Without an appointment, I went to the “Express Lane” first thing in morning for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I was told it should take about an hour. The work was completed in under hour and the service writer was pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. Can't say enough about Kyle and the overall experience at Smythe. We had just come off a horrific experience at another dealer (two bad experiences, actually). We were so turned off. But we found this beautiful Audi at Smythe and decided to give it another go. My wife stopped in and met Kyle. He was terrific from the start. All she did was want to see it before the two of us went back. There was no pressure, no "sales-pitch" or anything. Just a nice guy who listened to my wife and her auto buying needs. We went back that night, test drove the car, talked with Kyle (again, "talked", no pressure). He took the time to answer to every question we had and explained everything in detail. It was more of a conversation than a sales transaction. We explained what we were looking for, in terms of deal (money down, monthly payment, etc.). Kyle introduced us to Abood, helped us explain exactly what we were looking for and we were told "No problem. We hear you and will do our best. If it doesn't turn out to be the deal you are looking for, no worries, but we'll call you in the morning." Next day, my wife got the call and the deal we talked about the night before was they deal made happen. No sweat, no stress, no anxiety. We walked in later that afternoon. Car was prepped, big red bow on it, papers ready to sign, and my wife as out of there in under an hour. THANK YOU Kyle, Abood, William (our delivery specialist) and everyone at Smythe. THIS PLACE is our new and only place to go for a car and we will tell everyone!

I bought my 2020 QX60 June 2023 with 12K miles on it. Wanted something a comfortable ride and plenty of seating since I now have custody of my two grandchildren. This vehicle has been great with no repair issues at all. Gives the kids plenty of room in the back seat. Love the leg room up front along with the heated seats. Would highly recommend

I have a 2023 brand new off show room floor an my windshield has been leaking water from outside when it rains extremely hard outside had to take it back within 1 month of having it an they kept it for 70 + they replaced the windshield only for it to happen this year again this is not a good look for infiniti the service department say my car is the 5th car to have issues with water leaking from windshield

It’s a great car however I do not feel like “things are conveniently “ located. When driving, I struggle with finding the defroster, or adjusting the entertainment system. Perhaps with more time, I will get used to it.
