for the past 10 years and went there first, thinking I'd probably buy another. Their customer service has been good, so figured I'd stay. Well, dealing with them on purchasing a new car was like pulling teeth. They acted like they were doing us a favor. We had to haggle, argue, you name it, to get a decent price and trade-in from them. So I decided to to to your dealership, look at your AWD vehicles and see what you would do. When I walked in, Will met me at the door and asked a few questions. So polite. We went to his office and he looked at your inventory then took me to look at the car that I eventually bought. He was so helpful, and not pushy. It was a completely stress free situation. I could not believe the difference in the way I was treated. And there was no reason to haggle over the price. I felt like he was giving me a fair trade-in (I'd looked at Kelley Blue Book and knew the range it should be in), and I thought the price he quoted was fair. Will then had me drive it home so I could see how it handled on the curvy road I have to drive home on, see how it did on our steep driveway, and show it to my husband. When my husband and I went back to the dealership, again Will was not pushy and it was stress free. So, we ended up buying the vehicle. I truly believe your slogan now, "customer friendly" because that was the way I felt from the moment I first walked into your dealership.

My 2009 Traverse was beginning to bleed us a bit every month or two so we decided it was time to shop. I spent quite a bit of time researching my next vehicle and based on reliability, safety and other desired features narrowed it down to a Subaru Forester and Kia Sorento. I test drove a Forester 2 years ago when my wife was shopping for a new car but had never been in a Kia of any sort. I requested internet pricing from a total of 3 dealerships. Steve Landers Kia responded with an e-mail within a minute asking if they could call. I replied yes and was contacted by phone within the next 30 minutes. The other two dealerships contacted me the following day. I ended up at Steve Landers that very afternoon and fell head over hills with the Sorento. I felt that I should at least run by the Subaru dealership and take the Forester for another spin, after all it was about 10 grand cheaper similarly equipped. Before that test drive wss over I knew I was buying the Sorento. My salesman was Steve Parks, a fine, personable man with whom I immediately felt comfortable. The internet qoute i got was for a lower priced Sorento but i was able to get the same reduction percent-wise on the premium model - about 11% off sticker. I got a fair trade value for the Ttaverse. All very painless and 95% of it done over the phone. The actual purchase took a little longer than was necessary (about an hour) but, in all fairness, we were operating under a very tight schedule that afternoon which increased our impatience. The delays certainly had nothing to do with negotiations. The deal was firm. The finance guy, when we got to him was efficient and offered, but did not push, extended warranties and the like. We were introduced to the general manager and Service Department manager. A nicebtpuch. Steve Landers Autogroup just recently purchased this dealership. The building is likely mid-seventies construction but it really didn't affect my desire to purchase. They will be moving to a highly modern facility within 6 months. I really don't interact with anyone else but I observed a lot more on my three visits to the dealership. The sales staff was friendly, even playing extensively with a couple of young grade-schoolers waiting on their mother working with another agent. Overall I'd have to say this was one of my best - no THE best - car-buying experience in my nearly 60 tears. Thanks especially to Steve Parks who made it all happen.

I needed an outside rear view mirror replaced on my ???98 Camry. After a mix up in the parts order, Eddie recommended I go to a salvage place for the mirror assembly. He even told me the name of the place. I went, found a rear view mirror assembly almost the exact color I needed. It cost me $11.12 (as opposed to $520! I tipped the mechanic who pulled the mirror $20.00. A friend put the mirror on my Camry in less than 5 minutes. He didn???t charge anything. I would have had to pay McLarty $125 for installation.. What I appreciate about McLarty is that they were honest and didn???t seem to be greedy to rake in the dollars and were willing to provide an alternative to the repair job. At least Eddie was. I was refunded the $76.00 it cost to order just the mirror alone through Toyota. So $645 vs $31.12 is quite a saving!

I was in the market for a used car and did some browsing online. Contacted two dealerships about seeing similar vehicles and Landers Toyota responded immediately (the other dealer didn't contact me until 2 days later). In addition, I asked to see a couple of other vehicles so I could make a comparison. Sam Fisher, the internet sales rep, waited for me to arrive even though it was past his shift. When I got to the dealership, he had all the requested cars waiting for me to look at. Once I made my decision, the buying process was simple and Sam was a true professional. Final note - Landers had the best price for the make/model/year I purchased.

It does a lot of things well but is sorely lacking in others ....dash design is terrible..I need some thins constantly displayed and others not so much but there are no choices . Does not feel or look like a luxury vehicle ...a 160 mph speedometer ? Really ?

The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! The interior of the QX60 is truly a masterpiece - by far the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed vehicle interior I’ve ever seen. Driving this car is so easy and enjoyable - negative reviews about the handling and performance were a total wash for me. In comparison to other brands we test drove, this Infiniti rides like a dream. It’s incredibly smooth, quiet, and has PLENTY of “umph” when you need it; let’s face it, if you’re looking for a 7-passenger SUV to haul around kids or larger groups of people in style (and cannot bring yourself to buy a minivan), you don’t need to go from 0 to 60 in 4.8 seconds. This is the PERFECT car for long trips with the family - it’s amazing how much space they’ve managed to create in this vehicle for the driver AND all passengers without it feeling like you’re driving a bus. Couldn’t be happier with the QX60!

