This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. My daily commute is approximately 90 minutes one-way. Once I purchased my Infinity Q60, it seems near minutes vs. hours behind the windshield. Infinity Q60, with the 3.0-liter twin turbo, fully adjustable seats, Infinity INTOUCH system makes a fantastic car to drive. And I look good driving it.

I left an unfavorable review below because I did not receive good customer service when we purchased the car. The store manager called me personally to apologize and will address with his team. He also sent me the operators manual for the car that we purchased since the salesman that sold me that car told me that the car is purchased as is without it. I HAD BEEN HAVING 1 "SMALL" ISSUE WITH MY 2011 NISSAN SENTRA I CALLED IT (SILVER FOX) EVER SINCE I BROUGHT THE CAR A YEAR AGO FROM ONE OF THOSE GOD FORSAKEN BUY HERE PAY HERE LOTS. I WENT TO DIFFERENT MECHANICS AND THEY ALL TOLD ME IT WAS A DIFFERENT ISSUE. I THOUGHT IT WAS SOMETHING AS SMALL AS AN ELECTRICAL ISSUE WHERE A WIRE HAD CAME A LOOSE AND NEEDED TO BE PUT BACK TOGETHER OR SOMETHING. EVERY TIME I WOULD START MY CAR IT WOULD TAKE A LITTLE EXTRA TIME TO CRANK OR CATCH, RIGHT?! NO BIGGIE AS IT ALWAYS TURNED ON AND RODE FINE. I THINK IT WAS MEANT TO BE MY CAR. WATCH HOW GOD IS ABOUT TO SHOW UP AND SHOW OUT.. TERRY SAID, "VALIA LET'S GO TAKE A LOOK AT THIS 2015 NISSAN SENTRA. IT'S MY LAST 2015 SENTRA AND SINCE YOU HAVE A 2011 I THINK THIS WOULD BE PERFECT FOR YOU." I WAS OPTIMISTIC AND WENT TO LOOK AT THE CAR. JUST WALKING UP TO THE CAR I FELL IN LOVE WITH THE COLOR. IT'S BLUE, BUT IT LOOKS TO HAVE A GREEN UNDERTONE. I GOT IN THE CAR AND BOY WAS IT AMAZING. I MEAN THE WORKS. NEVER THE LESS I WAS IN LOVE. I DIDN'T KNOW HOW IT WAS GONNA HAPPEN, BUT I KNEW I WANTED THAT CAR. SO WE WENT BACK TO THE OFFICE TO SEE WHAT THE NUMBERS WOULD LOOK LIKE. DURING THIS TIME SAM WHO WAS THE PERSON GETTING MY CAR LOOKED AT FOR ME CAME TO SPEAK WITH ME ABOUT WHAT WAS REALLY GOING ON WITH MY CAR (SILVER FOX). HE HAD A LAUNDRY LIST OF THINGS. FROM THE TRANSMISSION, ALTERNATOR, FUEL PUMP, SENSORS AND MORE. I WAS SHOCKED. HERE I WAS THINKING IT WAS A SMALL PROBLEM AND EASY FIX. IT WASN'T. I WOULD'VE HAD TO PUT IN MORE MONEY THAN THE CAR WAS WORTH TO GET IT BACK TO RUNNING 100%. SAM GAVE ME SOME TIME TO THINK THINGS OVER. AFTER THINKING I TALKED WITH TERRY ABOUT MOVING FORWARD. WE TALKED NUMBERS AND I REALIZED THAT MY MONTHLY CAR PAYMENT WAS A LITTLE MORE THAN I WANTED TO PAY. TERRY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND FOR ME. HE WENT AND SPOKE TO SOMEONE TO SEE IF MY INQUIRY ABOUT A LOWER PAYMENT WAS POSSIBLE. HE CAME BACK AND TURNED MY FROWN INTO A SMILE. NOT TO MENTION HE SAW ME THROUGH EVERY STEP OF THE WAY TEST DRIVING THE CAR NOW KNOWN AS "HEAVENLY BLUE" TO DOING THE FINANCE PAPERWORK RIGHT UP UNTIL I DROVE OFF OF THE LOT WITH MY NEW BABY. THE MORAL OF THIS LONG STORY THAT I TRIED MY BEST TO SHORTEN IS THAT GOD WILL NEVER LAY MORE ON YOU THAN YOU CAN BARE. My wife and I came into the Infiniti dealership in Tampa just 15 minutes before closing. Kevin met us at the door and stayed with us until we closed the deal. I have been purchasing/leasing car for over 30 years. The experience with Kevin was, by far, the best experience I have ever had. To put it in perspective, car purchasing is one of my very least favorite things to do. I have had absolutely horrible experiences over the years, with dishonest, lying and manipulative salesman that have zero integrity. Unfortunately car salesmen, in general, have earned their less than satisfactory reputations. Kevin is an extreme exception. He walked us to several QX80???s. We could not devide between two colors, but definitely wanted the 22??? wheels. Kevin offered to find a vehicle with those wheels, in one of the colors we liked. He had 10+ vehicles in the lot, yet did not try to push us into any of them. He found for us exactly what we wanted. Kevin had a very in depth knowledge of the QX80. He has obviously spent many hours learning and understanding the details of this highly technical vehicle. I felt like I was learning from an expert trainer, not a car sales man. And we had not yet made a deal. Not once during the deal, did we feel even the slightest amount of pressure or manipulation attempts, (which is very common in my experience). Although we did not fully agree on the price of the QX80, nor the value of my trade, the negotiation was comfortable and fair. We both moved enough to make a reasonable deal. Once we made the deal, Kevin got our new vehicle ready for us while George handled the paperwork. George is a young and very knowledgeable professional. He was friendly and easy to talk too. All the paperwork was ready to sign and in order so that the process would go quickly. It took about 20 minutes. Which is exceptional. By the time we finished signing, Kevin had our car detailed and ready to go. This is at 10:30 pm. They closed at 8:00, yet still had personnel on site to prep our new car. I did not expect this at all. We saw the manager twice, just briefly. I do not remember his name, which is not a bad thing. It is because Kevin and George handled their business. so there was little need for a managers involvement with us. I will say that the manager was welcoming, genuine and made us feel comfortable. When we got in our new car, we were ready to drive off. Kevin got in the car and spent another 20+ minutes going over the details of the InTouch process. He connect both my wife???s and my phones. We now have a very good, general understanding of how to use most features in the highly technical vehicle. Kevin welcomed is to the Infiniti family. This could be a very cliche comment. However, he meant it. He offered to review anything we needed at any time. Kevin is a first class, car sales professional. He genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to be happy. Infiniti of Tampa should be very proud to employ people like Kevin and George. We will definitely come back to Tampa Infiniti and we???ll share our experience with friends and family. My hope is that Kevin and George both receive some sort of significant recognition as a result of this review. I have always been a very bitter customer when it comes to vehicle purchases, due to so many years of repeated bad expedited. So this feed back does not come easy. In this case, it was absolutely earned. Thank you Kevin and George.

