All-in-all the sales guys I worked with were knowledgeable, accommodating, patient with me and absolutely competitive on price. I bought my third Infiniti from Gregory this past weekend and I see no reason to go anywhere else in the future.

Until buying I check it.Read reviews every body gave it 5 stars.When I test drove I loved it.
After that I recommended to my all friends.
This was my car's first service at Gregory as my former dealership no longer handles the Infiniti. I was very pleased that my experience was similar to what I had been accustomed to for 16+ years - Rich greeted me immediately, the service area was immaculate, a loaner was provided and I was back at work in no time. Service was completed on time , the charges were fair and the staff friendly, professional and customer service oriented. It was a big relief. Thank you!

This truck met all my expectations. Just beautiful inside and out!!!! Speed and durability is 10 out of 10..the best vehicle I have owned..enjoy yours.
I was visiting a friend in Libertyville when an error ( check engine ) light went on, and I decided to stop at Gregory Infiniti to see if they could see what the issue was before driving my almost new Q50 back home - a drive of around 60 miles. The service team very quickly got into the issue and gave ma terrific info about what was ( mostly not ) happening. They reset the error message code, and even offered to wash my car before sending me one my way.....and didn't charge anything for this! I'd give them a higher rating if I could!

Best car owned. We love it. I recommended it to anyone. Best price for a car. Complete luxury experience. The kiddos love the entertainment system with televisions.
I was greeted instantly by Mike and let him know that I spoke with Tim a few minutes ago regarding scheduling a oil change for my QX60. Tim was great he assisted me quickly and showed me the waiting area. 1 hour or so later he cane bs j and reviewed the findings. I appreciated his demeanor and positive attitude after letting him know I would review the results with my husband. No pressure and very accommodating.
I had a fast oil change and tire rotation. When making the appointment I was told 1 hour 15 min, but it was all done in less than on hour. The manager, Greg, and my service rep, Richard, both met me at my car as I arrived. Really great customer services. Thanks to all.
I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

The QX60 is the perfect combination of performance and comfort. My children love the entertainment package and their 2nd row heated seats. Every feature is well thought out and perfect for my family, not to mention the conveniences for the driver along with good gas mileage!
After visiting several of the typical dealerships I walked away confused and Unsatisfied. After visiting Carvana.com I picked out a vehicle to my liking and price point fill out the paperwork got approval I had my new vehicle delivered to my front door. Most typical dealerships you spend half a day walking away with an overpriced vehicle in an overpriced interest-rate. I’m currently leasing this car since 2017. I leased 2014 for 3 years and I had no problem whatsoever. Both cars were fully loaded and they were the least expensive compared to other brands.
However The one I’m currently leasing is giving a problem with adaptive cruise control especially when I drive it for long hours. I take a trip every year from Michigan to New York and the adaptive cruise control keep saying malfunction check the owner manual. This problem I never had with the 2014. The second thing is that infinity need to update its interior. 6 to 7 years ago infiniti has the best looking interior but not anymore. Having said that I still recommend this car as long as it’s still the least expensive one to lease
Walked in one day after previously looking at a new car in the lot for my wife. Within 10 minutes after talking to John Vanik and Tim Duda I received and excellent lease deal on a new Rouge Sport that I could live with.They gave me a rock bottom deal, much better than I had expected. A few days later I came back to lease the vehicle. They also gave me a great price on the paint protection package.
They were very courteous and helpful. I would recommend them and the dealership.

This is a super fun car to drive. Looks great inside and out. Super awesome styling! Love how the auto headlights follow the rode. Auto drive is awesome on the freeway!

My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
I posted my car on Craigslist. Never heard of Caravana before. Tom Perkins called me and told me about Caravan. He send me the link. Put a few information and walaaa, got my reasonable offer for my car. I attached a picture of my drivers license and the title of the car on the website. Made appointment to have them pick up the car, gave me my check......done. Seriously, it was that easy. Tom Perkins followed up the whole time with a text how the process is going. Best service. If you want sell your car with no hassle, go with Caravan. Thanks for the best service Tom.
