Car buying online can NOT be this easy anywhere else. Submitted credit app, followed up on the app on Monday 6/11/18, got approved, received contracts on Wednesday 6/13/18, returned them back at a FedEx drop-off box, Vroom recevied them on Thursday 6/14/18, paid my deposit as well, Vroom Rep called me on Friday 6/15/18 and said my car had been moved to the shipping department to be inspected and prepared for shipment. On Monday 6/18/18, I received an email saying that estimated delivery day would be 6/20/18. At this point I'm over the top anxious and super excited for 6/20/18. On 6/20/18 evening, around 5:50 p.m., Vroom Rep calls and tells me that the delivery guy won't make the delivery time scheduled for 6/20/18 so it'll be 6/21/18 when he delivers the car. I received my car on 6/21/18 at 6:00 p.m. at a Wal-Mart super center parking lot. I signed the bill of lading and received my keys. Oh, and there must had been miscommunication between the delivery guy and Vroom, because before he handed me my keys he asked who was going to pay him, and I told him my shipping fees and all were included in my financing. So he said they are probably just going to send him a check. Other than that; everything went extremely smooth. I did not run into any problems other than the day delayed delivery (which wasn't a big problem). I am completely satisfied. I received my paperwork and my car all in ONE week!!! ONE week!! It does not get any better or easier than that. The car is freaking awesome, l LOVE it!! It's just like brand new on the inside and almost on the outside, I take that back, it is pratically brand new on the outside with just minor scratches and paint chips. I love love love my car!!! I would highly recommend Vroom to family and friends and to anyone looking to purchase great vehicles at reasonable costs. In the future, I plan to purchase again from Vroom. Thanks Vroom!!

Some people thrive on the haggle experience....I am NOT one of those people! My bank was advertising VROOM and I thought I???d take a look. Admittedly, I was scared to buy a car....site unseen....but I was purchasing a new car (2017), so I wasn???t as scared as buying an older model. I called VROOM when I saw the car I wanted and the paperwork (I financed my car through my personal bank, but I hear they finance as well). started right there and then. Literally my car was shipped a week later and was picked up at our local mall (there was 3 other cars dropped off). The only hiccup...they forgot to send my temporary tags for the car, but we got it all squared away. Love my car, been driving it for 4 months now. Positives of buying through VROOM....no haggle, fair price; easy paperwork; 3 month warranty on all cars (try getting that at a regular used car dealership); Roadside Assistantsnce on all cars; FREE shipping to your house (or nearby)! Negatives: When I realized they didn???t send temporary tags with the car, I tried to callig back the 3 people I had worked with to purchase the car and each of their numbers were disconnected which really scared me. I emailed VROOM directly about my tags and they got back to me within the hour and emailed & overnighted my temporary tags. Hopefully, they change this practice and appoint someone to work with you until the car is successfully registered in your home state! Other then that....would totally recommend them!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

Vroom personnel were thoroughly professional and I received great value in my trade and new car. I took my car to the local dealer for a through inspection upon free delivery. (Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

Vroom is great because going into car dealerships is a complete friggin nightmare where you have to battle your xxx off to not get scammed.(and I still lose) Vroom had a huge selection of newer used vehicles to choose from; you don't haggle over price, just do your homework on the price to see if it looks in line. (KBB)They also lined up financing with a very good interest rate, everything was transparent, not a bunch of hidden xxxxxxxx with trade ins, extended warranties to buy, maintenance plan tricks...etc. Delivery did take a little longer than they estimated, but no biggie, they delivered our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and other than it being dusty from the trip, it looked GREAT. Feels brand new and it has 40,000 miles, looks just like it did in the pictures. They also set up the registration and I got tags/license plate in the mail. I think they're super and I'll be buying another car in the next few months from them again. I HOPE this is the future of car buying and companies like this are profitable and stay in business.

So after reading the 300 negative reviews, I can honestly say I was VERY nervous about the transaction. Pages and pages of bad reviews, my experience was different and challenging but all in all I am very happy. The primary issue with Vroom is they have all their sales calls going thru a call center where no one knows anything about cars. The call center was Rock Auto disguised as a Vroom. After 3 minutes with these people I knew what the deal was. What I did was run a vin check on the Porsche 911 cabriolet I was interested in to see where the car was located. Once I found out, I called the dealer direct from an old ad on eBay. They put me in touch with a TRUE sales guy and we went over the car in detail. No call center BS. I was approved for the car quickly and the finance team sent the paperwork out timely. To my surprise the car was shipped from Texas to NJ in less than 5 days after all docs were signed. The car was delivered and like other have stated, was not clean and the car did have a damaged rim. I went to my local Porsche dealer and they validated the issue. Here's where the 5 stars comes into play. I called customer service and Christy Leal in the Vroom customer service department approved a new Porsche rim, almost $2000.00 that day to be replaced on the vehicle. They dealt directly with the dealer and simply kept me in the loop. The issue with Vroom is that they are relying on a call center who merely reads from a script. This is not good. If you do a little homework on the car you see listed on their site like I did, you can avoid the call center, Rock Auto. This will alleviate 99% of the stress and you will get a nice car at a great price. I can proudly say I am one of the few happy people that has purchased a car from Vroom. I would definitely buy another car from them. Christy Leal is an excellent employee and she deserves the 5 start I have given.