This past Sunday the 22nd I visited Elder Ford looking for a good deal for my dream car. I was very lucky to be served by Eddie Burke who is one of the sales associate. Eddie was very honest, understanding, and worked with me for several hours in order to help me get the best deal. Even though I couldn't get what I was looking for, I left this awesome dealer very happy and with a lot of knowledge on how to work towards getting a better deal. Went in knowing what I wanted and my price. My sales person was Jose Pagan and was very helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. I had to go back 2x - the first time the sales manager (Michael Cash) was useless and literally a waste of beautiful showroom floor space. I made an offer to him which he didn???t even awknowledge, only told me to come back with my wife before he???d talk numbers (in his words ???because it seems to me she is the decision maker???). Interesting sales tactic being condescending to a customer, but I quickly realized that watching the TV guide channel is a better use of my time vs uselessly talking to Michael. The 2nd time I went in I made an appointment with my sales guy Jose. Test drove the truck again which he had parked out front ready to go when I got there, and told him I want to talk numbers. This time he came back with Robert Tucci who was light years ahead of his counterpart in the area of customer service. I gave Robert my bottom line number (exact same offer I made my previous visit), and after some back and forth he made it work. Exactly what I wanted. Jose and Robert I feel went above and beyond to make the deal happen and are an all-star team. They make you feel welcome, not rushed/pressured, and I would highly recommend anyone looking for an exceptional experience to request their assistance. The 5 starts is attributed to their teamwork and customer service, and they were able to turn what would???ve been 1 star around. Both gentleman have called me even after the sale to make sure everything was ok and if I needed anything. THATS how you treat a customer and retain business/generate referrals. I still feel like the waste of new car scent that is Michael should utilize his time in a more meaningful role that is NOT customer facing - maybe making copies for Jose and Robert...? Anyway thanks again for the new whip Jose and Robert!

