Solid experience, from pre-owned sales to service dept!

I'll start off by saying my expectations are always kinda low when approaching any dealership. Typically you're approached with the steryotypical sales guys and hurried service guys. I had been car shopping for a couple months and interacted with pretty much those sales guys, and continued on my skeptical way to the next car lot as I checked off my list of cars I wanted to scope out. My interaction with Mark turned out to change my perspective on the sales experience, with a unique authenticity and professionalism that was a breath of fresh air. I was treated with the utmost respect, and felt very informed on cars I was keeping an eye on, but not overly communicative. Just a great balance. Maybe it's his military background, but it was just very positive in every detail...there was a unique integrity there I had not seen in all my other sales interactions. As we were finishing up the sales process I also got to interact with Zach from the service dept, and again was just impressed his attentiveness with finishing up our last details, and even on a personal side just putting my mind at ease with my slew of questions as to typical service needs with this "new/used" car I just got...beyond the research I had done, but more of a what does he see every day. Again, more authentic treatment and care in walking me through the things to look for etc, and not any hurried or easy answers to move me along. He later responded asap to emails on a few other followup items...total class act! I thank these guys for their help, and hope this reflection on my experience can help others as well.