Very user friendly ,This car also has lane assist back up camera side view camera it is the limited addition so does have the padded doors the videos for the grandchildren the only thing does not have as a towbar onto it.

My husband and I were looking for a white Lexus RX350. We spotted one we loved but decided too late and it was gone. So the next time we spotted one we were quick to hold it. (we had also submitted a search for a white Lexus) My husband, my adult daughter, and I all looked at the ad and it said "White". Purchase was finalized on 12/162015 (we paid cash) The car was not delivered until 1/5/2016, due to the holidays and bad weather, and when it arrived it was SILVER not white. We are embarrassed to say that looking back on our paperwork it does mention silver on two pages. Our mistake. I drove it around town the day it was delivered, but the next day I decided I really wanted white. I had not driven 250 miles around town, but it was already 5 miles over the allowed mileage to return it within the 7 days. (should have checked odometer reading when it was delivered). I thought we were stuck with the silver, but Vroom is honoring the 7 day return policy and it will be a happy new year after all.

The sales staff at Vroom were a pleasure to work with, we were from Maryland and hesitant to purchase an Audi A6 TDI without seeing it first. We also planned to trade an older car as well and Vroom took care of everything, we took pictures of our car and sent them in for the appraisal, the process took about 15 minutes but the offer was lower than what CarMax had offered a few months before, we took it back to CarMax and received the new offer. Vroom adjusted the initial offer without any problems. The final numbers and financing were agreed upon and Vroom sent the paperwork to be signed with highlighted areas to avoid any confusion. They included a self-addressed pre-paid over night envelope to make things easy. Shipping was flawless, Vroom sent multiple pictures as the Audi was being loaded and included the drivers contact information. We received a call about 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery asking if we wanted to accept delivery on a Sunday instead of Monday, the early delivery was perfect for us and the driver kept us updated on his progress, we received multiple calls and even had a final call saying he was 5 minutes away. It was impressive to see a tractor trailer with cars pull up to the house, total time from arrival to leaving with our trade car was about 30 minutes. The driver unloaded the Audi and we did our walk around inspection and accepted the books, keys, etc. then did an inspection of the trade vehicle, handed over the keys and let him load it. Most impressive was the after sales support, Sirius needed Vroom to activate the trial subscription; I sent an email and had a response with minutes. We also asked for a status update on our plates, the temp tags were still good for a couple more weeks but we wanted to make sure the tags were on the way or let them know to extend the tags. The sales staff at Vroom called the house within an hour and said tags would arrive later that week. Overall, the most enjoyable experience we've had buying a vehicle, no hassles from the staff, delivery to your door on the weekend, and surprises after receiving the vehicle. We were skeptical at first, the process sounded too good to be true but was exactly as advertised actually better than advertised, we'll definitely use them again!

I have been searching for the right truck for a few months. Found it through Vroom. I liked having the Carfax report and original window sticker at my instant viewing. The full process took 4 working days to be approved which included overnight envelopes back and forth for document signing. The time it took to receive my truck was within the time limit they specified however it seemed like it took forever as I wanted the truck right then. 😋 saving what I did from the average asking price I have seen shopping around made the wait worth it.

This is our family's second purchase at Bradshaw Infiniti. We traded my wife's 2010 Nissan Murano for a 2017 QX50. We got a fair deal on the trade, a good discount on the MSRP, and a surprise "end of deal" that put us in an all-wheel drive. Spent about 3.5 hours at the dealership on Friday to finalize the deal and get all the paperwork done. My wife picked up the car the next day, displayed beautifully with a big red bow in the showroom. She couldn't be happier! Mark McKee help us all along the way for 3 months of conversations, visits, test drives, and email. I was please to work again with Ervin Williamson to sign all the papers. Irvin sold me my first Infiniti (M37) three years ago! Sales Manager Scott Grove was personable and available, not the invisible "let me check with my manager" type found in most dealerships. Torrey Anderson was not directly involved in our sale but was always welcoming, friendly, and helpful when we visited Bradshaw. I have dealt with Bradshaw Infiniti's excellent service department for the past 3 years and am excited for them and for all future Infiniti customers that will soon shop in their new dealership just a few blocks down the road. I want to share that our car buying experience with Torrey Anderson at Bradshaw Infiniti was the best experience we have had in buying a car. Torrey was great to work with and is a fantastic sales person. He made the whole process of choosing, test driving and then ultimately purchasing our brand new Infiniti QX 30 2018 Premium vehicle. When we arrived at the dealership a 2018 QX30 was waiting for us at the door of the dealership. We spoke with Torrey for a few minutes then he handed us the keys and shared that we could take it for a test drive and to take the necessary time we needed with the car. After our test drive we knew this car was for us. Torrey stayed in touch with us and kept us informed through the whole sales process. Also he was very patient and attentive to us as customers and our needs since there was some complexity to the purchase of the car as we were moving from one state to another. Classy exterior and interior. Just finished my first road trip with the QX60 and the ride was amazingly comfortable and quiet. The car holds the road and does very well on turns. The navigation system worked better than my back ups...Waze and Maps. Gas mileage was good...28mpg.. sound system is very good and the 3rd row of seats was easy to enter and exit. I test road several luxury utility vehicles and the QX 60 was the best value for the money. I love my 20 inch tires and the running boards adds to the refinement of the Infinity.