I highly recommend Matt Duke as your salesperson. Matt is the best of any auto sales person I have worked with in all my years of buying cars which is well over 45 years. Truly, I felt like I was buying a car and NOT being high pressured like many car salespeople are. The "experience was exceptional" with Matt's consultation. He gets A++, 6 stars out of 5, 12 out of 10 ... however you want to rate... for providing trust, confidence, ability to answer all my questions (I ask many questions) and assisting us in making the right decision on the right car, the Genesis G90, for my needs. Matt displayed "excellent self control with patience" and went above and beyond and delivered the Genesis G90 to my home, on Sunday, his day off, and spent well over 3 and 1/2 hours going over all the features on the car. My old car was my third minivan in 15 years. Now that my kids are older and leaving for college, I wanted something that could carry 6 or 7 passengers but was ... well... NOT a minivan. I did some research on late model used three-row SUVs, and found the 2017 Nissan Pathfinder. (My favorite of my three vans was a 2005 Nissan Quest, so choosing Nissan was easy for me.) Before I started browsing for cars, I applied for credit through Carvana, and was approved. Next, I entered in all of the information about the van I was trading for the Pathfinder. (Beware -- the trade-in amount is only good for 7 days, and it can change wildly in that time!) I was pleased with the trade amount, and it was great that I could shop for my new car and see my down payment and monthly payment for every car I viewed! My specifications were pretty clear -- AWD, less than 10,000 miles, and never a rental car. I found my dream car a few days later, and started the purchase process. It was quite smooth and the directions were very clear about what documents need to be uploaded. When I went to click on "finalize purchase" (or something like that), a red flag popped up...my trade-in value expired WHILE I WAS IN THE PROCESS OF CHECKING OUT! I got on chat with Carvana staff right away, and they were able to return the trade in value to NEARLY what it was before the expiration. This is something that needs to be addressed by Carvana -- once a customer is to a certain point in the process, those numbers need to be frozen. So we set a delivery time, and the Carvana rep was pretty much on time considering he was traveling 70 miles or so from the Chicago office. Haven’t had it long, but I did a ton of research before purchasing. Got burned by an Atlas that was in the shop more than out, and wanted reliability first and foremost for hauling my three munchkins. NHSTA recalls and complaints for this vehicle are practically nonexistent. Interior is gorgeous, ride is smooth and is responsive when you hit the gas pedal. My kids love the DVD, I love the Bose system and quiet cabin. Second row (passenger side) seat slides forward providing plenty of room for my third child to get to the third row. Second row slides forward/back within a 5 ½ inch range, which allows quite a bit of legroom for third row. I intend to line all three up in second row for longer trips, maxing out cargo space, but we’ll see if they torture each other sitting side by side. Overall, luxury ride and love it!

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

This is a review of my SELLING experience to Carvana. I listed my car on Craigslist and was approached by an outsider buyer named Jan. She introduced me to Carvana, which I never heard of before, and it's process. She was very helpful and walked me through the process. The first deciding factor for selling to them was that they offered me the best price (vs. CarMax, Auto Nation, Trur Car). Then I realized the process was super streamlined. All I had to do was upload my documents and, after approval, schedule an appointment for the pickup of my car. Carvana sent a truck to COME TO ME to pick up the car. The driver (Lauren?) was very courteous and pleasant to work with, too. The pickup process, which included a one-mile test drive, took no longer than 20-30 minutes. Immediately after loading my car to their truck, I was handed the check, which I immediately deposited without any issues. My selling experience from being contacted by buyer to getting the check took just 10 days! (Would've been even faster if I was more timely with uploading my docs.) I'd highly recommend Carvana for selling your cars!