Was on the road and needed a Chevrolet dealership to change the oil in a new Corvette. This is not my normal dealership and was hesitant to take my car to anyone I didn't know. The service writer understood my hesitation and assured me they would give me the best possible experience. Put the car in valet mode and it recorded every time they moved the car. The video shows them being very careful with the car when putting in on the rack and getting back out to the service drive. They were quick and efficient. Nothing to complain about and I appreciate it.

I purchased a Q50 AWD. I've driven Acura TLs for the past 10 years and went there first, thinking I'd probably buy another. Their customer service has been good, so figured I'd stay. Well, dealing with them on purchasing a new car was like pulling teeth. They acted like they were doing us a favor. We had to haggle, argue, you name it, to get a decent price and trade-in from them. So I decided to to to your dealership, look at your AWD vehicles and see what you would do. When I walked in, Will met me at the door and asked a few questions. So polite. We went to his office and he looked at your inventory then took me to look at the car that I eventually bought. He was so helpful, and not pushy. It was a completely stress free situation. I could not believe the difference in the way I was treated. And there was no reason to haggle over the price. I felt like he was giving me a fair trade-in (I'd looked at Kelley Blue Book and knew the range it should be in), and I thought the price he quoted was fair. Will then had me drive it home so I could see how it handled on the curvy road I have to drive home on, see how it did on our steep driveway, and show it to my husband. When my husband and I went back to the dealership, again Will was not pushy and it was stress free. So, we ended up buying the vehicle. I truly believe your slogan now, "customer friendly" because that was the way I felt from the moment I first walked into your dealership.

This car is so comfortable! The seats are adjustable in many ways, my favorite being the lumbar support. It also accommodates my 6'6" fiance, with plenty of room for extra passengers. We love the dual climate control, no more arguing over the heat. The QX60 handles well and the V6 offers plenty of power to pass on a hill while maintaining a smooth, comfortable ride. It feels more expensive than it is.

So I'd like to start with I know I probably was not the easiest client to deal with at times; but this team of people understood why I was so upset and frankly p*ssed off with the whole situation. They did not give up on my attitude or car. Anyone who purchases a car that is within the power train warranty always wonders why did this person trade in a 'perfectly good car'. Well, there is usually a reason for that. Upon test driving the vehicle and noticing an off noise but being told it was "normal" I rolled the dice that the power train would cover the off engine noise we noticed unless it was in fact supposed to sound that way. Which it wasn't (it does not make the sound from the the test drive since). Sure enough, before the first payment, the engine took a crap and gave me the panic of a lifetime. I had just made this huge purchase and now it will need a new engine? The whole point of purchasing a new or 1 owner car was to have a GOOD RELIABLE VEHICLE that I would not need to worry about for a while. Everyone worries that the larger components could and will fail right out the gate leaving you with a mount of repair bills and a xxx that is now a money pit. I called the dealership and explained what was happening and they were very understanding why I was upset with this. Melinda was able to get me lined out... eventually. It took a new engine and 3 new sensors I believe but she got it done. I did tell Melinda to please do not rush this. It's an engine. I work in service and understand not all your techs and do all your jobs. there's a reason each tech works on what they work on. And I get that. But when we were coming up on the 2 month mark it was getting frustrating. Not to mentino the rental. So I am finally about to come pick the car up. FINALLY. But upon taking delivery of the car, we didn't even make it home before the check engine light comes back. We JUST installed a new engine and a sensor ( sensors are picky and finicky it seems). Took it back immediately ( it was Saturday so I had it back Monday morning). They got me square away with the sensors however I believe Jim (who isn't here anymore to my understanding) was the advisor for that small ticket. This was when i believe we had to get 2 sensors taken care of. Then about 3 weeks later on the freeway all the sudden the transmission felt like it disengaged and a message about putting the car into neutral flashed up with the engine light. I lost it . I cried (we aren't even going to talk about the rental car/The most expensive cup of ranch incident ever -- but I'd be more than happy to hook Lauren and her dept. up with an awesome courtesy vehicle review). Was this ever going to end with this xxxx car? I called you guys up and was about 20 minutes away, upset, late to work at a new job, and pissed. But Lauren had the rental ready to go as this happened en route to work. Melinda was there and ready to run my codes as it appeared pretty serious at first glance. But come to find it was a loose battery terminal. The service department did in fact verify this thoroughly and did NOT charge me for the day of diag ( I did have a little under a full tank when I brought it that morning but was not even worried about that as long as I had the gas to get home and I did). I would absolutely recommend y'all to someone; if they will be treated the same if not better. Thanks everyone for putting up with me. working in service has made me learn a lot but also to expect nothing less than what I would let a customer's purchase roll like.

I like this car a lot. I have not even owned it a month and the radiator fan has already needed to be replaced. When I bought it there was a rattling coming from the passenger side that seemed to be a metal line under the car tapping. I’m hoping that is the end of my problems with this car. I want to love it but am cautious due to the problems I have already had.
