BEST customer service ever! Todd Ritter and his team are the best. Treated me and my Mom the best out of multiple dealerships. No pressure and very knowledgeable of product. The other dealerships did not take us seriously because we were women and did not know their product or didn't have a lot of inventory on the lot. I will definitely be referring them and go back when I need to upgrade. :-)

My wife and I had an Excellent experience working with Richard Rollnick , Sales and Leasing Consultant for Schumacher Mercedes Benz in Scottsdale, AZ in the process of purchasing a new vehicle. I can not say enough about the professional manner by which Richard conducted himself throughout the process. He was very knowledgeable about his products, a gentleman at all times and most important was a good listener. He listened to our needs and interests and then directed us in the best buying direction for us.
I would highly recommend Richard Rollnick as the best person in AZ to work with to purchase a new or used Mercedes Benz.
I' e had several dealing with Stephen Palko and the Richebach Infinti service department over the last few months. I have to say that the service has been exceptional. Stephen goes above and beyond with me and others I've seen and talked to in the waiting room. He is a true asset to the organization and a good reason to do business with Richenbach Infiniti.
I initially found the car here on cars.com and was contracted by Andrew Weiss who works for Dreyer and Reinbold. From start to finish it couldn't have been an easier experience. He wasn't pushy or rude but very friendly and informative, answering any questions I had. I would 100% recommend both this dealership and Andrew.

Just Bought a Mercedes from Jim coleman . I had to travel from Plattsburgh NY. But the salesman Kirk Saraydaroglu made it very easy for us. Love the car. As good as was promised. Buying experience was excellent. Other manager also made the process very easy and quick. will recommend this dealership

We had the Best buying experience with Mark Ferguson..he is an awesome sale person..who take our demand very seriously and tried to meet all our need..he is extremely patience and a man that keep his words. We had purchased a preowned certify 2019 Qx50 with only 7000 miles include all the bells and whistles for $44k. We live an hour and half from the dealer therefore we won???t need their free oil change and we had addressed that to Mark to see if he can do any better on the price..and he as a man of his words, talked to the manager and marked the price down $500 less and I still have the same warranty with free oil change for a year..my fiance complained abt a rough half xxx paint job on the base of the bumper..he said he will take care of it..and he did..smooth as a baby xxx..Chris Frey the Finance manager also an awesome person too.