I will say that I was a bit apprehensive after reading some negative reviews; but due to the volume that this dealer ships out, I can only assume that poor experiences are a small percentage of their business practice. I visited Vroom???s website in the evening and decided to purchase my wife a Cadillac SRX. Within minutes I received a call from a sales rep. Within an hour of that initial call, he collected my $500 ???hold fee??? that was later applied to my down payment. The following day, my sales rep called to inform me that financing was secured, even with blemished credit. (Required an additional $600 down payment which I had wire transferred). 3 days later, I received my contract via FedEx, completed it, and shipped it back. Once they received and reviewed, I was sent an email with an expected delivery date. From start to finish, the entire process took 10 days, and we received a used Cadillac SRX in EXCELLENT condition. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed a wash, but it was understandable because the car was shipped from Texas to Florida. I have already recommended this service to others, and will likely use them again. *Car does come with a 60 day temp tag, and I have not heard back from Vroom about acquiring my actual registration and plate. - However, I believe that I still have a couple of weeks left on the current tag.

(Vroom offers a 7 day free return policy.) The BMW service manager told me my 2015 X3 Xdrive28i was in such good shape, it would qualify as a certified per-owned on their lot. I easily could have paid $3K more for the car than I did from Vroom.

Very pleasant experience at EVO Motors. Cars are super cheap all the guys are friendly expect to pay $2,000 to $5,000 below any other place but you dont get to negotiate or ask for any free things which was ok to me. Financing was easy as well and we got offered almost the same interest as my bank offered and financed thru them with a large national lender their extended warranty option is also great . The only complaint is some of the cars need to be cleaned or not detailed very well but I did ask them to clean somethings they missed and they did.

I'm just going to talke about the only thing that was really BAD. My target time for delivery was 6am - 8am. My car showed up at 8PM. Hard to check it out in dark. I took the day off. And since it came so LATE that I had to call in sick the next day. (I get up at 3am for work) And the drivers door emblem was missing. Delivery drive said I had to prove it to him, that one was there when I nought th car, witch I did. He said there company would send me one. Yea RIGHT!!!

This car is so comfortable! The seats are adjustable in many ways, my favorite being the lumbar support. It also accommodates my 6'6" fiance, with plenty of room for extra passengers. We love the dual climate control, no more arguing over the heat. The QX60 handles well and the V6 offers plenty of power to pass on a hill while maintaining a smooth, comfortable ride. It feels more expensive than it is.

We all know car buying is nerve wracking and I went in feeling no different. Stressed and apprehensive about what I was sure to deal with. But I went in with a friend just after they opened on a tuesday and was greeted quickly by Jay. He inquired about what I was there for. Perhaps I made it easy on them, or easier than most, as I was very prepared and had researched for a long time before coming in. But I gave him the car I was looking for and he took me right to it. He also explained how they worked there. They don't pressure or hover but are there when I was ready with questions or to test drive. When that first car turned out to be an unsure for me, I asked to look at a few others I had saved online. Those 2 were sold but they took me inside to look at their inventory and I wrote down 3 more. They sent guys out to round them up and bring them up front for me. I looked them over, test drove. I asked questions about hidden fees and Jay responded immediately without trying to run around it. I found one that I wanted, a 2014 Altima that was priced to sell. I came in preapproved and just had to fill out the quick credit app on their computer then they sent it in, about 10 min later it came back and I called the insurance while he finalized. He was wonderful, knowledgeable and efficient. When I came back thr paper work was ready and he explained everything, the breakdown with all the amounts were on their own page, the amounts were exactly as I expected for tags, tax, title, no hidden fees, there was and small and fair dealer fee especially compared to most places in FL but no additional fees. It was incredibly straight forward. I signed, paid and when I was ready to go, the car was washed and waiting for me out front. It was a great experience and I would recommend this place to anyone. They are fair, honest and no bull. I would like to give a little shout out to Javier who really went out of his way for me and was incredibly kind and helpful. My friend who was with me was so impressed when she is ready to replace her recently totalled car, she will be shopping here. Thank you all so much for making what is usually a dreaded way to spend a day, into something I enjoyed.

I travel extensively for work, and this is the third Infiniti I've gotten as a rental in the last few months. The latest being a brand new (less than 400 miles on it) QX60. Same issue as the others. The tech sucks! Give me a Ford Fusion with CarPlay any day of the week. Getting my iPhone to pair up to talk or stream music, either via Bluetooth or the USB cable is easy enough, but when I need to get turn my turn directions from Apple Maps or Waze, no good. Music stored on the phone, from my Siriusxm app, or Pandora, works fine. GSP from my phone, NOTHING. The directions do not come through the stereo, so I have to hold my phone and stare at it to figure out where I'm going. When I'm traveling, getting my directions is a heck of a lot more important than music, but that just does not seem to work.
