Took my QX80 in for service with a factory warranty issue. Josh discovered my issue quickly and accurately. He took the task of finding the solution seriously and got the issue resolved with even being a very rare issue for these vehicles. The amount of service from delivery of the vehicle home and the amount of communication is like no other dealership I???ve experienced.

I was in the market for a new very recently. Bounced around a few dealers and finally landed on an a vehicle at Audi. The experience with them was nothing short of a headache. It was back and forth, back and forth, always something else with them that became headache from a customer perspective. I then decided to reach out to Infiniti Scottsdale. Was put in touch with salesman Lee Jones. Lee from the second I first talked to him was nothing short of amazing as far as my car buying experience. I was transparent from the get go and he was on the same page the entire process. I can???t thank him enough for making this a simple and enjoyable experience. I love my new car.