I waited 16 yrs,to find the right car,dealership and the right salesperson.I worked with Mark McKee,right from the start he was very friendly and took the stress out of going to a dealership looking at a car.He knew his stuff when it came to giving the information about the car and even asked numeral times if he could get us something to drink.(that was a big Plus,he deserves a home bake cake for just that).He did his best to try to obtain the best deal on the car.Even after purchasing the car, showing us how to work everything and taking us to the service department,he still said to come back or call him if we have any more questions about anything on the car(and we will,we are new to the technology)Mr. Ervin Williamson was also very friendly and helpful when our insurance company called and want to verify that it was indeed us making a purchase on a new car.I Would recommend this dealership to anyone whose in the market of buy a Infiniti. 5++++ STARS!!!!

I had shopped online for 2 months for the best, newest car with the lowest mileage and the best price. There were days that I thought my expectations were unrealistic. Then I saw the Cargurus ad for my 1012 Lexus RX 350 with only 48,000 miles . I read several reviews. Most were Great, or good with minimal explanation. I have been so impressed with the service, professionalism and value I experienced at Lotus Maserati of Greenville. I live in Hendersonville, NC, and the drive was well worth the experience.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

The QX60 is roomy without being gigantic or having a gigantic price tag. Test drove practically every SUV on the market and chose this one for comfort, ride, safety features and overall looks. I actually thought it was #2 for the smooth ride but all categories included, this one is the best on the market. Been driving Infinitis for 20 years and never had a mechanical problem. Also like the way you are treated. Service after the sale is excellent.

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Vroom is great because going into car dealerships is a complete friggin nightmare where you have to battle your xxx off to not get scammed.(and I still lose) Vroom had a huge selection of newer used vehicles to choose from; you don't haggle over price, just do your homework on the price to see if it looks in line. (KBB)They also lined up financing with a very good interest rate, everything was transparent, not a bunch of hidden xxxxxxxx with trade ins, extended warranties to buy, maintenance plan tricks...etc. Delivery did take a little longer than they estimated, but no biggie, they delivered our 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan and other than it being dusty from the trip, it looked GREAT. Feels brand new and it has 40,000 miles, looks just like it did in the pictures. They also set up the registration and I got tags/license plate in the mail. I think they're super and I'll be buying another car in the next few months from them again. I HOPE this is the future of car buying and companies like this are profitable and stay in business.

My husband and I were looking for a white Lexus RX350. We spotted one we loved but decided too late and it was gone. So the next time we spotted one we were quick to hold it. (we had also submitted a search for a white Lexus) My husband, my adult daughter, and I all looked at the ad and it said "White". Purchase was finalized on 12/162015 (we paid cash) The car was not delivered until 1/5/2016, due to the holidays and bad weather, and when it arrived it was SILVER not white. We are embarrassed to say that looking back on our paperwork it does mention silver on two pages. Our mistake. I drove it around town the day it was delivered, but the next day I decided I really wanted white. I had not driven 250 miles around town, but it was already 5 miles over the allowed mileage to return it within the 7 days. (should have checked odometer reading when it was delivered). I thought we were stuck with the silver, but Vroom is honoring the 7 day return policy and it will be a happy new year after all.

It does a lot of things well but is sorely lacking in others ....dash design is terrible..I need some thins constantly displayed and others not so much but there are no choices . Does not feel or look like a luxury vehicle ...a 160 mph speedometer ? Really ?

Great alternative to minivan w/ 2 car seats

I was looking for a mid-sized SUV with 3 rows to fit 2 car seats and a 70-lb dog. In particular, I needed access to the 3rd row with a car seat installed. There are few SUVs that met this criteria. I bought the QX60 used with every feature/package other than the theater package. The price was half that of a brand new QX60 with all of the same features (not much has changed between 2016 and 2019). Our family fits comfortably. My favorite features include the Around View Camera, Ventilated Front Seats, Intelligent Cruise Control, and of course the suite of driver safety features. This car meets all of our needs and I would give it my highest recommendation.
